Horrible app...most of the time when I try to access it from my TV it says that content can't load at this time! When I cast it from my phone or another device you can't rewind it at all or it will play a bunch of commercials and will take you several minutes ahead of where you were in the first place!!! Can't wait for the show I watch to switch networks in a few months...then I vow to never use it again!!! BOO!!!

I love using this app to get my Smackdown show. It's safe and easy. 95% of time it updates fairly. Just not sure why we didn't get an update on last week's program.

This is a horrible app. you give first-time users 3 credits to use. But you don't tell us that we can only watch what you let's us. If I wanted to go through my cable provider, I would have never downloaded the app. I will never recommend this app to anyone. Just plain out horrible.

UI glitch makes it impossible to login link provider. Rendering the app useless.

Must have credits to watch shows. Can't seem to get anything to link plus even if I could id get what maybe 3 more episodes of a show to watch. Haven't had this app but for maybe 6 hours. Deleting it. Just charge people to watch the shows. Whatever system you've come up with truly sucks.

Probably one of the worst streaming apps. constantly says video is unavailable or cable provider doesn't allow you to watch videos. Then you have to sign out of everything and sign in for it to work. I have this issue on the mobile app and the fire tv app. Pure trash

I have never been able to actually watch anything on this app, most definitely have not been able to cast anything. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to be fired and you need to hire someone who programs netflix or somewhere you can actually connect and cast. I cast plenty of other apps, just because I would prefer it so I can control everything from my phone. This app doesn't even deserve a star.

It keeps insisting I need to turn on location permissions to access a Live Feed but I'm just trying to watch old shows. At first the video would play behind that notification and I was able to get around it. Now that doesn't happen, so I begrudgingly turned on location services, only to get an error on the video. I turned location services back off and I still get an error. I've done a lot to troubleshoot and it's not working and I refuse to contact support for basic functionality like this.

Can't give less than 1 star otherwise I would. I have yet been able to watch anything in its entirety. Connectivity problems are constant issue. I don't have any connectivity issues with any other streaming service, just this one. I've tried numerous times to watch different shows & movies over a period of months & it's always the same thing...either I can't connect or I lose connection partially through. This is the worse streaming service I've come across.

This app is total junk! It is incredibly unstable - it crashes all the time. Sometimes there is no sound, and sometimes it just dies while we are in the middle of a show. It is not my phone or internet provider either. I have several Chromecast devices and I run Google TV on my main TV. I do not have issues like this with any of the other apps I am running. Beyond frustrating!

Does it work? Sure, it "works". But man, this has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I've ever used. It devours my battery unlike anything else, sometimes I can't even charge my phone while I'm watching. It just keeps me at whatever battery level I started with, and my phone often overheats. And after 10-15min of watching, the stream starts stuttering. I have to force close and reopen the app to get it to stop. Every. Single. Time. Shame it's the only way to watch most EPL games.

trash. it doesn't have the muni pop up view at all so you literally cant use your phone and watch a show at all. and every single time you try and open the app and click your show again they give you an ad. Not a commercial. An ad. They make you watch it while your show is on so sometimes you get an advertisement and then your show goes to commercial. its ruined shows for me I won't be using it until its updated.

The picture quality is nice, audio on the other hand comes off as distorted at times. I find this rather odd considering the other streaming apps can't relate to these issues. The worst issue however is associated with casting, it tends to buffer/freeze at times. Now when you attempt to resolve the issue by stopping the cast, it only regresses from there. It ultimately just stops working(audio no video/neither exc.).

Edit: I am struggling with the app even more than before. This is a terrible app and needs to be fixed. It is constantly buffering, won’t let me watch a full show without me having to reboot everything (app, phone, Chromecast, internet...) just to watch an entire show from start to finish. I took a star away because of the constant frustration that just keeps getting worse. Don’t download unless you enjoy being frustrated. This is not a good app. It freezes regularly in the middle of a show and I have to stop casting and then recast it and find my place in the episode of the show I’m watching. In order to get back to where I was, I have to sit through more commercials. I have to restart the app often and I’ve had to reboot my phone a few times just to make it work. There is no other connectivity issue with any other apps and devices I use when USA is acting up. I have found that the NBC apps are all pretty much the same way. They’re pretty terrible, although so far, USA doesn’t seem to be as bad as the NBC app. So yeah, unless you are really into a show on USA (like me) then it’s not really worth it.

When its's working it's good. However, it rarely works. This app is problematic on more than 1 device. I just wanted to watch my shows. I thought the new update would fix the bugs, unfortunately not. Deleting after numerous attempts to fix. That includes restarting my devices, clearing cache & cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling. I gave it enough.

I really want to watch professional wrestling on my iPad. However, the USA app and the USA website on Safari have serious problems. The app forces me to watch the live network zoomed in, so I miss nearly half of the image. Sometimes I enjoy zooming in, when it’s an option, but not when it’s required. My previous fix to this problem was to load the USA website on Safari, but now that doesn’t even work at all. I’m a beta user for iPad OS 13, so hopefully that’s my main problem. Either way, I really enjoy WWE, and I enjoy my iPad for media consumption, so hopefully I can watch WWE on USA on my iPad correctly soon. Thankfully the FOX app is well put together, so I can at least enjoy Friday Night Smackdown in its proper aspect ratio. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re always working to deliver the best possible experience.

The app is extremely slow no matter what my network strength is. When you click on the show you want to watch it takes ages for the episodes to come up. It was so bad I thought I was crazy and doing subverting wrong until I realized it's just working at a snails pace. Constantly buffers and it always freezes on the commercials and then I have to re-start it all over again from the beginning of the commercial run which are like in a row. Also there is no previous seasons to catch up on only current. I'll get my shows elsewhere this app is so poorly done for a big network its sad.

I only use this app with casting to my TV. The support is very buggy and makes the viewing experience challenging. Here are some of the behaviors: 1. When going back to the home screen, the ringer/phone volume overrides the app’s set volume which sets the volume on the TV. If my phone is set to max volume, it will proceed to set my TV to the max volume as well. Opening and closing the app should not change the cast devices volume. 2. Sometimes the app cannot play the video when casted. This can happen if you repeatedly connect/disconnect to the cast device. I need to kill the app and then re connect everything again. 3. It’s really difficult to skip to a part of a show due to the way the commercials work. One time the app refused to set me to the middle of the show where I left off and I had to watch commercials like 3 times in a row. We’re working to deliver the best possible experience. Thanks for letting us know about this!

So wasn’t able to be home to watch a show I like to watch that is on same time every week without fail but downloaded this stupid USA Network app to watch and the live stream isn’t live at all not one but the show I wanted to watch started at 6pm and is 3 hours long and then went to watch on the app and the show was going live on my cable box ( had my fiancé look to see if it was on live on the cable box and it was ) but the USA Network app said it didn’t start till the show ends on cable….. how is that live tv!?!?!? It’s not one bit so I will be contacting the company of the show I watch to let them know why I won’t be watching one of their shows anymore because I don’t want anything to do with NBC Universal at all. Thankfully Fox network has another night that I will now watch instead of both. And it may seem a little weird that I say I will let the company know I’m one that is on a council for the product which I have ways to contact so hopefully NBC Universal looses the contract and the go to a much more reliable source than NBC UNIVERSAL

Nice interface, slick design. Good content, good variety. There is just one problem though... IT DOESN’T WORK! No videos load at all. Just the spinning loading wheel. The worst is for live sports - Premier League games simply do not load. Really disappointed with this, especially considering that the Premier League is the only reason I got the app.

The USA app has several now-predictable issues, especially when I use Chromecast: 1)The live feed doesn’t appear on my phone 2) nor the tv, even though the tv keeps toying with me and says “Ready To Cast”. I have to burp the app by going to More, then Home, and then back to Live; 3) In Live the channel guide displayed on my phone freezes on the time and spot when the Live feed starts, and will not move, even after watching a couple of hours; 2) The Closed Captioning does not work about 80% of the time— this might be fixed by burping the app: by stopping and restarting the casting, or the live feed to my phone, or going briefly to another channel offered such as E! or Bravo and try the CC there. If it works there then it may carry over back to USA. I’m hard of hearing and rely on the CC to watch USA, but it’s a crap shoot what and whether something’s going to work. (Note: emailing NBC per the instructions on the accessibility tab has yielded no responses.)

The USA app has several now-predictable issues, especially when I use Chromecast: 1)The live feed doesn’t appear on my phone 2) nor the tv, even though the tv keeps toying with me and says “Ready To Cast”. I have to burp the app by going to More, then Home, and then back to Live; 3) In Live the channel guide displayed on my phone freezes on the time and spot when the Live feed starts, and will not move, even after watching a couple of hours; 2) The Closed Captioning does not work about 80% of the time— this might be fixed by burping the app: by stopping and restarting the casting, or the live feed to my phone, or going briefly to another channel offered such as E! or Bravo and try the CC there. If it works there then it may carry over back to USA. I’m hard of hearing and rely on the CC to watch USA, but it’s a crap shoot what and whether something’s going to work. (Note: emailing NBC per the instructions on the accessibility tab has yielded no responses.)

Nice interface, slick design. Good content, good variety. There is just one problem though... IT DOESN’T WORK! No videos load at all. Just the spinning loading wheel. The worst is for live sports - Premier League games simply do not load. Really disappointed with this, especially considering that the Premier League is the only reason I got the app.

The app is extremely slow no matter what my network strength is. When you click on the show you want to watch it takes ages for the episodes to come up. It was so bad I thought I was crazy and doing subverting wrong until I realized it's just working at a snails pace. Constantly buffers and it always freezes on the commercials and then I have to re-start it all over again from the beginning of the commercial run which are like in a row. Also there is no previous seasons to catch up on only current. I'll get my shows elsewhere this app is so poorly done for a big network its sad.

Deleting after numerous attempts to fix. That includes restarting my devices, clearing cache & cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling. I gave it enough.

It devours my battery unlike anything else, sometimes I can't even charge my phone while I'm watching. It just keeps me at whatever battery level I started with, and my phone often overheats. And after 10-15min of watching, the stream starts stuttering. I have to force close and reopen the app to get it to stop. Every. Single. Time. Shame it's the only way to watch most EPL games.

Horrible app...most of the time when I try to access it from my TV it says that content can't load at this time! When I cast it from my phone or another device you can't rewind it at all or it will play a bunch of commercials and will take you several minutes ahead of where you were in the first place!!! Can't wait for the show I watch to switch networks in a few months...then I vow to never use it again!!! BOO!!!

I love using this app to get my Smackdown show. It's safe and easy. 95% of time it updates fairly. Just not sure why we didn't get an update on last week's program.

This is a horrible app. you give first-time users 3 credits to use. But you don't tell us that we can only watch what you let's us. If I wanted to go through my cable provider, I would have never downloaded the app. I will never recommend this app to anyone. Just plain out horrible.

Must have credits to watch shows. Can't seem to get anything to link plus even if I could id get what maybe 3 more episodes of a show to watch. Haven't had this app but for maybe 6 hours. Deleting it. Just charge people to watch the shows. Whatever system you've come up with truly sucks.

Probably one of the worst streaming apps. constantly says video is unavailable or cable provider doesn't allow you to watch videos. Then you have to sign out of everything and sign in for it to work. I have this issue on the mobile app and the fire tv app. Pure trash

I have never been able to actually watch anything on this app, most definitely have not been able to cast anything. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to be fired and you need to hire someone who programs netflix or somewhere you can actually connect and cast. I cast plenty of other apps, just because I would prefer it so I can control everything from my phone. This app doesn't even deserve a star.

It keeps insisting I need to turn on location permissions to access a Live Feed but I'm just trying to watch old shows. At first the video would play behind that notification and I was able to get around it. Now that doesn't happen, so I begrudgingly turned on location services, only to get an error on the video. I turned location services back off and I still get an error. I've done a lot to troubleshoot and it's not working and I refuse to contact support for basic functionality like this.

Can't give less than 1 star otherwise I would. I have yet been able to watch anything in its entirety. Connectivity problems are constant issue. I don't have any connectivity issues with any other streaming service, just this one. I've tried numerous times to watch different shows & movies over a period of months & it's always the same thing...either I can't connect or I lose connection partially through. This is the worse streaming service I've come across.

This app is total junk! It is incredibly unstable - it crashes all the time. Sometimes there is no sound, and sometimes it just dies while we are in the middle of a show. It is not my phone or internet provider either. I have several Chromecast devices and I run Google TV on my main TV. I do not have issues like this with any of the other apps I am running. Beyond frustrating!

trash. it doesn't have the muni pop up view at all so you literally cant use your phone and watch a show at all. and every single time you try and open the app and click your show again they give you an ad. Not a commercial. An ad. They make you watch it while your show is on so sometimes you get an advertisement and then your show goes to commercial. its ruined shows for me I won't be using it until its updated.

Edit: I am struggling with the app even more than before. This is a terrible app and needs to be fixed. It is constantly buffering, won’t let me watch a full show without me having to reboot everything (app, phone, Chromecast, internet...) just to watch an entire show from start to finish. I took a star away because of the constant frustration that just keeps getting worse. Don’t download unless you enjoy being frustrated. This is not a good app. It freezes regularly in the middle of a show and I have to stop casting and then recast it and find my place in the episode of the show I’m watching. In order to get back to where I was, I have to sit through more commercials. I have to restart the app often and I’ve had to reboot my phone a few times just to make it work. There is no other connectivity issue with any other apps and devices I use when USA is acting up. I have found that the NBC apps are all pretty much the same way. They’re pretty terrible, although so far, USA doesn’t seem to be as bad as the NBC app. So yeah, unless you are really into a show on USA (like me) then it’s not really worth it.

I really want to watch professional wrestling on my iPad. However, the USA app and the USA website on Safari have serious problems. The app forces me to watch the live network zoomed in, so I miss nearly half of the image. Sometimes I enjoy zooming in, when it’s an option, but not when it’s required. My previous fix to this problem was to load the USA website on Safari, but now that doesn’t even work at all. I’m a beta user for iPad OS 13, so hopefully that’s my main problem. Either way, I really enjoy WWE, and I enjoy my iPad for media consumption, so hopefully I can watch WWE on USA on my iPad correctly soon. Thankfully the FOX app is well put together, so I can at least enjoy Friday Night Smackdown in its proper aspect ratio. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re always working to deliver the best possible experience.

I only use this app with casting to my TV. The support is very buggy and makes the viewing experience challenging. Here are some of the behaviors: 1. When going back to the home screen, the ringer/phone volume overrides the app’s set volume which sets the volume on the TV. If my phone is set to max volume, it will proceed to set my TV to the max volume as well. Opening and closing the app should not change the cast devices volume. 2. Sometimes the app cannot play the video when casted. This can happen if you repeatedly connect/disconnect to the cast device. I need to kill the app and then re connect everything again. 3. It’s really difficult to skip to a part of a show due to the way the commercials work. One time the app refused to set me to the middle of the show where I left off and I had to watch commercials like 3 times in a row. We’re working to deliver the best possible experience. Thanks for letting us know about this!

So wasn’t able to be home to watch a show I like to watch that is on same time every week without fail but downloaded this stupid USA Network app to watch and the live stream isn’t live at all not one but the show I wanted to watch started at 6pm and is 3 hours long and then went to watch on the app and the show was going live on my cable box ( had my fiancé look to see if it was on live on the cable box and it was ) but the USA Network app said it didn’t start till the show ends on cable….. how is that live tv!?!?!? It’s not one bit so I will be contacting the company of the show I watch to let them know why I won’t be watching one of their shows anymore because I don’t want anything to do with NBC Universal at all. Thankfully Fox network has another night that I will now watch instead of both. And it may seem a little weird that I say I will let the company know I’m one that is on a council for the product which I have ways to contact so hopefully NBC Universal looses the contract and the go to a much more reliable source than NBC UNIVERSAL

trash. it doesn't have the muni pop up view at all so you literally cant use your phone and watch a show at all. and every single time you try and open the app and click your show again they give you an ad. Not a commercial. An ad. They make you watch it while your show is on so sometimes you get an advertisement and then your show goes to commercial. its ruined shows for me I won't be using it until its updated.

I really want to watch professional wrestling on my iPad. However, the USA app and the USA website on Safari have serious problems. The app forces me to watch the live network zoomed in, so I miss nearly half of the image. Sometimes I enjoy zooming in, when it’s an option, but not when it’s required. My previous fix to this problem was to load the USA website on Safari, but now that doesn’t even work at all. I’m a beta user for iPad OS 13, so hopefully that’s my main problem. Either way, I really enjoy WWE, and I enjoy my iPad for media consumption, so hopefully I can watch WWE on USA on my iPad correctly soon. Thankfully the FOX app is well put together, so I can at least enjoy Friday Night Smackdown in its proper aspect ratio. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I only use this app with casting to my TV. The support is very buggy and makes the viewing experience challenging. Here are some of the behaviors: 1. When going back to the home screen, the ringer/phone volume overrides the app’s set volume which sets the volume on the TV. If my phone is set to max volume, it will proceed to set my TV to the max volume as well. Opening and closing the app should not change the cast devices volume. 2. Sometimes the app cannot play the video when casted. This can happen if you repeatedly connect/disconnect to the cast device. I need to kill the app and then re connect everything again. 3. It’s really difficult to skip to a part of a show due to the way the commercials work. One time the app refused to set me to the middle of the show where I left off and I had to watch commercials like 3 times in a row. We’re working to deliver the best possible experience. So wasn’t able to be home to watch a show I like to watch that is on same time every week without fail but downloaded this stupid USA Network app to watch and the live stream isn’t live at all not one but the show I wanted to watch started at 6pm and is 3 hours long and then went to watch on the app and the show was going live on my cable box ( had my fiancé look to see if it was on live on the cable box and it was ) but the USA Network app said it didn’t start till the show ends on cable….. how is that live tv!?!?!? It’s not one bit so I will be contacting the company of the show I watch to let them know why I won’t be watching one of their shows anymore because I don’t want anything to do with NBC Universal at all. Thankfully Fox network has another night that I will now watch instead of both. And it may seem a little weird that I say I will let the company know I’m one that is on a council for the product which I have ways to contact so hopefully NBC Universal looses the contract and the go to a much more reliable source than NBC UNIVERSAL

Edit: I am struggling with the app even more than before. This is a terrible app and needs to be fixed. It is constantly buffering, won’t let me watch a full show without me having to reboot everything (app, phone, Chromecast, internet...) just to watch an entire show from start to finish. I took a star away because of the constant frustration that just keeps getting worse. Don’t download unless you enjoy being frustrated. This is not a good app. It freezes regularly in the middle of a show and I have to stop casting and then recast it and find my place in the episode of the show I’m watching. In order to get back to where I was, I have to sit through more commercials. I have to restart the app often and I’ve had to reboot my phone a few times just to make it work. There is no other connectivity issue with any other apps and devices I use when USA is acting up. I have found that the NBC apps are all pretty much the same way. They’re pretty terrible, although so far, USA doesn’t seem to be as bad as the NBC app. So yeah, unless you are really into a show on USA (like me) then it’s not really worth it.

The USA app has several now-predictable issues, especially when I use Chromecast: 1)The live feed doesn’t appear on my phone 2) nor the tv, even though the tv keeps toying with me and says “Ready To Cast”. I have to burp the app by going to More, then Home, and then back to Live; 3) In Live the channel guide displayed on my phone freezes on the time and spot when the Live feed starts, and will not move, even after watching a couple of hours; 2) The Closed Captioning does not work about 80% of the time— this might be fixed by burping the app: by stopping and restarting the casting, or the live feed to my phone, or going briefly to another channel offered such as E! or Bravo and try the CC there. If it works there then it may carry over back to USA. I’m hard of hearing and rely on the CC to watch USA, but it’s a crap shoot what and whether something’s going to work. (Note: emailing NBC per the instructions on the accessibility tab has yielded no responses.)

Nice interface, slick design. Good content, good variety. There is just one problem though... IT DOESN’T WORK! No videos load at all. Just the spinning loading wheel. The worst is for live sports - Premier League games simply do not load. Really disappointed with this, especially considering that the Premier League is the only reason I got the app.

The app is extremely slow no matter what my network strength is. When you click on the show you want to watch it takes ages for the episodes to come up. It was so bad I thought I was crazy and doing subverting wrong until I realized it's just working at a snails pace. Constantly buffers and it always freezes on the commercials and then I have to re-start it all over again from the beginning of the commercial run which are like in a row. Also there is no previous seasons to catch up on only current. I'll get my shows elsewhere this app is so poorly done for a big network its sad.

When its's working it's good. However, it rarely works. This app is problematic on more than 1 device. I just wanted to watch my shows. I thought the new update would fix the bugs, unfortunately not. Deleting after numerous attempts to fix. That includes restarting my devices, clearing cache & cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling. I gave it enough.

The picture quality is nice, audio on the other hand comes off as distorted at times. I find this rather odd considering the other streaming apps can't relate to these issues. The worst issue however is associated with casting, it tends to buffer/freeze at times. Now when you attempt to resolve the issue by stopping the cast, it only regresses from there. It ultimately just stops working(audio no video/neither exc.).

Does it work? Sure, it "works". But man, this has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I've ever used. It devours my battery unlike anything else, sometimes I can't even charge my phone while I'm watching. It just keeps me at whatever battery level I started with, and my phone often overheats. And after 10-15min of watching, the stream starts stuttering. I have to force close and reopen the app to get it to stop. Every. Single. Time. Shame it's the only way to watch most EPL games.
