Easy Repeat order info doesn't save. I went into store and staff adjusted it for me, then they found it had randomly changed (both qty and dates) for them too. Was ok when I left but then I got a delivery notification for a repeat that wasn't due for 8 weeks. Multibuy reductions not working either. Too much hassle

Oh Lord, worst app I've ever used. Impossible to place an order! It freezes, crashes, it stops, it does everything that shouldn't. Someone fix it please. 😔 Amazing shop deserves and equally great app! Currently useless application and website.

one of the worst, messy unusable apps i have ever seen, so many menus and subenus, it took me 40 minutes to change my preferred store and it still didn't change when i tried to book grooming. unusable mess, decide what this app is and stop redirecting to webpages. taking business elsewhere.

Messaging ok when order is being made up and ready to pick up no problem there, but could not get onto app it's self to alter or order, also had loads of issues recognising password etc, had to go to store to sort out over counter, app needs looking at

I do not find this user-friendly at all. I cannot find my standing repeat order. It was not delivered at the end of July, I cannot order multiple items as the app jumps where it feels like but where I want it. it's just very frustrating to place multiple item orders. Then, I cannot find a phone number to phone and get help. NOT HAPPY.

Unable to change email address so advised to close my account and create a new account. All my records and data will be lost. Also will lose my repeat orders. Have decided not to bother with it at all now. Vouchers are never any use either so no point having it. Very poor

I was unable to change my email address on my website account and was told that I needed to download the app to my phone to do it. I still can't! PAH make it so difficult to contact a human as well. They don't deserve customers when they treat them like this.

awful! choose home delivery and the payment option disappears and is just a white screen, search results for a product says 5 results but can only see 3, then again it's a white blank screen! no way to return to search results after clicking on an item to view it either! absolutely pathetic!

I can never understand this app. It always signs me out and nothing is ever where I expect to find it. It's very annoying. I wish they would just ditch the app entirely. A website and a loyalty card seems like plenty of frippery already. And they always want to see your app in store. I miss my local pet shop. I only had to go here when it closed. They never made me get an app.

The app seems to fall victim to being incompatible with the pre-app legacy schemes such as "Pets Club" and "VIP Club" are difficult or impossible to link to the current app. These were card-based with no online account. However, even if you enter the ridiculously long PetsClub"card number" and correct email address, it says "We weren't able to link your details to an account", so you lose all your existing subscriptions and loyalty points. You have to create a new account and start from scratch.

Easy to use and subscribe to things, my only gripe is you can't change your email address. At all. not even through customer service. So if you want to use a different email address you need to create a new account under that email address which means any subscriptions you have have to be cancelled and set back up again. IMO any online accounts that does not allow someone to update their email address is sort of outdated. Had to get a refund for one item but they cancelled ALL subscriptions!

Don't bother with this app. I had two payments of £47.69 taken from my account within 6 days, for one 15kg bag of dog buscuits. The buscuits last 4 weeks, that was the frequency I set the ap at, for so called easy repeat order. So far I have not had a notification by email to collect them. I complained to my local Leicester store, and I was told that I would have to go on the ap and select live chat. I did so, only to receive a notification someone would get back to me within 72 hours. 😡😡

Adding a new item to two existing items in my subscription appears impossible, I had to delete the existing subscription, this did seem to let me add 3 items to a new subscription but i was then unable to set a delivery start date so now I have to wait until just before I need the items and set up the subscription then, really not user friendly at all, does anybody test this app before release, its a nightmare.

You hardly get any appropriate offers given to you, when you do get vouchers they are hardly worth using saving 50p on a £20 purchase, or the vouchers are not tailored to your animal at all, i buy dog food through the app so you ahould know what good i buy yet you give me vouchers for food i do not buy, i think you need to rethink your app and offer better and more appropriate offers for customers and their animals.

as I was placing my order for 2 x £10 = £20 ....I kept having reminders flashing up that I would get free delivery if I spent £20. My order total ,before I went on to get discount, was £20. I tried again and again , more than 6 times, I wasted an hour of my life but I COULDN'T CHECK OUT WITH FREE DELIVERY!! WHAT IS GOING ON?? I then went back toapply for discount. WHAT IS THE POINT IN ADVERTISING SOMETHING BUT NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH IT? I was willing to give 10% off to qualify free delivery

never works at the till every time I go to pay I open the app to link my loyalty card to the purchase it either wants me to update via Google play or log in again, in a queue at the till this is not the time.. end up paying for the purchase without using and customers behind me grumbling at the time it took if you are going to make your reward card digital just let us open the app and show the barcode.. easier to go tescos for pet food tbh..

great app so easy to navigate plenty of ways to pay and you get vouchers ive used more than one at a time which is also brilliant and I live the fact that they can give you items for your particular pet from food to toys collars leads harnesses beds treat its all their at the tip of your fingers just try it you will love it to.

signs me out/takes a while to register that I'm signed in. none of my coupons update. I went by 3 months with no new coupons at all. uninstalled then reinstalled the app to find them all there but it's now done it again. it's a bit frustrating having to do this just to access the coupons. you can't get them any other way. shopping on the app regularly crashes or takes too long to load. user interface doesn't feel very intuitive

buying experience is good but the system fails to remember quantities of items in the basket. After continuing shopping I come back to the basket to find quantities have all been reset to 1. It's very annoying when you've ordered 3 in order to get a discount! Also when you arrive at the store a member of staff runs around getting your purchases instead of having it ready! wmWhat's the purpose of waiting an hour? Overall though a good experience which would be great with a few tweaks!!

Previously gave 1 star because the log in was terrible. Now logged in ok but find that when you buy and pay for something it doesn't clear your basket, so if you don't notice you buy things again. I ordered items for delivery, couldn't find any confirmation email or text the next day so checked and saw things still in the basket - assumed it was a payment error so paid again. I now have one delivery yesterday and another duplicate today.

Don't bother with this app. I had two payments of £47.69 taken from my account within 6 days, for one 15kg bag of dog buscuits. The buscuits last 4 weeks, that was the frequency I set the ap at, for so called easy repeat order. So far I have not had a notification by email to collect them. I complained to my local Leicester store, and I was told that I would have to go on the ap and select live chat. I did so, only to receive a notification someone would get back to me within 72 hours. 😡😡

Adding a new item to two existing items in my subscription appears impossible, I had to delete the existing subscription, this did seem to let me add 3 items to a new subscription but i was then unable to set a delivery start date so now I have to wait until just before I need the items and set up the subscription then, really not user friendly at all, does anybody test this app before release, its a nightmare.

You hardly get any appropriate offers given to you, when you do get vouchers they are hardly worth using saving 50p on a £20 purchase, or the vouchers are not tailored to your animal at all, i buy dog food through the app so you ahould know what good i buy yet you give me vouchers for food i do not buy, i think you need to rethink your app and offer better and more appropriate offers for customers and their animals.

buying experience is good but the system fails to remember quantities of items in the basket. After continuing shopping I come back to the basket to find quantities have all been reset to 1. It's very annoying when you've ordered 3 in order to get a discount! Also when you arrive at the store a member of staff runs around getting your purchases instead of having it ready! wmWhat's the purpose of waiting an hour? Overall though a good experience which would be great with a few tweaks!!

Previously gave 1 star because the log in was terrible. Now logged in ok but find that when you buy and pay for something it doesn't clear your basket, so if you don't notice you buy things again. I ordered items for delivery, couldn't find any confirmation email or text the next day so checked and saw things still in the basket - assumed it was a payment error so paid again. I now have one delivery yesterday and another duplicate today.

great app so easy to navigate plenty of ways to pay and you get vouchers ive used more than one at a time which is also brilliant and I live the fact that they can give you items for your particular pet from food to toys collars leads harnesses beds treat its all their at the tip of your fingers just try it you will love it to.

Messaging ok when order is being made up and ready to pick up no problem there, but could not get onto app it's self to alter or order, also had loads of issues recognising password etc, had to go to store to sort out over counter, app needs looking at

never works at the till every time I go to pay I open the app to link my loyalty card to the purchase it either wants me to update via Google play or log in again, in a queue at the till this is not the time.. end up paying for the purchase without using and customers behind me grumbling at the time it took if you are going to make your reward card digital just let us open the app and show the barcode.. easier to go tescos for pet food tbh..

The app seems to fall victim to being incompatible with the pre-app legacy schemes such as "Pets Club" and "VIP Club" are difficult or impossible to link to the current app. These were card-based with no online account. However, even if you enter the ridiculously long PetsClub"card number" and correct email address, it says "We weren't able to link your details to an account", so you lose all your existing subscriptions and loyalty points. You have to create a new account and start from scratch.

Easy to use and subscribe to things, my only gripe is you can't change your email address. At all. not even through customer service. So if you want to use a different email address you need to create a new account under that email address which means any subscriptions you have have to be cancelled and set back up again. IMO any online accounts that does not allow someone to update their email address is sort of outdated. Had to get a refund for one item but they cancelled ALL subscriptions!

Oh Lord, worst app I've ever used. Impossible to place an order! It freezes, crashes, it stops, it does everything that shouldn't. Someone fix it please. 😔 Amazing shop deserves and equally great app! Currently useless application and website.

one of the worst, messy unusable apps i have ever seen, so many menus and subenus, it took me 40 minutes to change my preferred store and it still didn't change when i tried to book grooming. unusable mess, decide what this app is and stop redirecting to webpages. taking business elsewhere.

I do not find this user-friendly at all. I cannot find my standing repeat order. It was not delivered at the end of July, I cannot order multiple items as the app jumps where it feels like but where I want it. it's just very frustrating to place multiple item orders. Then, I cannot find a phone number to phone and get help. NOT HAPPY.

Unable to change email address so advised to close my account and create a new account. All my records and data will be lost. Also will lose my repeat orders. Have decided not to bother with it at all now. Vouchers are never any use either so no point having it. Very poor

I was unable to change my email address on my website account and was told that I needed to download the app to my phone to do it. I still can't! PAH make it so difficult to contact a human as well. They don't deserve customers when they treat them like this.

awful! choose home delivery and the payment option disappears and is just a white screen, search results for a product says 5 results but can only see 3, then again it's a white blank screen! no way to return to search results after clicking on an item to view it either! absolutely pathetic!

I can never understand this app. It always signs me out and nothing is ever where I expect to find it. It's very annoying. I wish they would just ditch the app entirely. A website and a loyalty card seems like plenty of frippery already. And they always want to see your app in store. I miss my local pet shop. I only had to go here when it closed. They never made me get an app.

Easy Repeat order info doesn't save. I went into store and staff adjusted it for me, then they found it had randomly changed (both qty and dates) for them too. Was ok when I left but then I got a delivery notification for a repeat that wasn't due for 8 weeks. Multibuy reductions not working either. Too much hassle

Don't bother with this app. I had two payments of £47.69 taken from my account within 6 days, for one 15kg bag of dog buscuits. The buscuits last 4 weeks, that was the frequency I set the ap at, for so called easy repeat order. So far I have not had a notification by email to collect them. I complained to my local Leicester store, and I was told that I would have to go on the ap and select live chat. I did so, only to receive a notification someone would get back to me within 72 hours. 😡😡

Adding a new item to two existing items in my subscription appears impossible, I had to delete the existing subscription, this did seem to let me add 3 items to a new subscription but i was then unable to set a delivery start date so now I have to wait until just before I need the items and set up the subscription then, really not user friendly at all, does anybody test this app before release, its a nightmare.

You hardly get any appropriate offers given to you, when you do get vouchers they are hardly worth using saving 50p on a £20 purchase, or the vouchers are not tailored to your animal at all, i buy dog food through the app so you ahould know what good i buy yet you give me vouchers for food i do not buy, i think you need to rethink your app and offer better and more appropriate offers for customers and their animals.

as I was placing my order for 2 x £10 = £20 ....I kept having reminders flashing up that I would get free delivery if I spent £20. My order total ,before I went on to get discount, was £20. I tried again and again , more than 6 times, I wasted an hour of my life but I COULDN'T CHECK OUT WITH FREE DELIVERY!! WHAT IS GOING ON?? I then went back toapply for discount. WHAT IS THE POINT IN ADVERTISING SOMETHING BUT NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH IT? I was willing to give 10% off to qualify free delivery

signs me out/takes a while to register that I'm signed in. none of my coupons update. I went by 3 months with no new coupons at all. uninstalled then reinstalled the app to find them all there but it's now done it again. it's a bit frustrating having to do this just to access the coupons. you can't get them any other way. shopping on the app regularly crashes or takes too long to load. user interface doesn't feel very intuitive
