Whatever updates they made recently have made this app unusable. I set up biometrics and it worked for one day, then started redirecting to website login. Except the login doesn't work, and gives me a "sorry we're having technical difficulties" message any time I try to log in. So you can't use the app, can't use the desktop site, and average wait times for phone support are 30 minutes. Hard to say if it's the app or the company that's more useless.

Unrealistic expectation of real world driving conditions. When you're about to enter freeway from a stopped position, you have to take advantage of any opening gap in cars. Hence the "sudden acceleration". It's not even going 0-60 in 2 sec. You just have to go enough so the next car won't hit you in the back. After more than a month of excellent driving I'm getting frequent fair trips. My driving didn't change. Once you get your first fair, the app just suddenly get more sensitive, or stricter.

In my experience, this app has worked well, for the amount of information it handles. The problem I've run into every time I've used the app, I can't add/remove nor replace a vehicle on my policy. I've tried this process six times this year and it has halted my request and tells me to call customer service. Don't get me started on the wait times for a customer service call. It's like they don't have enough because they think their app works properly. News flash, Linux, it doesn't.

Once upon a time this app was decent. Not anymore. Everytime I try to edit vehicles, I get to the last step and it says "sorry, it's not you it's us" and doesn't work to complete the process. Try calling them and the automated system trust everything it can to direct you back to the app(that continually doesn't work) instead of giving you customer service. Very frustrating. They are, however, extremely great priced. Just need to work on the app some more if they really want it to be used.

Won't log in. I know my user log in and password. I logged in online to double-check this. I've tried MULTIPLE times entering both my user name/ password, AND my email/ password combos, triple-checked my password entry, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get a "log in failed" error. Sure I can use my browser to log in from my phone, but then what is the point of the (disfunctional) app?! Why not switch back to Progressive whose app is flawless?! I hope I never have to file a claim.

App is only good for tracking my every move and collecting data. It will not allow me to sign in to see my bill. I can not pay my bill in the app. Simply takes my biometrics and password and never opens my policy. I am signed in but can not see or pay my bill. I hate the notifications at the top of my phone. I dont even want the tiny discount I get for letting the app collect my traffic data. Deleting the app. I will mail payments from now on. Liberty can keep their $40 good driving discount.

The app worked great at first, but then stopped tracking my trips all of a sudden. I tried to contact customer support, but couldn't find answers or a number to call. I tried emailing. No way to get in touch. I followed the directions from the FAQ, to uninstall and reinstall. This is concerning. I'd heard great things about working with Liberty Mutual, and had a good experience with getting set up, but I hope their customer service doesn't fall away once people are actually a part of it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely expensive insurance, if you make any changes even with contacting them, they'll add hundreds of dollars without notice. I called to notify a financial issue and they added $400 dollars to my monthly bill as well as absolutely rude customer service when I tried to figure out how they could just do that. Buyer beware!

This spyware is terrible. It doesn't detect half your drives, and detects randomly when I'm sitting at my desk. Then they slam your score for obeying the law, and not running a red light and stopping as smoothly as possible. Then when you write customer service and inform them of the problem in their software they inform you (in a professional manner) that's your problem.

Cannot Get Passed Login! I login and it starts to load the next page, then sends me back to the login page! Same issue with the website. I login, the next page says manage claim, I press that button then get sent to a blank page with only one button to give feedback! The most frustrating thing to not be able to check what's going on when a victim of a car accident!

For days, it didn't show any trips, but I figured it was because my spouse was the driver. Then suddenly today a bunch of incorrect trips from days ago popped up as confirmed, so I can't correct them. Trips should stay unconfirmed until confirmed by the person, period. So basically the driving data is totally useless since it's inaccurate, plus the app is a total battery hog. I've been having to charge my phone multiple times a day.

The app has not worked sufficiently in the last eight months. Only the Right Track Service works efficiently. I can not see what is going on with my account, everytime I click the login tab, the system says "something went wrong, please try again". I wonder when will this nightmare be over. I changed my password and reregistered my account so many times that it is ridiculous to try again. "Fed up in Florida"

All these apps tell me I'm breaking hard. I don't slam on the breaks. I take my foot off the gas about 1/4 mile away from lights/stop signs, then start slowing down. If it registered my speed for 50 feet, it would show there's no hard breaking, there's long breaking. I trained myself to drive as if there was a baby in the back seat that would scream at sudden movement. There is no jerking at stopping or going. Other than that, the apps work fine.

Nice app and works well, unlike most apps out there. My only complaint is, and the reason I took off two stars... the app is VERY limited as to what you can do on it. Example: I traded vehicles recently, AND wanted to add a driver. The app walked me thru the ENTIRE process on both tasks just to tell me at the end "Sorry" that can't be completed on the app, please call customer service at 1-800-xxx-xxxx...." I don't want to call and spend an hour on hold. I would like to do more than pay my bill.

Worthless app. I only wanted a quote of how much it would cost to add my daughter to our policy. I didn't want to change it! But that's the only option. When I saw it wouldn't produce a quote without changing my plan, I started a chat... and NOBODY RESPONDED! Why add chat if nobody is there to answer?! This app is missing important functionality. We should be able to just get a quote without having to change the policy! Most importantly, if you add chat, make sure somebody is there to help!

App says that changing my coverage isn't supported and will be added "soon." I set my coverage online in the first place, now I can't modify it? All I wanted to do was switch over minimal coverage from one vehicle to another. Both older vehicles, both rather inexpensive. So I had to do it over the phone and my rate somehow doubled. What a joke. Thought they might've not taken off the first vehicle, but they did. One policy for the price of two! Gotta love it.

Right track app is completely inaccurate. Docks you for phone usage when taking a call on Bluetooth. My phone is always on Bluetooth in the car and I don't text when driving yet I get docked for phone usage. I have like 3 hard breaks out of 100 drives but my score for hard breaking is 'poor'. The StateFarm tracking app works a lot better than this one.

What they don't tell you about the app is that it doesn't matter if you're going the speed limit. If you're driving 70 mph on the highway, which is the speed limit, it will rate you "fair" because they think that's a fast speed. The app recommends you take back roads instead of the highway so you can drive slower. It said I had a phone usage when I plugged my phone into the charger. I didn't turn my screen on or anything; just plugged it in! Records breaking events when there were none. It's BS

This app is absolutely terrible. Every time I open it, I have to sign in. After I sign in, I have to be sent a code as a text (this part is not the worst experience). When I go to enter the code, it only lets me put in 2 digits at a time, then the keyboard disappears. After finally putting in all 6 digits, then it asks me EVERY time if I want to use biometrics, which I always say yes. I use my fingerprint and then finally am able to get into my account. This process happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

This is truly an awful company. I have been pulled over more times than I can count because these guys refuse to contact the DMV. It’s one of the first things they have to do!!! I call afterwards and they tell me they’ve done all the necessary work. Well then why do police scanners say that I don’t have insurance?????? I haven’t missed a payment, I’ve literally never been in an accident, I don’t speed but man do they dislike me! I have requested a manager contact me but that has fallen on deaf ears everytime. I have now been instructed by the police to stop driving my car or else they will take the tags and impound my car. So if you like actually driving your car and being covered then this isn’t the company for you. They are not helpful, they claim they’re doing something about it but it’s been almost a year of this. You know they don’t forget to bill though!! Tried to turn off automatic payments but the website freezes everytime. Tried to log in the app to do the same thing, freezes. These guys won’t even let me stop payments. They just collect my money every month. That’s all they do, collect money. If I got into an accident right now I would be arrested for driving without insurance so if you’re cool with that happening then sign up for an insurance company that cares more about making commercials than their customers.

I recently filed a claim because my car got stolen. Since day 1 I have had the worst experience with this insurance company. Their claims specialist has done nothing but been confusing and misinformative. Not only that, but she is constantly telling me one thing and then doing the other. I have complained about her several times just to be told by her manager that there is nothing they can do and that this specialist is still the most qualified for my case even though I expressed feeling very uncomfortable working with her. It’s been over a week since my car has been found and it still hasn’t gotten taken to be reviewed by a shop. Not only are they trying their best NOT to help me, but they have also made me feel more stress and confusion than I have ever felt in my life. It’s gotten so bad that my family won’t let me speak to this specialist anymore. They are now handling my claim for me because they can see how much I am being manipulated by this specialist. I wish I would have known sooner how bad this insurance was. This isn’t the only occasion of me having a bad experience with them. Soon as this claim is closed, I’ll be switching to another company immediately, even if I can’t afford it

This insurance company does not take the time to make policies clear, specially when it comes to renewal. Long gone are the days when you could stop paying for a service you no longer wanted or needed and companies wouldn’t come up with this “well our policy auto renews” argument so they can charge you obscene amounts of money for half a.. service. I remember when I was stranded and I called them so I could get roadside assistance, it took more than 3 hours and countless calls to get a tow truck to the side of a busy highway during the day. Or the time I had a minor accident and my policy was going to increase $1000, what is the point of having insurance if you get punished for using it, aren’t I paying for the service? Customer service is crap, they just tell you “well there’s nothing we can do” and proceed to tell you same over and over talking over you every chance they get. And to make things worse they keep sending you texts going over the same things you have already covered with 3 other people. I’m sure $355 is nothing to a company like this but to the average consumer it’s quite a lot specially during this times. My advise is stay away from this company if you don’t want any surprises in the future.

My L.M experience was outstanding service . To tell you first of all who ever it may concern : not my personal experience though this is me speaking out for my daughter who’s car had broke down she needed a tow so she tried to call Lots of people even I tried to call two of my friends who had tow business but to no avail . She then realized she had roadside assistance after hours of frustration and dealing with anxiety issues she called and within twenty minutes they had a tow came and got her car back home thanks for liberty mutual assistance they was there when everyone else was two hours away or too busy they was very helpful in getting the car home within an hour or so . Thank you liberty mutual roadside assistance whoever took the call you was very professional the way you delivered the service was fantastic . Angels come in many ways bless you all behind the phone and computers..

First off I love Liberty Mutual not just because the commercials are funny but because they are true! I mean really true! I had a claim on my insurance and my claim agent Whitney listened to me and made me feel so relaxed like she was one of my girlfriends from high school. I REALLY felt like she was on my side holding me down not like a dry robotic person just going through the motions following the guidelines. It was so seem less if I’m honest I didn’t know when it started or ended. I got a call telling me to call her up and tell her my side send over pictures of my car, she even set me up to text them over, and before I knew it I was getting a letter saying this is what was paid out enjoy your day. I feel like my rates are really great especially for everything you get. Like the better car replacement option, I pray I NEVER need it but it’s nice to know that if somebody hits and totals my car I can get a little nicer one in return. The stress of what am I going to do now is not there. Liberty Mutual has really made me feel like a million bucks. It’s been almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. *singing voice* Liberty Liberty Liberty Liberty!!!!

I'd heard great things about working with Liberty Mutual, and had a good experience with getting set up, but I hope their customer service doesn't fall away once people are actually a part of it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely expensive insurance, if you make any changes even with contacting them, they'll add hundreds of dollars without notice. I called to notify a financial issue and they added $400 dollars to my monthly bill as well as absolutely rude customer service when I tried to figure out how they could just do that. Buyer beware!

This spyware is terrible. It doesn't detect half your drives, and detects randomly when I'm sitting at my desk. Then they slam your score for obeying the law, and not running a red light and stopping as smoothly as possible. Then when you write customer service and inform them of the problem in their software they inform you (in a professional manner) that's your problem.

Cannot Get Passed Login! I login and it starts to load the next page, then sends me back to the login page! Same issue with the website. I login, the next page says manage claim, I press that button then get sent to a blank page with only one button to give feedback! The most frustrating thing to not be able to check what's going on when a victim of a car accident!

For days, it didn't show any trips, but I figured it was because my spouse was the driver. Then suddenly today a bunch of incorrect trips from days ago popped up as confirmed, so I can't correct them. Trips should stay unconfirmed until confirmed by the person, period. So basically the driving data is totally useless since it's inaccurate, plus the app is a total battery hog. I've been having to charge my phone multiple times a day.

The app has not worked sufficiently in the last eight months. Only the Right Track Service works efficiently. I can not see what is going on with my account, everytime I click the login tab, the system says "something went wrong, please try again". I wonder when will this nightmare be over. I changed my password and reregistered my account so many times that it is ridiculous to try again. "Fed up in Florida"

All these apps tell me I'm breaking hard. I don't slam on the breaks. I take my foot off the gas about 1/4 mile away from lights/stop signs, then start slowing down. If it registered my speed for 50 feet, it would show there's no hard breaking, there's long breaking. I trained myself to drive as if there was a baby in the back seat that would scream at sudden movement. There is no jerking at stopping or going. Other than that, the apps work fine.

Nice app and works well, unlike most apps out there. My only complaint is, and the reason I took off two stars... the app is VERY limited as to what you can do on it. Example: I traded vehicles recently, AND wanted to add a driver. The app walked me thru the ENTIRE process on both tasks just to tell me at the end "Sorry" that can't be completed on the app, please call customer service at 1-800-xxx-xxxx...." I don't want to call and spend an hour on hold. I would like to do more than pay my bill.

Worthless app. I only wanted a quote of how much it would cost to add my daughter to our policy. I didn't want to change it! But that's the only option. When I saw it wouldn't produce a quote without changing my plan, I started a chat... and NOBODY RESPONDED! Why add chat if nobody is there to answer?! This app is missing important functionality. We should be able to just get a quote without having to change the policy! Most importantly, if you add chat, make sure somebody is there to help!

App says that changing my coverage isn't supported and will be added "soon." I set my coverage online in the first place, now I can't modify it? All I wanted to do was switch over minimal coverage from one vehicle to another. Both older vehicles, both rather inexpensive. So I had to do it over the phone and my rate somehow doubled. What a joke. Thought they might've not taken off the first vehicle, but they did. One policy for the price of two! Gotta love it.

Right track app is completely inaccurate. Docks you for phone usage when taking a call on Bluetooth. My phone is always on Bluetooth in the car and I don't text when driving yet I get docked for phone usage. I have like 3 hard breaks out of 100 drives but my score for hard breaking is 'poor'. The StateFarm tracking app works a lot better than this one.

What they don't tell you about the app is that it doesn't matter if you're going the speed limit. If you're driving 70 mph on the highway, which is the speed limit, it will rate you "fair" because they think that's a fast speed. The app recommends you take back roads instead of the highway so you can drive slower. It said I had a phone usage when I plugged my phone into the charger. I didn't turn my screen on or anything; just plugged it in! Records breaking events when there were none. It's BS

This app is absolutely terrible. Every time I open it, I have to sign in. After I sign in, I have to be sent a code as a text (this part is not the worst experience). When I go to enter the code, it only lets me put in 2 digits at a time, then the keyboard disappears. After finally putting in all 6 digits, then it asks me EVERY time if I want to use biometrics, which I always say yes. I use my fingerprint and then finally am able to get into my account. This process happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I recently filed a claim because my car got stolen. Since day 1 I have had the worst experience with this insurance company. Their claims specialist has done nothing but been confusing and misinformative. Not only that, but she is constantly telling me one thing and then doing the other. I have complained about her several times just to be told by her manager that there is nothing they can do and that this specialist is still the most qualified for my case even though I expressed feeling very uncomfortable working with her. It’s been over a week since my car has been found and it still hasn’t gotten taken to be reviewed by a shop. Not only are they trying their best NOT to help me, but they have also made me feel more stress and confusion than I have ever felt in my life. It’s gotten so bad that my family won’t let me speak to this specialist anymore. They are now handling my claim for me because they can see how much I am being manipulated by this specialist. I wish I would have known sooner how bad this insurance was. This isn’t the only occasion of me having a bad experience with them. Soon as this claim is closed, I’ll be switching to another company immediately, even if I can’t afford it

This insurance company does not take the time to make policies clear, specially when it comes to renewal. Long gone are the days when you could stop paying for a service you no longer wanted or needed and companies wouldn’t come up with this “well our policy auto renews” argument so they can charge you obscene amounts of money for half a.. service. I remember when I was stranded and I called them so I could get roadside assistance, it took more than 3 hours and countless calls to get a tow truck to the side of a busy highway during the day. Or the time I had a minor accident and my policy was going to increase $1000, what is the point of having insurance if you get punished for using it, aren’t I paying for the service? Customer service is crap, they just tell you “well there’s nothing we can do” and proceed to tell you same over and over talking over you every chance they get. And to make things worse they keep sending you texts going over the same things you have already covered with 3 other people. I’m sure $355 is nothing to a company like this but to the average consumer it’s quite a lot specially during this times. My advise is stay away from this company if you don’t want any surprises in the future.

My L.M experience was outstanding service . To tell you first of all who ever it may concern : not my personal experience though this is me speaking out for my daughter who’s car had broke down she needed a tow so she tried to call Lots of people even I tried to call two of my friends who had tow business but to no avail . She then realized she had roadside assistance after hours of frustration and dealing with anxiety issues she called and within twenty minutes they had a tow came and got her car back home thanks for liberty mutual assistance they was there when everyone else was two hours away or too busy they was very helpful in getting the car home within an hour or so . Thank you liberty mutual roadside assistance whoever took the call you was very professional the way you delivered the service was fantastic . Angels come in many ways bless you all behind the phone and computers..

This is truly an awful company. I have been pulled over more times than I can count because these guys refuse to contact the DMV. It’s one of the first things they have to do!!! I call afterwards and they tell me they’ve done all the necessary work. Well then why do police scanners say that I don’t have insurance?????? I haven’t missed a payment, I’ve literally never been in an accident, I don’t speed but man do they dislike me! I have requested a manager contact me but that has fallen on deaf ears everytime. I have now been instructed by the police to stop driving my car or else they will take the tags and impound my car. So if you like actually driving your car and being covered then this isn’t the company for you. They are not helpful, they claim they’re doing something about it but it’s been almost a year of this. You know they don’t forget to bill though!! Tried to turn off automatic payments but the website freezes everytime. Tried to log in the app to do the same thing, freezes. These guys won’t even let me stop payments. They just collect my money every month. That’s all they do, collect money. If I got into an accident right now I would be arrested for driving without insurance so if you’re cool with that happening then sign up for an insurance company that cares more about making commercials than their customers.

First off I love Liberty Mutual not just because the commercials are funny but because they are true! I mean really true! I had a claim on my insurance and my claim agent Whitney listened to me and made me feel so relaxed like she was one of my girlfriends from high school. I REALLY felt like she was on my side holding me down not like a dry robotic person just going through the motions following the guidelines. It was so seem less if I’m honest I didn’t know when it started or ended. I got a call telling me to call her up and tell her my side send over pictures of my car, she even set me up to text them over, and before I knew it I was getting a letter saying this is what was paid out enjoy your day. I feel like my rates are really great especially for everything you get. Like the better car replacement option, I pray I NEVER need it but it’s nice to know that if somebody hits and totals my car I can get a little nicer one in return. The stress of what am I going to do now is not there. Liberty Mutual has really made me feel like a million bucks. It’s been almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. *singing voice* Liberty Liberty Liberty Liberty!!!!

Unrealistic expectation of real world driving conditions. When you're about to enter freeway from a stopped position, you have to take advantage of any opening gap in cars. Hence the "sudden acceleration". It's not even going 0-60 in 2 sec. You just have to go enough so the next car won't hit you in the back. After more than a month of excellent driving I'm getting frequent fair trips. My driving didn't change. Once you get your first fair, the app just suddenly get more sensitive, or stricter.

In my experience, this app has worked well, for the amount of information it handles. The problem I've run into every time I've used the app, I can't add/remove nor replace a vehicle on my policy. I've tried this process six times this year and it has halted my request and tells me to call customer service. Don't get me started on the wait times for a customer service call. It's like they don't have enough because they think their app works properly. News flash, Linux, it doesn't.

Once upon a time this app was decent. Not anymore. Everytime I try to edit vehicles, I get to the last step and it says "sorry, it's not you it's us" and doesn't work to complete the process. Try calling them and the automated system trust everything it can to direct you back to the app(that continually doesn't work) instead of giving you customer service. Very frustrating. They are, however, extremely great priced. Just need to work on the app some more if they really want it to be used.

Won't log in. I know my user log in and password. I logged in online to double-check this. I've tried MULTIPLE times entering both my user name/ password, AND my email/ password combos, triple-checked my password entry, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get a "log in failed" error. Sure I can use my browser to log in from my phone, but then what is the point of the (disfunctional) app?! Why not switch back to Progressive whose app is flawless?! I hope I never have to file a claim.

App is only good for tracking my every move and collecting data. It will not allow me to sign in to see my bill. I can not pay my bill in the app. Simply takes my biometrics and password and never opens my policy. I am signed in but can not see or pay my bill. I hate the notifications at the top of my phone. I dont even want the tiny discount I get for letting the app collect my traffic data. Deleting the app. I will mail payments from now on. Liberty can keep their $40 good driving discount.

The app worked great at first, but then stopped tracking my trips all of a sudden. I tried to contact customer support, but couldn't find answers or a number to call. I tried emailing. In my experience, this app has worked well, for the amount of information it handles. The problem I've run into every time I've used the app, I can't add/remove nor replace a vehicle on my policy. I've tried this process six times this year and it has halted my request and tells me to call customer service. Don't get me started on the wait times for a customer service call. It's like they don't have enough because they think their app works properly. News flash, Linux, it doesn't.

Unrealistic expectation of real world driving conditions. When you're about to enter freeway from a stopped position, you have to take advantage of any opening gap in cars. Hence the "sudden acceleration". It's not even going 0-60 in 2 sec. You just have to go enough so the next car won't hit you in the back. After more than a month of excellent driving I'm getting frequent fair trips. My driving didn't change. Once you get your first fair, the app just suddenly get more sensitive, or stricter.

Once upon a time this app was decent. Not anymore. Everytime I try to edit vehicles, I get to the last step and it says "sorry, it's not you it's us" and doesn't work to complete the process. Try calling them and the automated system trust everything it can to direct you back to the app(that continually doesn't work) instead of giving you customer service. Very frustrating. They are, however, extremely great priced. Just need to work on the app some more if they really want it to be used.

Won't log in. I know my user log in and password. I logged in online to double-check this. I've tried MULTIPLE times entering both my user name/ password, AND my email/ password combos, triple-checked my password entry, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get a "log in failed" error. Sure I can use my browser to log in from my phone, but then what is the point of the (disfunctional) app?! Why not switch back to Progressive whose app is flawless?! I hope I never have to file a claim.

Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely expensive insurance, if you make any changes even with contacting them, they'll add hundreds of dollars without notice. I called to notify a financial issue and they added $400 dollars to my monthly bill as well as absolutely rude customer service when I tried to figure out how they could just do that. Buyer beware!

This spyware is terrible. It doesn't detect half your drives, and detects randomly when I'm sitting at my desk. Then they slam your score for obeying the law, and not running a red light and stopping as smoothly as possible. Then when you write customer service and inform them of the problem in their software they inform you (in a professional manner) that's your problem.

Cannot Get Passed Login! I login and it starts to load the next page, then sends me back to the login page! Same issue with the website. I login, the next page says manage claim, I press that button then get sent to a blank page with only one button to give feedback! The most frustrating thing to not be able to check what's going on when a victim of a car accident!

For days, it didn't show any trips, but I figured it was because my spouse was the driver. Then suddenly today a bunch of incorrect trips from days ago popped up as confirmed, so I can't correct them. Trips should stay unconfirmed until confirmed by the person, period. So basically the driving data is totally useless since it's inaccurate, plus the app is a total battery hog. I've been having to charge my phone multiple times a day.

The app has not worked sufficiently in the last eight months. Only the Right Track Service works efficiently. I can not see what is going on with my account, everytime I click the login tab, the system says "something went wrong, please try again". I wonder when will this nightmare be over. I changed my password and reregistered my account so many times that it is ridiculous to try again. "Fed up in Florida"

Whatever updates they made recently have made this app unusable. I set up biometrics and it worked for one day, then started redirecting to website login. Except the login doesn't work, and gives me a "sorry we're having technical difficulties" message any time I try to log in. So you can't use the app, can't use the desktop site, and average wait times for phone support are 30 minutes. Hard to say if it's the app or the company that's more useless.

Worthless app. I only wanted a quote of how much it would cost to add my daughter to our policy. I didn't want to change it! But that's the only option. When I saw it wouldn't produce a quote without changing my plan, I started a chat... and NOBODY RESPONDED! Why add chat if nobody is there to answer?! This app is missing important functionality. We should be able to just get a quote without having to change the policy! Most importantly, if you add chat, make sure somebody is there to help!

App says that changing my coverage isn't supported and will be added "soon." I set my coverage online in the first place, now I can't modify it? All I wanted to do was switch over minimal coverage from one vehicle to another. Both older vehicles, both rather inexpensive. So I had to do it over the phone and my rate somehow doubled. What a joke. Thought they might've not taken off the first vehicle, but they did. One policy for the price of two! Gotta love it.

Right track app is completely inaccurate. Docks you for phone usage when taking a call on Bluetooth. My phone is always on Bluetooth in the car and I don't text when driving yet I get docked for phone usage. I have like 3 hard breaks out of 100 drives but my score for hard breaking is 'poor'. The StateFarm tracking app works a lot better than this one.

What they don't tell you about the app is that it doesn't matter if you're going the speed limit. If you're driving 70 mph on the highway, which is the speed limit, it will rate you "fair" because they think that's a fast speed. The app recommends you take back roads instead of the highway so you can drive slower. It said I had a phone usage when I plugged my phone into the charger. I didn't turn my screen on or anything; just plugged it in! Records breaking events when there were none. It's BS

This app is absolutely terrible. Every time I open it, I have to sign in. After I sign in, I have to be sent a code as a text (this part is not the worst experience). When I go to enter the code, it only lets me put in 2 digits at a time, then the keyboard disappears. After finally putting in all 6 digits, then it asks me EVERY time if I want to use biometrics, which I always say yes. I use my fingerprint and then finally am able to get into my account. This process happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I recently filed a claim because my car got stolen. Since day 1 I have had the worst experience with this insurance company. Their claims specialist has done nothing but been confusing and misinformative. Not only that, but she is constantly telling me one thing and then doing the other. I have complained about her several times just to be told by her manager that there is nothing they can do and that this specialist is still the most qualified for my case even though I expressed feeling very uncomfortable working with her. It’s been over a week since my car has been found and it still hasn’t gotten taken to be reviewed by a shop. Not only are they trying their best NOT to help me, but they have also made me feel more stress and confusion than I have ever felt in my life. It’s gotten so bad that my family won’t let me speak to this specialist anymore. They are now handling my claim for me because they can see how much I am being manipulated by this specialist. I wish I would have known sooner how bad this insurance was. This isn’t the only occasion of me having a bad experience with them. Soon as this claim is closed, I’ll be switching to another company immediately, even if I can’t afford it

This insurance company does not take the time to make policies clear, specially when it comes to renewal. Long gone are the days when you could stop paying for a service you no longer wanted or needed and companies wouldn’t come up with this “well our policy auto renews” argument so they can charge you obscene amounts of money for half a.. service. I remember when I was stranded and I called them so I could get roadside assistance, it took more than 3 hours and countless calls to get a tow truck to the side of a busy highway during the day. Or the time I had a minor accident and my policy was going to increase $1000, what is the point of having insurance if you get punished for using it, aren’t I paying for the service? Customer service is crap, they just tell you “well there’s nothing we can do” and proceed to tell you same over and over talking over you every chance they get. And to make things worse they keep sending you texts going over the same things you have already covered with 3 other people. I’m sure $355 is nothing to a company like this but to the average consumer it’s quite a lot specially during this times. My advise is stay away from this company if you don’t want any surprises in the future.

This is truly an awful company. I have been pulled over more times than I can count because these guys refuse to contact the DMV. It’s one of the first things they have to do!!! I call afterwards and they tell me they’ve done all the necessary work. Well then why do police scanners say that I don’t have insurance?????? I haven’t missed a payment, I’ve literally never been in an accident, I don’t speed but man do they dislike me! I have requested a manager contact me but that has fallen on deaf ears everytime. I have now been instructed by the police to stop driving my car or else they will take the tags and impound my car. So if you like actually driving your car and being covered then this isn’t the company for you. They are not helpful, they claim they’re doing something about it but it’s been almost a year of this. You know they don’t forget to bill though!! Tried to turn off automatic payments but the website freezes everytime. Tried to log in the app to do the same thing, freezes. These guys won’t even let me stop payments. They just collect my money every month. That’s all they do, collect money. If I got into an accident right now I would be arrested for driving without insurance so if you’re cool with that happening then sign up for an insurance company that cares more about making commercials than their customers.

App is only good for tracking my every move and collecting data. It will not allow me to sign in to see my bill. I can not pay my bill in the app. Simply takes my biometrics and password and never opens my policy. I am signed in but can not see or pay my bill. I hate the notifications at the top of my phone. I dont even want the tiny discount I get for letting the app collect my traffic data. Deleting the app. I will mail payments from now on. Liberty can keep their $40 good driving discount.

The app worked great at first, but then stopped tracking my trips all of a sudden. I tried to contact customer support, but couldn't find answers or a number to call. I tried emailing. No way to get in touch. I followed the directions from the FAQ, to uninstall and reinstall. This is concerning. I'd heard great things about working with Liberty Mutual, and had a good experience with getting set up, but I hope their customer service doesn't fall away once people are actually a part of it.

All these apps tell me I'm breaking hard. I don't slam on the breaks. I take my foot off the gas about 1/4 mile away from lights/stop signs, then start slowing down. If it registered my speed for 50 feet, it would show there's no hard breaking, there's long breaking. I trained myself to drive as if there was a baby in the back seat that would scream at sudden movement. There is no jerking at stopping or going. Other than that, the apps work fine.

Nice app and works well, unlike most apps out there. My only complaint is, and the reason I took off two stars... the app is VERY limited as to what you can do on it. Example: I traded vehicles recently, AND wanted to add a driver. The app walked me thru the ENTIRE process on both tasks just to tell me at the end "Sorry" that can't be completed on the app, please call customer service at 1-800-xxx-xxxx...." I don't want to call and spend an hour on hold. I would like to do more than pay my bill.

My L.M experience was outstanding service . To tell you first of all who ever it may concern : not my personal experience though this is me speaking out for my daughter who’s car had broke down she needed a tow so she tried to call Lots of people even I tried to call two of my friends who had tow business but to no avail . She then realized she had roadside assistance after hours of frustration and dealing with anxiety issues she called and within twenty minutes they had a tow came and got her car back home thanks for liberty mutual assistance they was there when everyone else was two hours away or too busy they was very helpful in getting the car home within an hour or so . Thank you liberty mutual roadside assistance whoever took the call you was very professional the way you delivered the service was fantastic . Angels come in many ways bless you all behind the phone and computers..

First off I love Liberty Mutual not just because the commercials are funny but because they are true! I mean really true! I had a claim on my insurance and my claim agent Whitney listened to me and made me feel so relaxed like she was one of my girlfriends from high school. I REALLY felt like she was on my side holding me down not like a dry robotic person just going through the motions following the guidelines. It was so seem less if I’m honest I didn’t know when it started or ended. I got a call telling me to call her up and tell her my side send over pictures of my car, she even set me up to text them over, and before I knew it I was getting a letter saying this is what was paid out enjoy your day. I feel like my rates are really great especially for everything you get. Like the better car replacement option, I pray I NEVER need it but it’s nice to know that if somebody hits and totals my car I can get a little nicer one in return. The stress of what am I going to do now is not there. Liberty Mutual has really made me feel like a million bucks. It’s been almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. *singing voice* Liberty Liberty Liberty Liberty!!!!
