How to Use Stack the States®

To start, each player gets their own state stack. The object of the game is to be the first player to stack all of their states on top of one another.

To do this, players take turns drawing cards from the deck. Each card has either a state fact or a state map on it. If the player draws a state fact card, they must answer the question correctly in order to keep the card. If they answer incorrectly, they must put the card back in the deck and try again next turn.

If the player draws a state map card, they can place that state on top of any other state in their stack. Once all players have placed their states, whoever has the tallest stack wins!
