Stupid System, When I tried making a purchase and tried to make the initial payment their lousy system said my bank card was a "prepaid". So couldn't use Their system even though I had a legit bank card. Just gave up at that point. Keep in mind if you can't payout early, in 3 months you'll end up paying double. So if your info checks out make sure to pay out in 90 days or less!

You app has been great until it made me update. Then I couldn't log in. The button looked as if I already clicked on it but I hadn't. I uninstalled it then reinstalled. I am able to log in but it wants access to my camera!! Why? Why does it keep insisting on having access to my camera and video!?!? I uninstalled again and reinstalled I was able to make a payment but for some reason now it is not validating my carts.

I've never had issues with the app till now, I've leased and bought twice without any problems but trying to buy a third time on Amazon and when checking out the cart will stay stuck there, I've waited over 30 min while it says validating cart and nothing... Not sure if it's a problem only with Amazon, since I usually would use for Wayfair, or what but usually checkout is quick and easy and I've tried several times with no progress...

I have been experiencing HARRASSEMENT from this company as this site is garbage! I sent text messages, and I waited 30+ minutes in a chat room for support for nothing! I had to delete this app, reinstall go through so many twists, and turns to finally make a payment on an account that has NEVER had any problems, and my payments have always been on time! As my account is set to automatically deduct payments! I did have to get a new debit card, and in doing so, I went to their app & changed!!

I am never able to complete an order without calling customer service! The app glitches. During Amazon Prime Day the app would not validate my cart because it said my total was not 150 or over. My total was 280. So, I called customer service only to be told they were closed. I lost the deal of something I have been watching for months!

Super easy to work with and sign up for, I had an immediate approval, my purchases started arriving only a couple days later. I couldn't have asked for better. plus I like the option to pay it off within 90 days for the purchase amount!! Gives me at least a chance to make it happen while getting what I not only wanted but NEEDED!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

The app is not functioning effectively at all. At check out with their associated stores (Home Depot). I am repeatedly receiving an error noted that my address , name, or email is wrong . I received an automated response email with a number to call for assistance after a prior review for this incident. Their representative provided a few alternative solutions to the problem, and none of them work. May i get some serious help here me with this issue? 🙏

I wouldn't suggest leasing through them at all. If you're attempting to add additional items or accessories to a cart and pay them all off with the lease you're applying for, and the main item you're leasing gets canceled, you're out your $90 filing fee if you choose to cancel those other items. Even if those items are less than the $90 filing fee. You're cancelling, "because you feel like it." Definitely yells "scam" to me.

I like to try to be fair with the reviews I give. Hopefully, I can do so here. Pros: No credit check. Fast payment for goods. Decent customer service. Cons: Extortion level interest. Think paying $2500 for $1200. Have to agree to it, though, so 🤷 Lease not loan. Have to hit that buyout while you can, or you'll pay over 2x more. Payments are every 2 weeks instead of 1x/month, which makes life hard. Only like 10% goes to principal. Overall, don't use if it can be avoided. It's no worth.

This company is NOT reliable at all and goes with misadvertising and their App as well!! I have used Katapult 3 different times and paid them off on time, if not earlier. Recently, I have had a lot of emails since then, that I was still pre-approved for the same amount and continue on their app what amount limit I can shop for, which is the same amount as before. But, I reapplied,and it continues to tell me that I am already pre-approved for that amount. I get ready to checkout,and they deny me!

the cart totals and what Katapult sees do not match. I went thru the process and added the card and was given a message of insufficient funds. it looks like it is not gathering the tax total. There is no where to change the total like you can on other services. I reached out to customer service and their remarks were to be more careful when placing the order. WHAT?? Your app validated the cart, there is nothing for me to mess up here. thank you for the offer but I take this as a sign.

Was going great....until it wasn't!!! Had a lot of available credit, looked into payment amounts for a purchase a week or two ago but didn't complete it, now all of a sudden all of my credit is gone. Found a once ever deal on something I could really use and now I can't be approved any longer! It doesn't make sense, nothing's changed with me and I have never used the service. It's just really frustrating knowing I have been approved for such a long time and when I finally go to use it I cant

When using them they have great customer service. But I'm having a issue woth the contract being made they take initial payment. But then order didn't go though with the merchant and the card states it's "insufficient funds" because katapult took your credit limit already. I tried it twice with no luck. However the customer service has been great. So I have no complaints there! Seems like it takes a while to load up the verifying katapult to start the process. I hope they look into it soon!

Something is up with your app crashing constantly. None of my other apps do this. I've installed and uninstalled. Keeps saying internet issue. I can't say anything negative about the program, you can pay off early to avoid tons of interest. But they want the people that don't pay it off, be careful. It does work great, especially for people that may need tires or something that can be a big deal for many families financially. But use it right or this is one headache you'll never get rid of.

A huge lie. They do go by credit. They also depend on AI to gather information on you, in return could be 40% accurate. How many others has same name as you? You would be surprised. And support chat, they talk good but produce nothing but wasted time. This app should be BANNED. The thing is, I make good money too, I like less of a paper trail that's how I continue making good this app loses more than they could ever gain. Their loss, not mine

Doesn't work. Downloaded this app and as soon as I open it to try to order things it immediately comes down. So it took my information but now won't let me order anything. The moment I open the app it either kicks me off it & says app isn't responding, or if I get it to work when I enter my information to log in it does the same thing. I tried doing the uninstall and install 3 times but it does the same thing. I'm having the same issue as the other person who did a review a few days prior

This program started ok. For some reason, I've lost the application access, and after 5 calls, I still have no access. I'm not giving my credit card info over the phone when I've been paying via the app, especially with all the scamming going on these days. The application must be fixed. I'm in the dark regarding my status account information without it.

worked alright for some purchases, stupid high interest rate if you dont pay it off within 90 days. also had issues a few times where they took my money because their app doesnt work well with certain merchants even walmart. their support is a joke and literally every time I had to deal with them I spent 1 hour+ on the phone just for them to literally get nothing done. definitely a last resort financing app, almost every other one is better.

I've bought items previously but after I paid them off and tried to order, the app keeps crashing whenever I input my digits and last 4 SS numbers. Frustrating if I have to wait for the items I want to be in stock again. Money I'm saving if I'm not spending on what I want. And it cuts me off if I tried to order something from Amazon. It says wrong dollar amount. No problems before. It all started when I updated the app a few days ago. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times.

The app rarely ever works, it freezes up on my account page. Beware that each attempt is considered an application, and reset time varies from 72 hours to 2 weeks (eventhough they swear up and down it is 30 days). I was approved for a purchase, clicked out to unlock my bank card and when I came back... I had to do it again and was denied the second time. Customer service isnt helpful- even if you speak to a supervisor. Steer clear- I can't imagine if I was an actual customer

This company is NOT reliable at all and goes with misadvertising and their App as well!! I have used Katapult 3 different times and paid them off on time, if not earlier. Recently, I have had a lot of emails since then, that I was still pre-approved for the same amount and continue on their app what amount limit I can shop for, which is the same amount as before. But, I reapplied,and it continues to tell me that I am already pre-approved for that amount. I get ready to checkout,and they deny me!

the cart totals and what Katapult sees do not match. I went thru the process and added the card and was given a message of insufficient funds. it looks like it is not gathering the tax total. There is no where to change the total like you can on other services. I reached out to customer service and their remarks were to be more careful when placing the order. WHAT?? Your app validated the cart, there is nothing for me to mess up here. thank you for the offer but I take this as a sign.

Was going great....until it wasn't!!! Had a lot of available credit, looked into payment amounts for a purchase a week or two ago but didn't complete it, now all of a sudden all of my credit is gone. Found a once ever deal on something I could really use and now I can't be approved any longer! It doesn't make sense, nothing's changed with me and I have never used the service. It's just really frustrating knowing I have been approved for such a long time and when I finally go to use it I cant

When using them they have great customer service. But I'm having a issue woth the contract being made they take initial payment. But then order didn't go though with the merchant and the card states it's "insufficient funds" because katapult took your credit limit already. I tried it twice with no luck. However the customer service has been great. So I have no complaints there! Seems like it takes a while to load up the verifying katapult to start the process. I hope they look into it soon!

Something is up with your app crashing constantly. None of my other apps do this. I've installed and uninstalled. Keeps saying internet issue. I can't say anything negative about the program, you can pay off early to avoid tons of interest. But they want the people that don't pay it off, be careful. It does work great, especially for people that may need tires or something that can be a big deal for many families financially. But use it right or this is one headache you'll never get rid of.

A huge lie. They do go by credit. They also depend on AI to gather information on you, in return could be 40% accurate. How many others has same name as you? You would be surprised. And support chat, they talk good but produce nothing but wasted time. This app should be BANNED. The thing is, I make good money too, I like less of a paper trail that's how I continue making good this app loses more than they could ever gain. Their loss, not mine

Doesn't work. Downloaded this app and as soon as I open it to try to order things it immediately comes down. So it took my information but now won't let me order anything. The moment I open the app it either kicks me off it & says app isn't responding, or if I get it to work when I enter my information to log in it does the same thing. I tried doing the uninstall and install 3 times but it does the same thing. I'm having the same issue as the other person who did a review a few days prior

This program started ok. For some reason, I've lost the application access, and after 5 calls, I still have no access. I'm not giving my credit card info over the phone when I've been paying via the app, especially with all the scamming going on these days. The application must be fixed. I'm in the dark regarding my status account information without it.

worked alright for some purchases, stupid high interest rate if you dont pay it off within 90 days. also had issues a few times where they took my money because their app doesnt work well with certain merchants even walmart. their support is a joke and literally every time I had to deal with them I spent 1 hour+ on the phone just for them to literally get nothing done. definitely a last resort financing app, almost every other one is better.

I've bought items previously but after I paid them off and tried to order, the app keeps crashing whenever I input my digits and last 4 SS numbers. Frustrating if I have to wait for the items I want to be in stock again. Money I'm saving if I'm not spending on what I want. And it cuts me off if I tried to order something from Amazon. It says wrong dollar amount. No problems before. It all started when I updated the app a few days ago. I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times.

The app rarely ever works, it freezes up on my account page. Beware that each attempt is considered an application, and reset time varies from 72 hours to 2 weeks (eventhough they swear up and down it is 30 days). I was approved for a purchase, clicked out to unlock my bank card and when I came back... I had to do it again and was denied the second time. Customer service isnt helpful- even if you speak to a supervisor. Steer clear- I can't imagine if I was an actual customer

Super easy to work with and sign up for, I had an immediate approval, my purchases started arriving only a couple days later. I couldn't have asked for better. plus I like the option to pay it off within 90 days for the purchase amount!! Gives me at least a chance to make it happen while getting what I not only wanted but NEEDED!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

I've never had issues with the app till now, I've leased and bought twice without any problems but trying to buy a third time on Amazon and when checking out the cart will stay stuck there, I've waited over 30 min while it says validating cart and nothing... Not sure if it's a problem only with Amazon, since I usually would use for Wayfair, or what but usually checkout is quick and easy and I've tried several times with no progress...

I like to try to be fair with the reviews I give. Hopefully, I can do so here. Pros: No credit check. Fast payment for goods. Decent customer service. Cons: Extortion level interest. Think paying $2500 for $1200. Have to agree to it, though, so 🤷 Lease not loan. Have to hit that buyout while you can, or you'll pay over 2x more. Payments are every 2 weeks instead of 1x/month, which makes life hard. Only like 10% goes to principal. Overall, don't use if it can be avoided. It's no worth.

You app has been great until it made me update. Then I couldn't log in. The button looked as if I already clicked on it but I hadn't. I uninstalled it then reinstalled. I am able to log in but it wants access to my camera!! Why? Why does it keep insisting on having access to my camera and video!?!? I uninstalled again and reinstalled I was able to make a payment but for some reason now it is not validating my carts.

I have been experiencing HARRASSEMENT from this company as this site is garbage! I sent text messages, and I waited 30+ minutes in a chat room for support for nothing! I had to delete this app, reinstall go through so many twists, and turns to finally make a payment on an account that has NEVER had any problems, and my payments have always been on time! As my account is set to automatically deduct payments! I did have to get a new debit card, and in doing so, I went to their app & changed!!

I am never able to complete an order without calling customer service! The app glitches. During Amazon Prime Day the app would not validate my cart because it said my total was not 150 or over. My total was 280. So, I called customer service only to be told they were closed. I lost the deal of something I have been watching for months!

The app is not functioning effectively at all. At check out with their associated stores (Home Depot). I am repeatedly receiving an error noted that my address , name, or email is wrong . I received an automated response email with a number to call for assistance after a prior review for this incident. Their representative provided a few alternative solutions to the problem, and none of them work. May i get some serious help here me with this issue? 🙏

I wouldn't suggest leasing through them at all. If you're attempting to add additional items or accessories to a cart and pay them all off with the lease you're applying for, and the main item you're leasing gets canceled, you're out your $90 filing fee if you choose to cancel those other items. Even if those items are less than the $90 filing fee. You're cancelling, "because you feel like it." Definitely yells "scam" to me.

Stupid System, When I tried making a purchase and tried to make the initial payment their lousy system said my bank card was a "prepaid". So couldn't use Their system even though I had a legit bank card. Just gave up at that point. Keep in mind if you can't payout early, in 3 months you'll end up paying double. So if your info checks out make sure to pay out in 90 days or less!
