With technology becoming more and more prevalent in our everyday lives, it was only a matter of time before someone came up with the idea of a Minesweeper mobile app. The new Minesweeper app is the perfect way to stay entertained on your commute, or while you're waiting in line. It's easy to play and addictive, so be warned! But it's also a great way to sharpen your logic and problem-solving skills.

Features and Functions

The game is over when you have either flagged all of the mines, or you have hit a mine.

There are different difficulty levels in Minesweeper, which determine the size of the minefield and the number of mines. The beginner level has an 8 by 8 minefield with 10 mines, while the expert level has a 16 by 16 minefield with 40 mines.

To play Minesweeper, you first select a square on the minefield. If there is a mine underneath that square, then you hit a mine and the game is over. If there are no mines underneath that square, then a number will be revealed. This number tells you how many mines are touching that square.

You can also right-click on a square to flag it as a potential mine. This is useful when you think you know where a mine is but you're not sure. Once you have flagged all of the potential mines, you can then start clicking on squares again to try to clear them. If you click on a square that has been correctly flagged as containing a mine, then it will turn green. Otherwise, if you click on an incorrectly flagged square or an unflagged square with no mines around it, nothing will happen.

How to Use Minesweeper Mobile App

Assuming you have already downloaded and installed the Minesweeper Mobile App on your device, here are the steps to follow in order to start playing:

1) On the main screen of the app, select the mode you would like to play: Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert.

2) Once you have selected a mode, the game board will appear with a grid of squares. Some of these squares will be marked with numbers, while others will be blank.

3) Your goal is to clear all of the squares on the board without detonating any mines. To do this, simply tap on a square to reveal what is underneath. If the square is blank, that means it does not contain a mine. However, if the square is marked with a number, that number indicates how many mines are touching that particular square.

4) Use this information to deduce where the mines are located and avoid them as you clear the rest of the board. Note that you can also flag potential mine locations by long-pressing on a square. This can be helpful in keeping track of where you think mines might be located.

5) Once you have cleared all of the non-mine squares from the board, you win!
