Created account and entered credit card just fine. When I comes to placing an order, I can't pay with the stored credit card. It wants the security code, which is stored with the card and then errors when I put it in. Says it isn't correct. But it is. So have to call to place order and then pay at the restaurant. Defeats the purpose of the app.
Best full service restaurant for to go orders. Always under 30 minutes, even with it being peak period. Very accurate ( 95% ). Only issue I've ever had is forgetting croutons and a dressing. Which they had to me in less than 2 minutes. I order to go at least 3 times a month. Keep up the good work! Store location is West Town Mall Knoxville, TN
Love this place! Been and on and off customer for years and never regretted a single visit! Food tastes amazing. Never gotten sick from their food by the way which is key to finding a place to eat at and/or take take-out from! Remember to read the signs when you order take-out! Also they get very busy so make sure you double-check your orders before leaving so you can make sure everything is correct. We're all human and make mistakes. Other than that, great place!
We always order and do the To Go...and it is SO convenient! They get the food done pretty fast, so far the accuracy of our orders have been on point, the employees are super nice and helpful, etc... My only complaint, I guess you could call it, would be that the portions of condiments/toppings (when it comes to butter, cinnamon butter, sour cream, dressings, etc...) is really small.
Tried creating a profile. Filled out all the information. Would not let me select the create profile button. Password exceeded the minimum requirement of 7 characters. There were no other requirements given. Finally figured out it did not like my complicated password and had to make it more simple. Apparently they want passwords that are easy to hack.
The only issue I have with the app, I can't order extra rolls. When you go to the sides, rolls say they're currently unavailable. It's been like this for at least a year that I know of. When we order, we like to get extra rolls and by not being able to order them on the app, it makes mobile ordering useless for us. I can call to get extra so I'm not sure why we can't get them on a mobile order.
App is useless. Went to order entree w/ 2 sides being the same. With the app both sides must be different. I called my order in and the people there are just as useless. Requested pick up time for about an hour away. She stated there was a wait time of 45 minutes so that would work. I get a callback 15 minutes later from the same person stating my order was ready. I told her my pick up time is not for another 35 minutes.Then it took 10 minutes to run the payment. In meantime food getting cold.

Ordering on the app will not allow you to change things like you can order on the phone. Some of us cannot eat croutons on our salad so we want them on the side. We put that in the notes and called to confirm after we ordered and croutons were still put on the salads, so some of us could not eat our salads at all. We also wanted different toppings on our sweet potatoes, this was confirmed with a call but not done. We use the app so we can pay online so someone else can pick it up, but no more.

Also when they do answer they *refuse to place an order over the phone, even if you are having an issue with online ordering.. they tell you "just come here and order" ... Um no I'm trying to save time and pickup for a reason.. only restaurant that won't take your order.

It was not listed as a side and I even went under the modifications for the baked potato and the mashed potatoes in the hope of finding a way to substitute a sweet potato there; but to no avail. It is offered in the restaurant. I ended up calling the order in and they were happy to make the substitution so we were able to get our order, we just couldn't use the app.

It is offered in the restaurant. I ended up calling the order in and they were happy to make the substitution so we were able to get our order, we just couldn't use the app.
I always have issues placing an order, it just gives a generic error prompt. This has happened to me the past several times. When I call to place an order the phone always rings forever. Also when they do answer they *refuse to place an order over the phone, even if you are having an issue with online ordering.. they tell you "just come here and order" ... Um no I'm trying to save time and pickup for a reason.. only restaurant that won't take your order.
Ordering on the app will not allow you to change things like you can order on the phone. Some of us cannot eat croutons on our salad so we want them on the side. We put that in the notes and called to confirm after we ordered and croutons were still put on the salads, so some of us could not eat our salads at all. We also wanted different toppings on our sweet potatoes, this was confirmed with a call but not done. We use the app so we can pay online so someone else can pick it up, but no more.
Better than ordering online through Domino's!! Easy peasy! I was hesitant to use at first, but it's well laid out, super user friendly, and clear to understand. My ONLY suggestion is to add a "CONDIMENTS" Tab in the order section so someone can add extra whatever they want to their order and it will be clearly stated on your end. Other than that? I love it! 5 stars!
It didn't work when I put our info in to be added to the wait list. We had to be added on manually by the host when we arrived because she had no record of us being on the waitlist and waited an extra 45 minutes. Also, I have had issues the past 2 times ordering Togo. Some items say unavailable and when I call to verify with the store they tell me they have it and not sure why the app says that.
App is useless. Went to order entree w/ 2 sides being the same. With the app both sides must be different. I called my order in and the people there are just as useless. Requested pick up time for about an hour away. She stated there was a wait time of 45 minutes so that would work. I get a callback 15 minutes later from the same person stating my order was ready. I told her my pick up time is not for another 35 minutes.Then it took 10 minutes to run the payment. In meantime food getting cold.
The only issue I have with the app, I can't order extra rolls. When you go to the sides, rolls say they're currently unavailable. It's been like this for at least a year that I know of. When we order, we like to get extra rolls and by not being able to order them on the app, it makes mobile ordering useless for us. I can call to get extra so I'm not sure why we can't get them on a mobile order.
Tried creating a profile. Filled out all the information. Would not let me select the create profile button. Password exceeded the minimum requirement of 7 characters. There were no other requirements given. Finally figured out it did not like my complicated password and had to make it more simple. Apparently they want passwords that are easy to hack.
We always order and do the To Go...and it is SO convenient! They get the food done pretty fast, so far the accuracy of our orders have been on point, the employees are super nice and helpful, etc... My only complaint, I guess you could call it, would be that the portions of condiments/toppings (when it comes to butter, cinnamon butter, sour cream, dressings, etc...) is really small.
Love this place! Been and on and off customer for years and never regretted a single visit! Food tastes amazing. Never gotten sick from their food by the way which is key to finding a place to eat at and/or take take-out from! Remember to read the signs when you order take-out! Also they get very busy so make sure you double-check your orders before leaving so you can make sure everything is correct. We're all human and make mistakes. Other than that, great place!
Best full service restaurant for to go orders. Always under 30 minutes, even with it being peak period. Very accurate ( 95% ). Only issue I've ever had is forgetting croutons and a dressing. Which they had to me in less than 2 minutes. I order to go at least 3 times a month. Keep up the good work! Store location is West Town Mall Knoxville, TN
Created account and entered credit card just fine. When I comes to placing an order, I can't pay with the stored credit card. It wants the security code, which is stored with the card and then errors when I put it in. Says it isn't correct. But it is. So have to call to place order and then pay at the restaurant. Defeats the purpose of the app.
