I can't shop from this app. It constantly asks me to sign in and then tells me, "Oops, an error has occurred!" I've tried changing my password, but it won't allow me because of the error that occurs. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to no avail. I would love the convenience of ordering from my phone. QVC, you have lost a lot of business from me because your app doesn't work!!

Shouldn't move back instead of forwards. It will tell you the price and how many payments, but it no longer just tells you about how much each payment would be. Yeah it's not a lot of work to figure it out but the app should be simple and just display it again so we don't have to break away from it to figure it out before deciding to move on or not. That, and I've had to make a new account everytime I want to purchase something. I wrote down my login info and it still says I'm wrong, call number

I ordered a item from this app, they never sent it. When I call customer support, I was told the order was lost but I could buy it now for $80 more. (Bait & switch - isn't that the definition of fraud?) I refused to pay the difference. The next month I bought a different item - that order was lost. I reordered this second item - THAT order was lost. I'm wondering if they will want to sell me the replacement for 25% more again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I like the app but it can be glitchy when navigating through pictures. If you click on a color, it doesn't always change and it can be difficult to zoom in. I also wish I could see my Easy Pay information. Edit: if you click in a notification, it just takes you to the home page, not the item you clicked on. You have to still search to find the item from the notification and I won't bother doing that.

Saved information makes checkout super fast. The wish list needs some improving, additional sorting and filtering options would be nice. Also, if you click on an item from your list, I wish it would take you to the actual listing for the item so you can see the details!! I can't seem to submit reviews through the app, everytime I try, it says an error has occurred. I waste my time typing it out for nothing! Please fix this!!

My problem with QVC is that I don't know weather some things are scams, or not! For instance I tried, and tried to purchase the cross, and earring set from the 1st time that I've viewed it; and can't put my order in! Is there anyone that I can call to purchase it? Last century I had several different trucks bringing items that I had ordered! I doubt it you'll read this; but I so wanted to purchase these products! Thank you for allowing me to say what I needed to say!

I used to be able to use the app with no problems. The last 6 months or so it won't even let me log in. It acts like I logged in, but none of my info is available. When I try to add something to the cart, I get an error and asks me to log in. Endless loop of unhelpfulness! I have tried changing my password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps. The website is also extremely unhelpful. I will stop wasting my time trying to purchase from QVC.

Great when it works. Frustrating when it doesn't. Many times Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still it can't connect to the internet on my phone or tablet and my internet is working fine. I can get on Amazon and email and search on a browser.Just no QVC. Good for my bank account bad for qvc sales, For people not able to see orders placed you need to Uninstall and reinstall; however now the app icon doesn't show on my phone. It seems latest improvements, not so much. Annoying and frustrating

I have never been able to log into my mobile app since I installed it it constantly tells me I am locked out and when I call customer service they claim they've unlocked it nothing what seems to be the problem

Great when it works. Frustrating when it doesn't. Many times Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still it can't connect to the internet on my phone or tablet and my internet is working fine. I can get on Amazon and email and search on a browser.Just no QVC. Good for my bank account bad for qvc sales, For people not able to see orders placed you need to Uninstall and reinstall; however now the app icon doesn't show on my phone. It seems latest improvements, not so much. Annoying and frustrating

(Bait & switch - isn't that the definition of fraud?) I refused to pay the difference. The next month I bought a different item - that order was lost. I can't seem to submit reviews through the app, everytime I try, it says an error has occurred. I waste my time typing it out for nothing! Please fix this!!

I like the app but it can be glitchy when navigating through pictures. If you click on a color, it doesn't always change and it can be difficult to zoom in. I also wish I could see my Easy Pay information. Edit: if you click in a notification, it just takes you to the home page, not the item you clicked on. You have to still search to find the item from the notification and I won't bother doing that.

I ordered a item from this app, they never sent it. When I call customer support, I was told the order was lost but I could buy it now for $80 more. (Bait & switch - isn't that the definition of fraud?) I refused to pay the difference. The next month I bought a different item - that order was lost. I reordered this second item - THAT order was lost. I'm wondering if they will want to sell me the replacement for 25% more again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Shouldn't move back instead of forwards. It will tell you the price and how many payments, but it no longer just tells you about how much each payment would be. Yeah it's not a lot of work to figure it out but the app should be simple and just display it again so we don't have to break away from it to figure it out before deciding to move on or not. That, and I've had to make a new account everytime I want to purchase something. I wrote down my login info and it still says I'm wrong, call number

I can't shop from this app. It constantly asks me to sign in and then tells me, "Oops, an error has occurred!" I've tried changing my password, but it won't allow me because of the error that occurs. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to no avail. I would love the convenience of ordering from my phone. QVC, you have lost a lot of business from me because your app doesn't work!!
