The app CONSTANTLY freezes when casting, randomly restarts itself, disconnects from casting for no reason, and often disconnects on my phone, but continues playing on my tv yet I can't control the pause or stop to turn it off. This is the only streaming app that does this and it's EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!! For the amount of money we pay each month for this service, the app shouldn't be such garbage!

Netflix is a great platform with top-quality shows and movies, but it feels limited as everything is behind a paid subscription. Unlike other apps that offer some free content, Netflix gives nothing without payment, which can be disappointing for new users. Even the login process is not always smooth. It would be better if Netflix allowed a few movies or episodes for free. This small step can help users explore the platform before buying a plan. Netflix should focus on making the app more acces

WHY..... WOULD.... YOU.... CHANGE THE UI????!!!! This is one way to set yourself back 10 years. Its absolutely horrible. I cannot find anything. You took out all the tabs on the left side that easily helped locate movie types or the coming soon. Everything is enlarged for no reason. I just wrote customer support about the issue and I will keep reaching out to customer support till you change it. This makes me not even want to bother opening Netflix at all. Paramount it is then.

Your app is terrible!!! The only way to "manage Netflix household" is thru the TV, which would be fine EXCEPT all it says is: "this TV is already a part of your Netflix household" meanwhile keeping me from using Netflix on any of my other devices!! And before anyone says to check that the internet connection is the same on all devices, I've already done that; it's clearly your app. And frankly, until you fix it I don't see myself paying for something I can't use.

I love the app but not too excited and happy about the prices that went up. nor the amount of ads with the increase in prices. However, I rated them a four. They have/ and do provide good original TV Series. Plus really good Original and newly released movie's. Main complaint is the price increase 😵‍💫😔😮‍💨😭.. They need to stop increasing the cost and just provide. Excellent Service for all one price That is attainable for all income levels.. Then I would have rated it a 5+++😉

You have been getting better movies and shows. The only thing that bothers me was Netflix said when my niece moved out still using Netflix they said, " you need to buy an extra spot. No problem so I did well I think if you're going to charge extra for something I think you ought to know what your doing charging for something we can't use. then tell me they aren't using it- well wonder why. You got new, subscriber You got her in to her own account. still have to pay when not used or not working

It is becoming greedier year after year. It used to be where you pay and watch your shows without ads. When they added ads, I knew it was for more money, and thought it was terrible that customers who paid for over a decade still got ads- whatever. But today I tried to cast my show from my Netflix app on my phone to my TV, spending over half an hour trying to trouble shoot, just to discover the ad supported version doesn't support cast- a feature that wouldn't hurt its pocketbook. VERY SCUMMY.

more glitches and issues then ever before. YouTube has better movies in their free section. netflix now has ads. and whenever I click on a movie. it'll start playing a completely different movie. no joke. I'll click on breaking bad. then it'll start playing the walking dead. and it also does not save the progress. I'll watch 3 episodes of trailer park boys then I'll go do something and come back trying to continue watching it. and it'll replay the 3 episodes as if I didn't just watch them.

It feels like they are sacrificing content for games. You can't open the app without the entire screen being taken up by a game advertisement. If they are going to continue on the path of prioritizing games, then having a way to control if the games are displayed on the main page or not would be an excellent feature. Similar to how to allow the user to turn off auto play on previews.

You changed the interface of the menu. It's not as user friendly as it used to be. Not sure why you broke something that was perfectly fine. I will no longer suggest Netflix content to people. There is no sense in suggesting an app that only suggests shows and movies you've already watched. I have used this service since you mailed DVD'S to the house. That interface was easier to use than the one you just changed to. For the price we are paying, it's not worth the aggravation.

Don't watch any series cause they'll just cancel it. Netflix is only good now for movies (That's subjective) and limited series. Other than that it's been garbage. And to top it off with their price increases, streaming restrictions. They've truly shown that they don't care about good content. Just that you keep paying them. What an abysmal platform now. They could have been great but chose the money grabbing route (enshittification).

So netflix allows you to pay extra for multiple profiles on your account. But they've changed it so that all your accounts MUST be used at the same address or they lock up your login forcing you to use two factor authentication and tell them why you're logging in from somewhere else. If im PAYING for multiple profiles I should be able to have them logged in ANYWHERE. Yet another reason to switch streaming services.

yes they have a decent selection but good GOD. Do not believe their lies that there aren't "that many ads" on the affordable subscription. I genuinely think they rig it to where the first couple of things you watch wont have very many ads but before you know it, you'll be watching a horror film with at least 10 immersion breaking, nod ruining ads. it literally makes it not worth it. I'm so tired of these companies charging so much for the subscriptions.

Really close to canceling my account after over a decade of having netflix. The level of GREED netflix continues to display and act on is disappointing. I can no longer access my account on multiple devices. Instead it wants me to add a member and of course pay more when already paying $16 a month. Disappointing and ridiculous. Honestly, I guess this will force most of us to go back to basics, owning physical copies of our favorite TV shows and movies, instead of paying to own nothing.

There are a lot of things that have become annoying about Netflix, but most of those things are annoying about all streaming services. However, not being able to cast to my TV on an ad-supported plan is app breaking. The usability of the service is entirely shot without being able to watch on my TV screen. There's literally no point in having it anymore, I'm not going to watch movies on a phone. Cancelling, this was a terrible cash grab idea for y'all.

When watching on a console, the frames will get pixelated. I have gamer wifi, so I know it isn't a wifi problem. I will close the app and restart it. Sometimes that works but often it'll start with high definition and then 5mins later it's pixelated again. Also, this is the only app that takes 3mins to load fully. I have HBO, Hulu and YouTube. All three of those apps have no pixelation issues or loading problems. NETFLIX SUCKS

Does not play, freezes and sound goes but the screen doesn't. I have tried uninstalling/ reinstalling, I have tried downloading the episode. I have also tried on both wifi and mobile data but it still does it. Add that in with the fact that I cant open Netflix in my browser, I have to use the app and it is more frustrating. It's already annoying that we can't use the mobile browser but it's even more so when your app is also useless.

Netflix has gotten greedy and the content is not worth it. The change to limiting Netflix to one household prevents me from using the app while traveling. Their help page states that you can cast. But their app doesn't even provide the casting option so that you can. If you have a job where you travel often, then you are paying for a product that you can no longer use properly. On top of that, the content has gotten extremely poor that Netflix no longer is different than watching regular TV.

I like Netflix, but there's a lot of major issues I have. I think it's kind of ridiculous to have an ad version/no ads version now considering they used to always have no ads. and the fact that Im not able to cast Netflix to my Chromecast because I didn't pay for no ads is stupid, and there's content on here that you need to have the ads free version to watch. and you need to be in the same home to be able to access the account?? stupid. you have some good Netflix originals, though.

What happened to this app? Netflix is NOT cheap. So youd think I'd be able to do the basics. Rewinding, pausing, fast forward, ect. Pressing play on the show you choose to watch. Not the case at all. Netflix freezes or crashes anything you attempt. I don't remember it being like this in the past. Can't handle how big it has become perhaps? I have cheaper streaming services that don't do this. Why keep spending money on this one?

This app can't keep track of the episode I'm on, and I often have to scour through several episodes just to find where I left off. Mini player only works about 50% of the time. this app will often pause and unpause what I'm watching for me. Clicking on shows to watch will often bring up a different show entirely. To top it off, I'm unable to uninstall this app from my phone, which is ridiculous.

Netflix has a nice UI, but...there is nothing more irritating than every single video auto-playing. Please make that an option on the main menu in the app as well as on desktop so it can easily be turned on or off. Also, your show selection is pretty limited compared to other platforms. Stop buying so much cheap entertainment to sell to people and start holding out for better entertainment offerings.

A fine experience for browsing, but a pretty mediocre app otherwise. It feels like they tried to make it work like social media, which is extremely frustrating when I want to just go to my movies. My List is now hidden in the most unintuitive place and doesn't even work - movies that show as being on my list don't show up on the page. Disappointing from the company that's had the longest time to get the experience right.

My friend introduced me to Netflix. It has worked well on both my Samsung smartphone & laptop. I like the option of having a list of movies, along with the option of downloading for offline viewing. The suggestions offered are helpful sometimes. I got hooked on the entire Frank & Grace series! There are some interesting materials to watch. But seems like there aren't the greatest variety of good movies. Although I like documentaries, etc., it seems there are more of these than good movies.

I love Netflix. I do not have a TV, Computer, WiFi or Stereo. I grew up without them. Plus everything is so expensive. I use my cellphone for everything. It's so much cheaper. I never have problems with Netflix. I don't mind the ads because if you watch TV from my understanding they are a lot longer. I have even ordered stuff from the ads. It's cheap (I pay $9.99 a month I can put up with ads). Netflix is really good at keeping up with the latest season on their series

I never have problems with Netflix. I don't mind the ads because if you watch TV from my understanding they are a lot longer. I have even ordered stuff from the ads. It's cheap (I pay $9.99 a month I can put up with ads). Netflix is really good at keeping up with the latest season on their series

The suggestions offered are helpful sometimes. I got hooked on the entire Frank & Grace series! There are some interesting materials to watch. But seems like there aren't the greatest variety of good movies. Although I like documentaries, etc., it seems there are more of these than good movies.
