This app is well made with a glaring issue. The subscription is WAY too expensive. It's basically the same cost of my local gym. I understand the developers want to get paid for their hard work and I fully support payment, even a monthly payment if there are constant updates with new workouts, but the $10 per month is crazy. My gym offers so much more for $10, this app should cost no more than $3 per month, period. Too bad too, I would pay for a better pricing schedule, but will not fork out what they are asking.

I like this app overall, it serves it's purpose. However, one of it's biggest drawbacks is that I can't move workouts around for the week, once you set your days you can't change them without starting your "journey" over. For days you don't have workouts scheduled you have to choose from the list of challenges, or build your own workout. I really wish I could choose weight workouts without having to create my own workout.

Not a great app. Overly elaborate with very little focus on hypertrophy. If you are looking to get the body of a little boy with giant legs then this is the app for you. Also the format is excruciating as the workouts take far too long with no attempt to shorten the workouts with supersets. If you accidentally stop a workout, you cannot pick up where you left off and are forced to go through long useless warm ups. Maybe good for cyclists. But if you want to build muscle, look elsewhere.

I was really disappointed with this app. You cannot look further into it unless you purchase it. The nutrition does not allow for much customization. The excersise portion was not what i needed. You have to warm up for 7 minutes then cool down for 7 minutes and there is no way around it, with a small window to excersise in, thay didnt leave me much time. There werent many excersises, it just had a few that you had to do about 5 times. Waste of money. Ended up finding a free one instead.

I tried to like this app for 6 months and just know to expect from customer service reps: robotic, not original, cookie cutter, with zero apologetic considerate attitude. I read some bad reviews but tried to look past them as the company seemed like at first they'd be willing to make changes based on feedback. NOPE!! One issue was food preferences. Before I purchased the app I asked about food preferences and they responded (it's also in the app when you try to edit) that they were working on adding more options. 5 months later, nothing has changed and same response. In nutrition app, it's bad if you like to meal prep as each day in the app you're suggested new recipes but you can't repeat those same recipes on another day. I suffered some injuries and needed to modify, and in the routine you've been given, you can't swap out exercises that may have less impact. You get what you get. If you can't finish your workout for whatever reason that day, the only option is to quit the workout and your progress is lost. It doesn't let you quit halfway and at least save the data you earned. They also won't give partial $ back even though I still have 6 months left of subscription.
