The app doesn't do anything more than the remote that came with my lights. I wish I could do more of my own color setups. All the color changing options are preloaded so you're stuck with it. There is no Red, White, and Blue which is not good either. Delete the music options and other stuff and focus on more of a personal setup. Unless there is an app out there I am not familiar with.
The lights are bright and clear. I do like that you can change colours/shade by using the wheel. The mic seems to react to sound/music really well. Lots of preset sequential patterns. Over all happy with the lights and app. It was a task to install, ONLY because we installed them on a snowmobile 😊 but not impossible. The only thing I wish... create your own patterns, that's where it lost 1 star (maybe put that on your next software update 😉). However, that was not a make or break decision.
Neat idea, but the connection is unreliable and difficult to manage - I was only able to get the connection working a handful of times. The color selection interface is great, but if the lights won't connect, what's the point? Also, it's super weird that the app requires permission to use my phone's GPS. Once the devs work out the bugs, this product at this price point would definitely earn 5 stars from me, but until then, I recommend prospective buyers look elsewhere.

Horrible and tragic that I cannot control the music player via bluetooth. No one can drive and switch songs by hand on their phone. I can't switch to the player to another bluetooth friendly music app. The only way is to use the microphone feature and play the better music app or USB. Also there is no way to play a Playlist. If you have a large music collection.. have fun scrolling from A-Z every time you want to switch to a song that starts with S.
I think that this app is quite nice, it's not the most high tech, but it does what is says it can do. It controls my LEDs just fine. The one problem I have, is that, the music downloaded from my phone can't be controlled by the app. In turn makeing it so the lights wont react to my music. It comes with its own music but its 5 songs for holidays. I want to listen to my music, without having it be out loud and have the lights react. It's ok but.... Maybe I got a set that doesn't work right, maybe it's operator error. I get blue, yellow and white only. The timer sometimes works. Other remotes for different appliances will change the light settings, made me laugh. Wish I could use all the colors it's suppose to have. Slow, crashes alot, can't save presets, randomly turns off, the only music option is for downloaded files, and Bluetooth mandatory(good luck to your battery life), and I still haven't figured out how to just turn it off. Worked for one day. Now it keeps dropping connection and reconnecting over and over on its own. I can't control the lights at all. This was the app in the instructions of my light strip I was told to download. I've tried reinstalling the app, un and re-pairing to BT, unplugging and re plug in the LEDs, you name it. THIS APP IS GARBAGE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

But there has to be more of a connection to the Internet for the music part. What UPDATE did you guys do? Yesterday it was working just fine. now when I open it I can't access the controls on the bottom. they're behind the controls on my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra). Also can't access the controls on the middle top. it's behind my camera. it's like you stretched your app for some reason and it doesn't fit on the screen like it used to.
I didnt have anything bad to say until it completely forgot my lights. Ive re-downloaded it too many times for it to not remember. If there was a way to manually reconnect the lights I would be okay with it forgetting them. This is ridiculous. I dont have an issue with legit ANYTHING else. The schedule setting works great, the colors are nice, the color settings are nice it would be perfect if it would stop forgetting my lights!
I got the lights as an Easter present and then downloaded the app. I'd love to see more work go into the app, make it more responsive, have a way to have it sync to the music better but the one thing that needs to be fixed is the strobe function. If I set it to microphone, the disco lights turn the mic sensitivity all the way up that's an actual strobe, when I go to the "strobe settings" the fastest I can make the lights flash is about the speed of a turn signal. Please add more features

However, from the advertisement, it leads you to believe that you are able to customize the lights as you wish, but in reality, you are only able to select one solid color or from the very limited menu of presets offered. I wouldn't mind this so much if the preset options provided were good. Please make an update on your app and add more holiday color options.
As for connectivity itself, it seems solid. I can get on, control brightness, color, and presets just fine... That's about it though. The music doesn't have anything good (happy birthday and merry Christmas is all you get). It also heats up your phone like for some reason. Instead of just changing your lights to whatever you set, it actively stays on it in the background and as a result heard up your device
The app is horrible. The LED lights that came with the kit work fine. The controller's manual functions work fine. The remote stopped pairing with the controller about 5 months in. I have replaced the battery and tried to repair it several times without it working. I finally decided to download the app and it is horrible. It will not save timers. It disconnects from the lights. It will unpair itself. It can't find the controller. You cannot save or set multiple schedules. It's just bad.
I've had LED lights since 2021 and the only issue I have ever had is because they dont connect to anything except for this app, which works about 40% of the time (generous estimate). I cannot recommend enough that if you get lights and they call for this app that you buy ANY other lights available. This app is the single most useless, annoying, inconvenient app I have ever encountered. One star isn't low enough, I need negative stars. Negative five stars
since The latest update, my schedule had not been working so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and when I opened the app after the restart, it now says suspected illegal device. I can't get it to turn on with my phone so I'm assuming the schedule is also not going to work either. I use the scheduler as an alarm so that the light turns on in the morning when my alarm goes off. really frustrating. Hope they fix it ASAP
Recent update completely broke UI, it's now useless which makes it difficult to use my lights at all. You can no longer click the Settings button or Devices button, both which are necessary to connect a new device, because they stretched the screen for some reason. Bottom buttons have shrunk in size and are also difficult to use. App had been fine and acceptable, I was planning to get more lights, but will no longer be doing that.

The music doesn't have anything good (happy birthday and merry Christmas is all you get). It also heats up your phone like for some reason. Instead of just changing your lights to whatever you set, it actively stays on it in the background and as a result heard up your device

I have replaced the battery and tried to repair it several times without it working. I finally decided to download the app and it is horrible. It will not save timers. It disconnects from the lights. It will unpair itself. It can't find the controller. You cannot save or set multiple schedules. It's just bad.

It will unpair itself. It can't find the controller. You cannot save or set multiple schedules. It's just bad.
I've had LED lights since 2021 and the only issue I have ever had is because they dont connect to anything except for this app, which works about 40% of the time (generous estimate). I cannot recommend enough that if you get lights and they call for this app that you buy ANY other lights available. This app is the single most useless, annoying, inconvenient app I have ever encountered. One star isn't low enough, I need negative stars. Negative five stars
since The latest update, my schedule had not been working so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and when I opened the app after the restart, it now says suspected illegal device. I can't get it to turn on with my phone so I'm assuming the schedule is also not going to work either. I use the scheduler as an alarm so that the light turns on in the morning when my alarm goes off. really frustrating. Hope they fix it ASAP
Recent update completely broke UI, it's now useless which makes it difficult to use my lights at all. You can no longer click the Settings button or Devices button, both which are necessary to connect a new device, because they stretched the screen for some reason. Bottom buttons have shrunk in size and are also difficult to use. App had been fine and acceptable, I was planning to get more lights, but will no longer be doing that.
Ok, I guess? I bought a bedframe that has LED lights that use this app. Honestly, the colors are great, app is easy to use, the issue? The app constantly disconnects from the lights both win the app is open and when I close it. When it does this you can't use the app to control the lights. Sometimes you can fix it and other times you have to completely uninstall the app and reinstall and connect the lights. Annoying but not the end of the world.
The lights are bright and clear. I do like that you can change colours/shade by using the wheel. The mic seems to react to sound/music really well. Lots of preset sequential patterns. Over all happy with the lights and app. It was a task to install, ONLY because we installed them on a snowmobile 😊 but not impossible. The only thing I wish... create your own patterns, that's where it lost 1 star (maybe put that on your next software update 😉). However, that was not a make or break decision.
I think that this app is quite nice, it's not the most high tech, but it does what is says it can do. It controls my LEDs just fine. The one problem I have, is that, the music downloaded from my phone can't be controlled by the app. In turn makeing it so the lights wont react to my music. It comes with its own music but its 5 songs for holidays. I want to listen to my music, without having it be out loud and have the lights react. If there is or is not a way too fix this, please let me know.
I got the lights as an Easter present and then downloaded the app. I'd love to see more work go into the app, make it more responsive, have a way to have it sync to the music better but the one thing that needs to be fixed is the strobe function. If I set it to microphone, the disco lights turn the mic sensitivity all the way up that's an actual strobe, when I go to the "strobe settings" the fastest I can make the lights flash is about the speed of a turn signal. Please add more features

I also would love to be able to organize the colors the way I want..... 3 colors for holidays I guess I can say but that isn't possible. I will for sure change my star rating if the timer starts to work again. The other part I've can live without.
It's ok but.... Maybe I got a set that doesn't work right, maybe it's operator error. I get blue, yellow and white only. The timer sometimes works. Other remotes for different appliances will change the light settings, made me laugh. Wish I could use all the colors it's suppose to have. Remote works for on off and switching between the 3 colors that work. That's about it. Sorta disappointed in this one.

But there has to be more of a connection to the Internet for the music part. However, from the advertisement, it leads you to believe that you are able to customize the lights as you wish, but in reality, you are only able to select one solid color or from the very limited menu of presets offered. I wouldn't mind this so much if the preset options provided were good. Please make an update on your app and add more holiday color options.

Neat idea, but the connection is unreliable and difficult to manage - I was only able to get the connection working a handful of times. The color selection interface is great, but if the lights won't connect, what's the point? Also, it's super weird that the app requires permission to use my phone's GPS. Once the devs work out the bugs, this product at this price point would definitely earn 5 stars from me, but until then, I recommend prospective buyers look elsewhere.

Slow, crashes alot, can't save presets, randomly turns off, the only music option is for downloaded files, and Bluetooth mandatory(good luck to your battery life), and I still haven't figured out how to just turn it off. If I didn't have to reset my settings everytime on start I wouldn't mind so bad, but for now this app is just barely usable. Not good, not even okay, just barely functional. For the money it's acceptable though.
The app doesn't do anything more than the remote that came with my lights. I wish I could do more of my own color setups. All the color changing options are preloaded so you're stuck with it. There is no Red, White, and Blue which is not good either. Delete the music options and other stuff and focus on more of a personal setup. Unless there is an app out there I am not familiar with.
As for connectivity itself, it seems solid. I can get on, control brightness, color, and presets just fine... That's about it though. The music doesn't have anything good (happy birthday and merry Christmas is all you get). It also heats up your phone like for some reason. Instead of just changing your lights to whatever you set, it actively stays on it in the background and as a result heard up your device
The app is horrible. The LED lights that came with the kit work fine. The controller's manual functions work fine. The remote stopped pairing with the controller about 5 months in. I have replaced the battery and tried to repair it several times without it working. I finally decided to download the app and it is horrible. It will not save timers. It disconnects from the lights. Horrible and tragic that I cannot control the music player via bluetooth. No one can drive and switch songs by hand on their phone. I can't switch to the player to another bluetooth friendly music app. The only way is to use the microphone feature and play the better music app or USB. Also there is no way to play a Playlist. If you have a large music collection.. have fun scrolling from A-Z every time you want to switch to a song that starts with S.

This was the app in the instructions of my light strip I was told to download. I've tried reinstalling the app, un and re-pairing to BT, unplugging and re plug in the LEDs, you name it. THIS APP IS GARBAGE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
I didnt have anything bad to say until it completely forgot my lights. Ive re-downloaded it too many times for it to not remember. If there was a way to manually reconnect the lights I would be okay with it forgetting them. This is ridiculous. I dont have an issue with legit ANYTHING else. The schedule setting works great, the colors are nice, the color settings are nice it would be perfect if it would stop forgetting my lights!

What UPDATE did you guys do? Yesterday it was working just fine. now when I open it I can't access the controls on the bottom. they're behind the controls on my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra). Also can't access the controls on the middle top. it's behind my camera. it's like you stretched your app for some reason and it doesn't fit on the screen like it used to.

What UPDATE did you guys do? Yesterday it was working just fine. now when I open it I can't access the controls on the bottom. they're behind the controls on my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra).
