I really like this app. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I thought it was supposed to sign you out only every 120 days, but it signs me out every month, and I have to try multiple times before it signs me back in. It says not authorized, but I have entered my correct information! This is frustrating!

Does not keep us logged in for 1 day, let alone the 120 days. We have to log in every time. This wouldn't be such a big deal in a free app, but this isn't a free app - you have to have a subscription, plus, watch a million ads. Okay, but if we gotta pay, give us some functionality. For some reason described video is toggled on, and I can't turn it off! There is nothing in settings, or the app faq to allow me to change it. All the TV station apps suck, but this one is only surpassed by CityTV in uselessness.

Good content but their streaming capabilities is below par. Chromecast will drop out and the app has no idea where you left off. So you get to guess where you were...and watch ads as you FF through. I just restarted and it dropped again...so another set of ads to watch. It doesn't realize that you just watched ads and to skip them because you dropped and just trying to find your place.... Ads. More ads. I get it. They pay the bills.

Worst app ever. All it does is lag and stall. To watch a show, I have to exit and log back in so the lags are less frequent!! Why don't they fix this? It's been weeks of this. And when the ads play, sometimes the lag gets so bad, it just freezes! I'm very frustrated with the app. I cannot get through 10 minutes of a show....

As much as I love the shows on this app, there are way too many commercials!! 4 commercials everytime!! I appreciate that the app is free, and can see 2 commercials every 10 mins, but 4 are way too many!! Very annoying!! Also, there are glitches that need to be fixed! When watching a show, commercials come on, then it'll just stop. So have to restart the app and find where I left off on the show!

For the past year it has been terrible. The player buffers when transition to commercials and then closes completely. Thankfully I am able to watch from where I last watched. However, it does require pausing and/or pushing fast forward until it shows the next commercial or closes the player again. If this wasn't my only way to watch TV I enjoy, I would not use the app. Please fix the player as it is very frustrating.

The amount of ads in a 40 minute show is insane, but I can see past that if it actually worked. The fact that the app freezes during ads is extremely frustrating. Not only does it continuously freeze and become unresponsive during ads but it also kicks me right out of the app and I have to start the show from the beginning all over again. After spending nearly an hour with the ads freezing and restarting, I gave up on actually watching the show. Fix the bugs!!!!!!!

I get that you want us to watch ads for free viewing, but the ads need to actually play properly. If the ads don't go then we can't actually get through them to continue watching the episode. The ads that come up on screen when casting from a phone to a tv need to get fixed. They don't play, then I have to delete the app and download it again just to get past the ads, and even then that doesn't truly fix it. This needs an edit. Like literally as I'm typing this it quit out on me again, nuts

Over the last few months this latest version has been crashing constantly. When it's not crashing, it's freezing during ads. Like many others have said, when it freezes and you have to restart, it hasn't saved where you left off & you have to watch all over again or watch a number of ads to get back to where you were. Please fix this!! Also, how about a variety of ads instead of the same 2-3 over & over-freeze-over & over again-freeze-crash & start all over again.

Very unstable app. Freezes on my android phone and freezes on the TV app. Usually the ads are when it trips up. Giving up watching the series I was watching because the app is unstable.

this app is terrible. there are several glitches. any time a commercial comes on it will glitch. stop. meaning i have to restart and suffer through way to many commercials. forget casting. thats a joke. your app is terrible and has been for Years. these glitches never get fixed. not worth suffering through adds

would be nice if I could watch it on my tv without it continuously stopping.the ONLY way I can watch is on my phone. which is ridiculous when it should be working on my tv.update,june 30,still no improvement on my damn tv.it literally still stops and exits after slowly stopping.it's a smart tv BTW&yes the app is up to date. it literally does NOT WORK.shouldn't have to watch on my phone when I have the app on my tv but yet it doesn't work properly on the tv.if I could give zero stars I would

been nothing but technical problems lately. Every time I watch a show it shuts down at every commercial break. Very frustrating I would NEVER recommend this to friends or family. I'm tired of the on-off BS when I want to watch a show I'm fine with commercials but trying to click on and off to watch I'm finished with

It's frustrating trying to watch a show then it suddenly stops and puts global screen on the tv...Then it won't play the show any farther then that point. Stupid... it just wrecks wanting to watch the shows global offers. example.. last three big brother shows I get 10 min of each nothing else... try and skip to middle of show and all you get is global screen. Plzzzx fix it... can't even watch The snake show same thing happens..... wrecks being able to watch the global tv app.

the ads ruin this app. half the time on different devices the ads will start, then it will freeze and the app glitches then completely restarts. Even if you know where you are and try to skip ahead to that point, it makes you watch the ads. sooooo frustrating 😑

can't even stream to Chromecast without 1000 issues and app crashing when ads play. Don't even think about FF or Rewind, that's too big a task for this app to handle. figure your stuff out before launching an app. Thought it was just me, but Reddit confirmed 1000s of other people have the same issue.

I like the content on the app, however I do find the app itself to be pretty buggy. I can't cast to my television at all anymore but when I could cast, the app would freeze almost every time an ad came on and I would have to restart the whole app. Would be a great app if these two bugs would be addressed.

Can't seem to cast to my Chromecast anymore. The cast button disappeared about a month ago. Please fix... there's a bunch of shows I'm waiting to watch, but can't because the cast button is gone.

Not sure why they can't sort out casting. It's been months and it STILL freezes during ads so I have to disconnect. Then, the chromecast icon disappears entirely. When I go to restart, the program doesn't show in history or it shows from an earlier spot so I have to start the whole thing again and try to find where I left off, often enduring multiple set of commercials. What the heck?

Constantly freezes during ads. shuts down and i have to start all over again. How has this not been fixed given how many have stated this is a problem? I have tried it on my tv and mirroring from my phone. android, and it just constantly. is this a ploy to have us watch ads even more often than already inbedded in the show? How much are you getting eveytime we have to watch an ad??

Works well, has an impressive library, and it's free if you are already paying for cable. I have it installed on my Chromecast with Google TV. The only issue I've found is that the shows are not exposed to Google TV, so they won't come up in a search and Google TV won't include them in your curation or suggestions. Edit: Revisited this app in Oct 2022, and all the positives and negatives still hold true. The shows are still not showing up in searches and recommendations.

I cannot log in to my provider because when I tap on their logo the window just closes. Practically unusable now on my Galaxy S10. Even worse on my Chromecast with Google TV as the app won't even launch... This needs to be fixed otherwise this app might as well just get pulled off the Play Store in this broken state.

This app has tanked recently on Android tv/Shield. No longer can play a commercial without failing. No longer remembers where to resume. No longer let's you skip previously watched content to get to where you left off. As a result you have to watch the same commercial segments 5 times just to get through a tv episode.

This app constantly freezes at the end of commercial breaks forcing you to exit what your watching and restart. Because you are not able to fast forward and this garbage app never saves your spot you get stuck watching the first 20 minutes of a show multiple times and sometimes give up before ever getting to the end because I just can't watch the same thing AGAIN to get to the end. This is especially frustrating for shows like Days of Our Lives which can only be viewed by streaming.

Spent 20 minutes to get back to the point where it froze only for it to freeze again. On rare occasions, when it freezes it gives the option to continue from the break point, but usually not. Usually you have to try to fast forward to the point you were at - and ads can't be passed by with fast forward. If you miss a piece of dialog, rewind never works, just triggers an ad. (Usage on fire stick)

Love the app. But doesn't always start a show right where you left off. And having to go thru a ton of commercials just to find your place, is really annoying. It should allow 10 seconds before a commercial starts up again when forwarding thru and trying to find where you left off. Hi there, thanks for the feedback. If you have watched a portion of any episode on the Global Go app, and come back to launch that episode you will be given a prompt with Do you wish to keep watching where you left off? and if you click YES. It should launch the episode exactly where you left off. If you have tapped YES on the prompt and are not having your progress saved please send us a feedback email to [email protected] and we will help troubleshoot further with you.

Love having the ability to watch some of my favourite global shows when I want, but the commercials are ear-drum-breaking! Why is such volume necessary?! All this encourages is that I mute my device volume (and therefore don't hear the ad your sponsors are paying you for). Ad volume should be equivalent to show volume; the disparity is ridiculous! Hi there, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively trying to fix. This is a widespread problem across most video mobile apps. Completely agree, this is not a good experience, and we are taking measures internally to fix this as soon as we can.

Even though I pay for all the channels through my tv provider I am not able to access all of the channels listed through the global app. It’s not even half, I can only access 2 channels. Why the false advertising, can you even do that?

been nothing but technical problems lately. Every time I watch a show it shuts down at every commercial break. Very frustrating I would NEVER recommend this to friends or family. I'm tired of the on-off BS when I want to watch a show I'm fine with commercials but trying to click on and off to watch I'm finished with

When I go to restart, the program doesn't show in history or it shows from an earlier spot so I have to start the whole thing again and try to find where I left off, often enduring multiple set of commercials. What the heck?

Even though I pay for all the channels through my tv provider I am not able to access all of the channels listed through the global app. It’s not even half, I can only access 2 channels. Why the false advertising, can you even do that?

Love having the ability to watch some of my favourite global shows when I want, but the commercials are ear-drum-breaking! Why is such volume necessary?! All this encourages is that I mute my device volume (and therefore don't hear the ad your sponsors are paying you for). Ad volume should be equivalent to show volume; the disparity is ridiculous! Hi there, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively trying to fix. This is a widespread problem across most video mobile apps. Completely agree, this is not a good experience, and we are taking measures internally to fix this as soon as we can.

I cannot log in to my provider because when I tap on their logo the window just closes. Practically unusable now on my Galaxy S10. Even worse on my Chromecast with Google TV as the app won't even launch... This needs to be fixed otherwise this app might as well just get pulled off the Play Store in this broken state.

This app has tanked recently on Android tv/Shield. No longer can play a commercial without failing. No longer remembers where to resume. No longer let's you skip previously watched content to get to where you left off. As a result you have to watch the same commercial segments 5 times just to get through a tv episode.

Spent 20 minutes to get back to the point where it froze only for it to freeze again. On rare occasions, when it freezes it gives the option to continue from the break point, but usually not. Usually you have to try to fast forward to the point you were at - and ads can't be passed by with fast forward. If you miss a piece of dialog, rewind never works, just triggers an ad. (Usage on fire stick)

This app constantly freezes at the end of commercial breaks forcing you to exit what your watching and restart. Because you are not able to fast forward and this garbage app never saves your spot you get stuck watching the first 20 minutes of a show multiple times and sometimes give up before ever getting to the end because I just can't watch the same thing AGAIN to get to the end. This is especially frustrating for shows like Days of Our Lives which can only be viewed by streaming.

I really like this app. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I thought it was supposed to sign you out only every 120 days, but it signs me out every month, and I have to try multiple times before it signs me back in. It says not authorized, but I have entered my correct information! This is frustrating!

Does not keep us logged in for 1 day, let alone the 120 days. We have to log in every time. This wouldn't be such a big deal in a free app, but this isn't a free app - you have to have a subscription, plus, watch a million ads. Okay, but if we gotta pay, give us some functionality. For some reason described video is toggled on, and I can't turn it off! There is nothing in settings, or the app faq to allow me to change it. All the TV station apps suck, but this one is only surpassed by CityTV in uselessness.

Good content but their streaming capabilities is below par. Chromecast will drop out and the app has no idea where you left off. So you get to guess where you were...and watch ads as you FF through. I just restarted and it dropped again...so another set of ads to watch. It doesn't realize that you just watched ads and to skip them because you dropped and just trying to find your place.... Ads. More ads. I get it. They pay the bills.

Worst app ever. All it does is lag and stall. To watch a show, I have to exit and log back in so the lags are less frequent!! Why don't they fix this? It's been weeks of this. And when the ads play, sometimes the lag gets so bad, it just freezes! I'm very frustrated with the app. I cannot get through 10 minutes of a show....

As much as I love the shows on this app, there are way too many commercials!! 4 commercials everytime!! I appreciate that the app is free, and can see 2 commercials every 10 mins, but 4 are way too many!! Very annoying!! Also, there are glitches that need to be fixed! When watching a show, commercials come on, then it'll just stop. So have to restart the app and find where I left off on the show!

For the past year it has been terrible. The player buffers when transition to commercials and then closes completely. Thankfully I am able to watch from where I last watched. However, it does require pausing and/or pushing fast forward until it shows the next commercial or closes the player again. If this wasn't my only way to watch TV I enjoy, I would not use the app. Please fix the player as it is very frustrating.

The amount of ads in a 40 minute show is insane, but I can see past that if it actually worked. The fact that the app freezes during ads is extremely frustrating. Not only does it continuously freeze and become unresponsive during ads but it also kicks me right out of the app and I have to start the show from the beginning all over again. After spending nearly an hour with the ads freezing and restarting, I gave up on actually watching the show. Fix the bugs!!!!!!!

I get that you want us to watch ads for free viewing, but the ads need to actually play properly. If the ads don't go then we can't actually get through them to continue watching the episode. The ads that come up on screen when casting from a phone to a tv need to get fixed. They don't play, then I have to delete the app and download it again just to get past the ads, and even then that doesn't truly fix it. This needs an edit. Like literally as I'm typing this it quit out on me again, nuts

Over the last few months this latest version has been crashing constantly. When it's not crashing, it's freezing during ads. Like many others have said, when it freezes and you have to restart, it hasn't saved where you left off & you have to watch all over again or watch a number of ads to get back to where you were. Please fix this!! Also, how about a variety of ads instead of the same 2-3 over & over-freeze-over & over again-freeze-crash & start all over again.

Very unstable app. Freezes on my android phone and freezes on the TV app. Usually the ads are when it trips up. Giving up watching the series I was watching because the app is unstable.

this app is terrible. there are several glitches. any time a commercial comes on it will glitch. stop. meaning i have to restart and suffer through way to many commercials. forget casting. thats a joke. your app is terrible and has been for Years. these glitches never get fixed. not worth suffering through adds

It's frustrating trying to watch a show then it suddenly stops and puts global screen on the tv...Then it won't play the show any farther then that point. Stupid... it just wrecks wanting to watch the shows global offers. example.. last three big brother shows I get 10 min of each nothing else... try and skip to middle of show and all you get is global screen. Plzzzx fix it... can't even watch The snake show same thing happens..... wrecks being able to watch the global tv app.

the ads ruin this app. half the time on different devices the ads will start, then it will freeze and the app glitches then completely restarts. Even if you know where you are and try to skip ahead to that point, it makes you watch the ads. sooooo frustrating 😑

can't even stream to Chromecast without 1000 issues and app crashing when ads play. Don't even think about FF or Rewind, that's too big a task for this app to handle. figure your stuff out before launching an app. Thought it was just me, but Reddit confirmed 1000s of other people have the same issue.

I like the content on the app, however I do find the app itself to be pretty buggy. I can't cast to my television at all anymore but when I could cast, the app would freeze almost every time an ad came on and I would have to restart the whole app. Would be a great app if these two bugs would be addressed.

Can't seem to cast to my Chromecast anymore. The cast button disappeared about a month ago. Please fix... there's a bunch of shows I'm waiting to watch, but can't because the cast button is gone.

Not sure why they can't sort out casting. It's been months and it STILL freezes during ads so I have to disconnect. Then, the chromecast icon disappears entirely. When I go to restart, the program doesn't show in history or it shows from an earlier spot so I have to start the whole thing again and try to find where I left off, often enduring multiple set of commercials. What the heck?

Constantly freezes during ads. shuts down and i have to start all over again. How has this not been fixed given how many have stated this is a problem? I have tried it on my tv and mirroring from my phone. android, and it just constantly. is this a ploy to have us watch ads even more often than already inbedded in the show? How much are you getting eveytime we have to watch an ad??

Works well, has an impressive library, and it's free if you are already paying for cable. I have it installed on my Chromecast with Google TV. The only issue I've found is that the shows are not exposed to Google TV, so they won't come up in a search and Google TV won't include them in your curation or suggestions. Edit: Revisited this app in Oct 2022, and all the positives and negatives still hold true. The shows are still not showing up in searches and recommendations.

Usually you have to try to fast forward to the point you were at - and ads can't be passed by with fast forward. If you miss a piece of dialog, rewind never works, just triggers an ad. And when the ads play, sometimes the lag gets so bad, it just freezes! I'm very frustrated with the app. I cannot get through 10 minutes of a show....

As much as I love the shows on this app, there are way too many commercials!! 4 commercials everytime!! I appreciate that the app is free, and can see 2 commercials every 10 mins, but 4 are way too many!! Very annoying!! Also, there are glitches that need to be fixed! When watching a show, commercials come on, then it'll just stop. So have to restart the app and find where I left off on the show!

For the past year it has been terrible. The player buffers when transition to commercials and then closes completely. Thankfully I am able to watch from where I last watched. However, it does require pausing and/or pushing fast forward until it shows the next commercial or closes the player again. If this wasn't my only way to watch TV I enjoy, I would not use the app. Please fix the player as it is very frustrating.

The amount of ads in a 40 minute show is insane, but I can see past that if it actually worked. The fact that the app freezes during ads is extremely frustrating. Not only does it continuously freeze and become unresponsive during ads but it also kicks me right out of the app and I have to start the show from the beginning all over again. After spending nearly an hour with the ads freezing and restarting, I gave up on actually watching the show. Fix the bugs!!!!!!!

I get that you want us to watch ads for free viewing, but the ads need to actually play properly. If the ads don't go then we can't actually get through them to continue watching the episode. The ads that come up on screen when casting from a phone to a tv need to get fixed. They don't play, then I have to delete the app and download it again just to get past the ads, and even then that doesn't truly fix it. This needs an edit. Like literally as I'm typing this it quit out on me again, nuts

Over the last few months this latest version has been crashing constantly. When it's not crashing, it's freezing during ads. Like many others have said, when it freezes and you have to restart, it hasn't saved where you left off & you have to watch all over again or watch a number of ads to get back to where you were. Please fix this!! Also, how about a variety of ads instead of the same 2-3 over & over-freeze-over & over again-freeze-crash & start all over again.

Very unstable app. Freezes on my android phone and freezes on the TV app. Usually the ads are when it trips up. Giving up watching the series I was watching because the app is unstable.

this app is terrible. there are several glitches. any time a commercial comes on it will glitch. stop. meaning i have to restart and suffer through way to many commercials. forget casting. thats a joke. your app is terrible and has been for Years. these glitches never get fixed. not worth suffering through adds

would be nice if I could watch it on my tv without it continuously stopping.the ONLY way I can watch is on my phone. which is ridiculous when it should be working on my tv.update,june 30,still no improvement on my damn tv.it literally still stops and exits after slowly stopping.it's a smart tv BTW&yes the app is up to date. it literally does NOT WORK.shouldn't have to watch on my phone when I have the app on my tv but yet it doesn't work properly on the tv.if I could give zero stars I would

been nothing but technical problems lately. Every time I watch a show it shuts down at every commercial break. Very frustrating I would NEVER recommend this to friends or family. I'm tired of the on-off BS when I want to watch a show I'm fine with commercials but trying to click on and off to watch I'm finished with

It's frustrating trying to watch a show then it suddenly stops and puts global screen on the tv...Then it won't play the show any farther then that point. Stupid... it just wrecks wanting to watch the shows global offers. example.. last three big brother shows I get 10 min of each nothing else... try and skip to middle of show and all you get is global screen. Plzzzx fix it... can't even watch The snake show same thing happens..... wrecks being able to watch the global tv app.

the ads ruin this app. half the time on different devices the ads will start, then it will freeze and the app glitches then completely restarts. Even if you know where you are and try to skip ahead to that point, it makes you watch the ads. sooooo frustrating 😑

I really like this app. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I thought it was supposed to sign you out only every 120 days, but it signs me out every month, and I have to try multiple times before it signs me back in. It says not authorized, but I have entered my correct information! This is frustrating!

can't even stream to Chromecast without 1000 issues and app crashing when ads play. Don't even think about FF or Rewind, that's too big a task for this app to handle. figure your stuff out before launching an app. Thought it was just me, but Reddit confirmed 1000s of other people have the same issue.

I like the content on the app, however I do find the app itself to be pretty buggy. I can't cast to my television at all anymore but when I could cast, the app would freeze almost every time an ad came on and I would have to restart the whole app. Would be a great app if these two bugs would be addressed.

Can't seem to cast to my Chromecast anymore. The cast button disappeared about a month ago. Please fix... there's a bunch of shows I'm waiting to watch, but can't because the cast button is gone.

Not sure why they can't sort out casting. It's been months and it STILL freezes during ads so I have to disconnect. Then, the chromecast icon disappears entirely. When I go to restart, the program doesn't show in history or it shows from an earlier spot so I have to start the whole thing again and try to find where I left off, often enduring multiple set of commercials. What the heck?

Constantly freezes during ads. shuts down and i have to start all over again. How has this not been fixed given how many have stated this is a problem? I have tried it on my tv and mirroring from my phone. android, and it just constantly. is this a ploy to have us watch ads even more often than already inbedded in the show? How much are you getting eveytime we have to watch an ad??

Love the app. But doesn't always start a show right where you left off. And having to go thru a ton of commercials just to find your place, is really annoying. It should allow 10 seconds before a commercial starts up again when forwarding thru and trying to find where you left off. Hi there, thanks for the feedback. If you have watched a portion of any episode on the Global Go app, and come back to launch that episode you will be given a prompt with Do you wish to keep watching where you left off? and if you click YES. It should launch the episode exactly where you left off. Even though I pay for all the channels through my tv provider I am not able to access all of the channels listed through the global app. It’s not even half, I can only access 2 channels. Why the false advertising, can you even do that?

Love having the ability to watch some of my favourite global shows when I want, but the commercials are ear-drum-breaking! Why is such volume necessary?! All this encourages is that I mute my device volume (and therefore don't hear the ad your sponsors are paying you for). Ad volume should be equivalent to show volume; the disparity is ridiculous! Hi there, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively trying to fix. This is a widespread problem across most video mobile apps. Completely agree, this is not a good experience, and we are taking measures internally to fix this as soon as we can.

I cannot log in to my provider because when I tap on their logo the window just closes. Practically unusable now on my Galaxy S10. Even worse on my Chromecast with Google TV as the app won't even launch... This needs to be fixed otherwise this app might as well just get pulled off the Play Store in this broken state.

This app has tanked recently on Android tv/Shield. No longer can play a commercial without failing. No longer remembers where to resume. No longer let's you skip previously watched content to get to where you left off. As a result you have to watch the same commercial segments 5 times just to get through a tv episode.

Spent 20 minutes to get back to the point where it froze only for it to freeze again. On rare occasions, when it freezes it gives the option to continue from the break point, but usually not. Usually you have to try to fast forward to the point you were at - and ads can't be passed by with fast forward. If you miss a piece of dialog, rewind never works, just triggers an ad. (Usage on fire stick)

This app constantly freezes at the end of commercial breaks forcing you to exit what your watching and restart. Because you are not able to fast forward and this garbage app never saves your spot you get stuck watching the first 20 minutes of a show multiple times and sometimes give up before ever getting to the end because I just can't watch the same thing AGAIN to get to the end. This is especially frustrating for shows like Days of Our Lives which can only be viewed by streaming.
