Useful app, with good analysis and timely updates. Would probably have more followers if it were priced better.

to be honest I'm not sure why I'm getting all these apps for trading and stuff like that because I don't know the first thing about trading

I'm sorry but how on earth is this app not more popular. I pay for apps that aren't as good as this one is. AND ITS FREE! . Love it

I subscribe to Tipranks and Seeking Alpha, and I definitely use Tipranks more often.

I'll start with overall it has a nice feel and interface that is relatively easy to figure out all for free. The downsides.....and there are a few. I find it to be quite glitchy, as you enter share amounts and purchase prices it is slow to update and even when it says price updated it does not change causing you to enter it multiple times. This created a slow and tedious process. Next, they do not have all available stocks. I was unable to locate several exchange traded funds I hold.

too many notifications in too many ads and way too much money on it

I have a subscription the app would not let me login using my Google account.basically am not able to use my premium account to login to tipranks app.

+ offers very good and valuable insight (used to!!!!!) as the months pass by, the free version has less important features. add advertising if you have to buy stop removing features from us the common folks. investing in stocks is hard enough and the government takes some of your profit. do you really expect us to pay for this for the small modest gains we make in stocks. answer: no!

overall useful, but recwntly something is off with the smart Score for some Stocks, is there a known issue?

I would give 5 stars but they force me to buy their expensive paid subscription by bombarding me with ads. Let me pay much less for no ads than I will give 5 stars. There used to be no ads, what happened to you guys, noone buys ur subscription and that's ur idea to force us ? U will only lose users. Sad

Used to be a good app to track your portfolio and screen stocks. However, with the recent updates, the Basic plan is now ridden with ads that completely disrupts navigating around the app. I understand the developers need to pay the bills but now it's unusable and I am forced to pay for the pro plan to use the app. Not going to happen and will be uninstalling this unless they go back to how it was.

It doesn't update portfolio stats any more. Used to keep much better track of things. It updates enough that this should be fixed but it seems to get worse each update. I was asked to elaborate. Basically regardless of performance my portfolio/profile stats remained stagnant it didn't seem to update that. The information was outdated, not current, lagging. Now for the first time in a long time, it seems to have updated, so maybe the bug has been fixed too early to tell

The look and feel are great and it's easy to navigate, and the stock buy tips and news are invaluable. The downside is I can't import my portfolios because I use Webull and it's not available for import soI have to manually add an avg of 30 stocks for both my portfolios. The other thing that's needed is the ability to add fractional shares. For my stocks that are all fractional shares, they show up as 0 shares so I'm not getting a 0 picture and ranking on my portfolios.

Dang it, your app doesn't allow fractional shares!! So, I will just enter 1.... for everything. Would be nice to have. Love organizing my stocks and funds on the portfolio, but despite showing Robinhood as a bank it could connect to, it never did connect for me. It said password error, but I opened and triple che ked my password and user name - they were correct. So I manually loaded 60 stocks and funds. Not fun. Also it would be nice to sort and filter the list, at some point as well. Thanks!

Your biggest release ain't nothing to celebrate. Its not capturing my whole portfolio. My balance is inaccurate. Dividends are inaccurate. Which then makes all the other info the app should provide, inaccurate. I cannot modify or add on the app OR on the website. It allows me onto the field but won't let me input anything. Would give a better rating if it worked the way it should, or the way you say it does. So frustrating. Very close to deleting.

Uninstalling. Mind blowing how a once good app can revert to utter garbage in a matter of a few updates. Ridiculous amount of ads, and I mean it. Every single query you click on results in an ad. It's asinine. Furthermore, the app now constantly disconnects your portfolio(s) daily unless you pay the exorbitant cost for premium. It's tedious to constantly reregister EVERY single day and that isn't even the biggest issue!!! Portfolio tracking is extremely inaccurate as well. Don't waste your time.

I love the app, when it actually works... and the ads are just getting ridiculous lately. No I don't want to pay the super high membership fee(even with your "promotion"). Lastly your account connection always disconnects and always says " if you pay the membership you won't have to reconnect" absolute BS and is always disconnected. plus it never is synced right since you updated. If you can't get the app to work correctly now, why would I pay for it to not work in the future?

I’m not a professional investor, in fact I’m only about 6 months into this. I can’t tell how much I have learned from this app being new to investing it helped me understand my stocks better especially when you want to buy a new stock or not sure what price range to consider for buying and selling. So many tools you can use and measures that are in sync With what’s actually going on its a good tool for self evaluating while it’s also fun to see your scores in comparison with the rest. Ability to import your portfolio, Stock analysis and price forecasts are daily routines for me now and much more. All that and I’m only using the free version mainly because the size of my investment compared to the price but for those with big investments and you don’t have this app? Do yourself a favour and check it out. Another thing is the fact I had a question about one of the features and got a quick response from the app support. I had a free trial til august 17th, but on the 16th I got a bank alert that $350 was withdrawn by TipRanks. So I contacted Apple and was confident it would be fixed. Apple emailed me a couple days later and said i would be refunded. This morning I woke up and discover my brokerage has locked me out. Then I realized I forgot I had a deposit that was already mid transit with my brokerage. I was very upset and still am. Because of getting charged before trial ended, I had to spend my time dealing with this with Apple, my credit with my brokerage is no longer good, I have to pay a fee with brokerage and I can’t get into my brokerage account till my new deposit clears in a day or two. Funny thing is I actually liked this app and even emailed TipRanks to compliment about how It had more info on companies than their competitors. But charging users before trial ends is pretty shady and unprofessional and stains the reputation of a company. Hi, sorry to hear. This does sound upsetting. After a day in the TipRanks ecosystem, I do like the service and the app quite a bit. I had shopped around and pretty much settled on TipRanks to get my stock game to the next level. That being said, I went to subscribe to the Premium service on the website and then found it was a bit cheaper via the app. The button on the app said Free Trial or something similar. As soon as I clicked that I was billed for a year immediately. I was expecting a 7 day window to try things out, but billing was immediate. I am happy with the Premium service but the wording about free trial in the app is misleading. I could also do without all the ads/buttons/banners touting the Ultimate service on the website. I know what it is and I’ll upgrade to that later if I think I can use it. But I’ve paid enough money already to not be blasted with promotions for a higher tier. I’m enjoying the service, and am realizing the value. Unfortunately, the mobile app and web service are really frustrating in some key ways: - the watchlist doesn’t sync. The web & mobile watchlists are completely distinct. To get around this, I created a custom portfolio to use as a watch list because it syncs. - there’s a glitch (maybe?) with the measure performance chart’s numbers. The comparison has a really good number (i.e. +20%) while the most recent bar is negative 8%. At best, it’s accurate but confusing. - it repeatedly doesn’t sync with my portfolio stocks. There’s supposedly a 24-hour delay, even though transactions have completely cleared my account, and I’ve manually synced it with TipRanks. - some accounts fail to link entirely: Voya, and MN-PERA. They says successful, but then they’re nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service about this and they were unhelpful, quoting the 24-hour delay. If that were the issue, I wouldn’t have reached out. All of this adds up to not realizing the full potential of the analytical features for my portfolios, and a frustrating experience. But all that aside, the info I’m able to get from the service has proven financially valuable. Wish I could take it to the next level. Thank you for your review!
