Absolutely way to Slow at uploading/backup and that's not the worst part. The app constantly keeps force stopping itself which then stops my photos and videos from Backing up. Trying to free up storage on my phone by uploading or backing up my storage. Now I know why this is included in my plan to have 120GB or 150GB w.e it is, the app hardly works and trying to advertise and get people using the app. Fix the problems it's slow response, slow uploading speed, and crashes

Unable to sign up because I am not receiving the sms verify code needed to verify . Nothing i can find or do so far. This is a paid add on feature that was huge in the service plan that I liked. What's the issue? So for now. I give it a 1 star because I can't access it and Its part of my plan.

It seems surprisingly okay, except there is no way to select which folders to back up in the app. Update: The new update has resolved the slow loading but only partially fixed the frequent crashes, and the backup status screen is still bugged out.

So far this app from cricket has not worked like it is supposed to, with no settings for actually backing up photos. Yet it constantly sends me notifications to backup my photos. I just updated on Playstore so I'll see if this helped any. I have my doubts.

So far this app is kind of sucky. It continues to find old pictures and videos that I though I had already deleted and then bogs my system down with more pictures than I actually have. It doesn't have an option for me to enter my own photos and I am not sure if I can even delete the doubles because from other ratings that looks like a problem too. Will I lose all my pictures if I clear my Google photos after they're downloaded to this app? I'm scared to try.

I must say I thought the 1 stars were fake but the app has issues like not backing up even on wifi. It starts and stops itself. Now I see why 120gb of free storage a month is free. Cuz you can't use it. Waste of space and payed employees to make trash. I have no experience but could probably design a more stable app myself

I had made a folder with some old screenshots of documents, when I checked on the folder later, it went from 75 photos to 16, I don't know what happened, I didn't delete anything or free up any space, I don't know why it happened but I'm pissed. Oh well.

This app is horrible it picks and chooses what photos to back up. Anytime I take a pic, save a pic or anything it don't always back them up. It constantly shows the notification to back up new photos so when I open the app it shows how some pics haven't been backed up but yet it says everything has been backed up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it once and it worked but then it stared doing it again. It's extremely annoying. I'll just stick with the google photo backup

Extremely slow. My other cloud services works a thousand times faster. Also when set to Wifi only for downloads it keeps saying that wifi is not available even when Wifi is comfirmed to be working properly. It is like they want you to use data only. I have uninstalled the app after deleting all of my photos.

This app is horrible. It updates all the time but it's not saving any of my photos. It tells me to go to the gallery to see my photos but it's only a couple of them in there. It saves my screenshots but not my photos that I take in my camera. I really wanted to like that app but I don't. I will be uninstalling.

This is app is so damn frustrating. Doesn't back up even if you leave the app open. Doesn't matter if you're connected to wifi or using mobile data. It's backed up photos once the whole time I've had it. Since that one time, it gives notifications, saying go check your backup progress and it hasn't progressed at all. It's been on the same number for the last 3 weeks. It's utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this app at all.

Someone erased everything including things that were from other phone numbers, etc. I've been patient, but apps that request you to allow permission to gain access to photos and files SHOULD HAVE SECURITY MEASURES TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM UPLOADING AND SELLING OUR THINGS! IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO TEY AND MAKE SURE THE APPS SAFE; STATE THAT IT IS JUST A COPY OF ANOTHER CODE YOU AREN'T CAPABLE OF CREATING YOURSELF OR MODIFY TO ATTEMPT TO KEEP OUR THINGS SAFE. WE DESERVE BETTER!

App doesn't back up my pictures. It'll randomly work for a while but then it stops. It says I have 52,000 photos that aren't backed up & to open the app to back them up. When I do, it gives me an old date & tells me all the photos are backed up. However, it hasn't backed up any new photos or the 52,000 photos that it accurately detects on my phone. I've been sending feedback to the company. They don't respond. I even did uninstalled & reinstalled app & did factory resets on phone. Doesn't fix it

I'm sure you've noticed in the comments since the most recent update there is no way to get the app to update the photos in the cloud. Previously there was a progress bar and it was much easier to see the progress of upload and now there is nothing. Even if you leave the app open or force close it or do whatever you try to do it won't work. Half the stuff that was on my cloud is now gone and I can't get the stuff that's on my phone to upload

I got 150gb free with Cricket today and so far I am unimpressed and extremely frustrated. So far after 4 hours is "says" it has backed up all my photos but won't let me get rid of "uploading" notification at the top of of my home screen. Second it only backed up 2gb of photos (stating it is done backing up) going back just last 6 months but I have 11gb of photos on my phone.

Need to be active with it it's not automatic tell you setup an account.

why can't I download all my photos and videos please fix this you haven't updated this app in a few months now and it's getting annoying 🤬😡

It will not let me view or download any photos/videos. If I upload on cellular, it stops and says my phone is too hot to continue. Uploading on Wifi works fine. I'm most frustrated with not being able to view photos/videos. The app has failed me so many times while trying to show family and friends my pictures. Fix it. I'm not paying a premium for a service that doesn't work.

A real space saver for phone memory. only issue I have is when browsing the media that's been already backed up, there are a number of files, larger sizes videos mostly, that don't ever load a preview and when selected take an eternity to load if they ever do at all. I was hesitant to permanently delete media from my device and rely solely on myPhotoVault to keep them accessible, I really hope my fears of losing the precious videos/pics of my children growing don't become a reality.

The app continually tries to upload any and all pictures and videos you can't pick and choose which one's. Then when you want to access them over a internet web browser you can't. My main issue is that it states that I have about half my storage used up but there is nothing that I can see in the app so I don't understand what is up with this service but it definitely needs some work for sure!
