The WORST app I have ever used for banking. The search function is useless. I put in the amount, check number/ all specific fields and it doesn't bring it up. It takes multiple days to post anything. The credit card they offer on the app doesn't update properly so I now go directly to the company. But why bother to offer if it doesn't work. Far archaic to anything I have ever used. The person in charge of development should be fired! Seriously.

This app does not provide enough detail. I made a payment for my car loan. Paid extra, but I do not see transaction anywhere. I don't know if my payment went through or not. Please don't give the corporate excuse. Put it to where people can see where their money went. I don't wanna pay again, being afraid they will double pay. Can't afford for that to happen. So now I gotta wait and see if yawl got my money. Show transactions details in payment history!

I loved the old layout. it was simple easy to read, due dates on loans, and car payments were visible and super helpful. I cannot stress this enough this new "updated version" makes me wanna leave Ent. I hate the black and I feel like 5 digits pass code is way less secure than my og password. On top of that, I have to play peek a boo with each loan or cc or bill due... to find out simply when to pay them!!!! not a fan of this forced new version. 😒

The new update is garbage. The only available dark mode is not user friendly, signing in the Login button, and other buttons, do not meet contrast compliance for WCAG. Not sure whose idea this was, but it's bad. Depositing a check, moving from the front of the check image to back image is so fast it doesn't really identify that you're picture has been accepted and you're on to the next pic. You have to look for the little text in the corner to change from front to back, no more acknowledgement

I would give a better rating, but I'm not able to access it to be able to see how the app functions! I have an android and whenever I try to access my accounts or transfer, it always gives me the spinning wheel of death. The only way I can start over is uninstalling the app or waiting until it logs me out (at least two hours). What a pain.

Everything about ENTs App and website were great until the required password change. I can no longer log in with one hand on my phone. Give us back pin entry. I received a response saying security is their top concern ,unless I give out my pin or password there should be no reason to change it to maintain security. Other than that the app is easy to use and set up nicely to control your account.

Ent is great bank, i loved it till i didn't, but one of the most annoying things is when you're forced to update your password every few months. I have multiple bank accounts and I try to use a similar password for all my accounts but if they keep asking you update it then it's hard to keep up and remember all of the different passwords tha they force us to change. I have decided to close my ent account for that reason. It's so frustrating.

The app is becoming unusable. I no longer live in CO so I rely on the app. The nearest shared branch is 91mi away. The app has always been odd as far as telling me I was logged out due to inactivity when I KNOW I logged out. I shrugged it off thinking, "at least I'm logged out." Now I can't make any mobile deposits! It's infuriating! I'm getting "âš ï¸1 Error System error - an unexpected error has occurred." I uninstall/reinstalled. No improvement.

Mostly functional with a few annoying quirks. The most annoying part is that the app doesn't seem to have much logic running locally on the phone so often times you click something and it takes several seconds before the app shows that it is responding to your input. Randomly requires you to request a code be sent to login, no rhyme or reason that I can tell as it happens frequently (less than a week) sometimes and other times it will not require for several weeks.

So you just removed access to login from anyone with a rooted phone? That's just dumb! It's not your decision on whether or not I want to have a rooted device. I can't even login using Chrome browser anymore. What's the point in keeping my money with you if I can't even check on my money? Sounds like you added Spyware to your latest app. Your app specifically states, "Rooted Device. It appears your device has been rooted. Ent mobile can only run on an unrooted secure device." and I quote!

No longer an option for depositing checks? I've always loved the convenience of this app but it seems to have gotten a makeover and I cannot find the option for depositing checks. Good thing I have a second account elsewhere because that's where this check is going to be deposited. Though, since I've already endorsed the check to Ent account, I'll have to bother the other party re-issue the check which adds an additional inconvenience.

no app notifications. not alerted when a transaction is made. so with things going on in today's world, your account could get stolen or card info, and you would never know your money is being spent. you can turn on text notification to your phone number. However, you won't get a text for hours later if you're lucky, if not the next day. a lot could happen to your account in that time. ent dropped the ball lately on this one. they should be held accountable if something was to happen.

Good, but the two-factor authentication login needs help. This is the only app that may not send out an SMS or email code when trying to log in using 2fa. Often, by the time the code arrives, it doesn't even work—if I get the code at all. Searching for specific transactions set by date range is also cumbersome and takes too many steps. Otherwise... the app works well.

Editing my review to less stars out of pure annoyance. Accepts blurry pictures but never accepts straight and clear pictures, always kicks one of the pictures out. Then if you try to submit the blurry one, it holds the check and you have to go in person anyways. But it won't accept the clear pictures, not sure why it's so buggy and why it's so hard to fix but I'm genuinely pissed off, been like this for a long time. Tried with 4 other phones, my kid's accounts do the same thing.

Do you know how annoying your new camera Option is for deposits online or over the phone? And I'm just gonna say this,It is a piss poor update. You can't just take a picture. When you're alignin, you have to hold it steady for 3 seconds. Apparently you don't know how difficult that would be for someone in their 70s. Or whatever age. Bring back the old camera so you can snap the picture when it's aligned. It doesn't even tell you when it's aligned.It does randomly shows up and says hold for 3sec.

Very slow app. Some days it won't even open without resetting the password. Also, they stopped allowing transfers from Zelle. since then I have tried to set up transfers between my 2 banks. For al.ost 2 years I have tried to set it up and it never works. Customer service doesn't know why it wontwork and just transfers my call 3 or 4 times. Very frustrating.

log on and verification is ridiculous. jumped thru hoops to set up online payments only to find out it didn't work AGAIN! so... once again I have to call in my payment w a 5.00 fee. Plus the payments mailed in always take an extended length of time to process, one taking practically month. obviously it got lost in their mail room and sorting! can't wait to pay off my loan so I don't have to ever deal with them again.

Ever since you brought microsoft into the tech side of your business (approx. 1 year ago) your app hasn't worked @ all for me. Not too mention the problematic login via the website (due to the same issue). It is redundant to say that it's imperative that I have access to my accounts. I usually have to call in these days to get issues fixed that have arisen on my accounts. Due to the lack of technical help & the inability to fix this issue. I'll be closing my accounts & banking else where.

They moved where you pay your credit card and am getting countless errors when I select the "to" option. Tried logging onto desktop and it says it's the wrong password. I then tried the "forget my password" option and entered the correct last 4 SSN digits. Said they can't find the account and eventually threatened to lock me out from it. I get they're making changes to the credit cards, but there's a way to do it without making the entire online portal fall down like a Jenga Tower

Ent was my favorite bank for many years, but now it's totally changed. Hold times are very long when you need answers. The new credit card system is pathetic. Cannot figure out a way to use reward points because of a ridiculous website. Probably going to close accounts as a result of the ineptitude. Maybe Ent should have stayed with Elan Credit Card service instead of going with the pitiful company they're using now.

I have an android and whenever I try to access my accounts or transfer, it always gives me the spinning wheel of death. The only way I can start over is uninstalling the app or waiting until it logs me out (at least two hours). What a pain.

I loved the old layout. it was simple easy to read, due dates on loans, and car payments were visible and super helpful. I cannot stress this enough this new "updated version" makes me wanna leave Ent. I hate the black and I feel like 5 digits pass code is way less secure than my og password. On top of that, I have to play peek a boo with each loan or cc or bill due... to find out simply when to pay them!!!! not a fan of this forced new version. 😒

Ent is great bank, i loved it till i didn't, but one of the most annoying things is when you're forced to update your password every few months. I have multiple bank accounts and I try to use a similar password for all my accounts but if they keep asking you update it then it's hard to keep up and remember all of the different passwords tha they force us to change. I have decided to close my ent account for that reason. It's so frustrating.

So you just removed access to login from anyone with a rooted phone? That's just dumb! It's not your decision on whether or not I want to have a rooted device. I can't even login using Chrome browser anymore. What's the point in keeping my money with you if I can't even check on my money? Sounds like you added Spyware to your latest app. Your app specifically states, "Rooted Device. It appears your device has been rooted. Ent mobile can only run on an unrooted secure device." and I quote!

No longer an option for depositing checks? I've always loved the convenience of this app but it seems to have gotten a makeover and I cannot find the option for depositing checks. Good thing I have a second account elsewhere because that's where this check is going to be deposited. Though, since I've already endorsed the check to Ent account, I'll have to bother the other party re-issue the check which adds an additional inconvenience.

no app notifications. not alerted when a transaction is made. so with things going on in today's world, your account could get stolen or card info, and you would never know your money is being spent. you can turn on text notification to your phone number. However, you won't get a text for hours later if you're lucky, if not the next day. a lot could happen to your account in that time. ent dropped the ball lately on this one. they should be held accountable if something was to happen.

Good, but the two-factor authentication login needs help. This is the only app that may not send out an SMS or email code when trying to log in using 2fa. Often, by the time the code arrives, it doesn't even work—if I get the code at all. Searching for specific transactions set by date range is also cumbersome and takes too many steps. Otherwise... the app works well.

Editing my review to less stars out of pure annoyance. Accepts blurry pictures but never accepts straight and clear pictures, always kicks one of the pictures out. Then if you try to submit the blurry one, it holds the check and you have to go in person anyways. But it won't accept the clear pictures, not sure why it's so buggy and why it's so hard to fix but I'm genuinely pissed off, been like this for a long time. Tried with 4 other phones, my kid's accounts do the same thing.

Do you know how annoying your new camera Option is for deposits online or over the phone? And I'm just gonna say this,It is a piss poor update. You can't just take a picture. When you're alignin, you have to hold it steady for 3 seconds. Apparently you don't know how difficult that would be for someone in their 70s. Or whatever age. Bring back the old camera so you can snap the picture when it's aligned. It doesn't even tell you when it's aligned.It does randomly shows up and says hold for 3sec.

Very slow app. Some days it won't even open without resetting the password. Also, they stopped allowing transfers from Zelle. since then I have tried to set up transfers between my 2 banks. For al.ost 2 years I have tried to set it up and it never works. Customer service doesn't know why it wontwork and just transfers my call 3 or 4 times. Very frustrating.

log on and verification is ridiculous. jumped thru hoops to set up online payments only to find out it didn't work AGAIN! so... once again I have to call in my payment w a 5.00 fee. Plus the payments mailed in always take an extended length of time to process, one taking practically month. obviously it got lost in their mail room and sorting! can't wait to pay off my loan so I don't have to ever deal with them again.

Ever since you brought microsoft into the tech side of your business (approx. 1 year ago) your app hasn't worked @ all for me. Not too mention the problematic login via the website (due to the same issue). It is redundant to say that it's imperative that I have access to my accounts. I usually have to call in these days to get issues fixed that have arisen on my accounts. Due to the lack of technical help & the inability to fix this issue. I'll be closing my accounts & banking else where.

They moved where you pay your credit card and am getting countless errors when I select the "to" option. Tried logging onto desktop and it says it's the wrong password. I then tried the "forget my password" option and entered the correct last 4 SSN digits. Said they can't find the account and eventually threatened to lock me out from it. I get they're making changes to the credit cards, but there's a way to do it without making the entire online portal fall down like a Jenga Tower

Ent was my favorite bank for many years, but now it's totally changed. Hold times are very long when you need answers. The new credit card system is pathetic. Cannot figure out a way to use reward points because of a ridiculous website. Probably going to close accounts as a result of the ineptitude. Maybe Ent should have stayed with Elan Credit Card service instead of going with the pitiful company they're using now.

Everything about ENTs App and website were great until the required password change. I can no longer log in with one hand on my phone. Give us back pin entry. I received a response saying security is their top concern ,unless I give out my pin or password there should be no reason to change it to maintain security. Other than that the app is easy to use and set up nicely to control your account.

Mostly functional with a few annoying quirks. The most annoying part is that the app doesn't seem to have much logic running locally on the phone so often times you click something and it takes several seconds before the app shows that it is responding to your input. Randomly requires you to request a code be sent to login, no rhyme or reason that I can tell as it happens frequently (less than a week) sometimes and other times it will not require for several weeks.

The new update is garbage. The only available dark mode is not user friendly, signing in the Login button, and other buttons, do not meet contrast compliance for WCAG. Not sure whose idea this was, but it's bad. Depositing a check, moving from the front of the check image to back image is so fast it doesn't really identify that you're picture has been accepted and you're on to the next pic. You have to look for the little text in the corner to change from front to back, no more acknowledgement

I would give a better rating, but I'm not able to access it to be able to see how the app functions! I have an android and whenever I try to access my accounts or transfer, it always gives me the spinning wheel of death. The only way I can start over is uninstalling the app or waiting until it logs me out (at least two hours). What a pain.

The WORST app I have ever used for banking. The search function is useless. I put in the amount, check number/ all specific fields and it doesn't bring it up. It takes multiple days to post anything. The credit card they offer on the app doesn't update properly so I now go directly to the company. But why bother to offer if it doesn't work. Far archaic to anything I have ever used. The person in charge of development should be fired! Seriously.

Very slow app. Some days it won't even open without resetting the password. Also, they stopped allowing transfers from Zelle. since then I have tried to set up transfers between my 2 banks. This app does not provide enough detail. I made a payment for my car loan. Paid extra, but I do not see transaction anywhere. I don't know if my payment went through or not. Please don't give the corporate excuse. Put it to where people can see where their money went. I don't wanna pay again, being afraid they will double pay. Can't afford for that to happen. So now I gotta wait and see if yawl got my money. Show transactions details in payment history!

I loved the old layout. it was simple easy to read, due dates on loans, and car payments were visible and super helpful. I cannot stress this enough this new "updated version" makes me wanna leave Ent. I hate the black and I feel like 5 digits pass code is way less secure than my og password. On top of that, I have to play peek a boo with each loan or cc or bill due... to find out simply when to pay them!!!! not a fan of this forced new version. 😒

Ent is great bank, i loved it till i didn't, but one of the most annoying things is when you're forced to update your password every few months. I have multiple bank accounts and I try to use a similar password for all my accounts but if they keep asking you update it then it's hard to keep up and remember all of the different passwords tha they force us to change. I have decided to close my ent account for that reason. It's so frustrating.

The app is becoming unusable. I no longer live in CO so I rely on the app. The nearest shared branch is 91mi away. The app has always been odd as far as telling me I was logged out due to inactivity when I KNOW I logged out. I shrugged it off thinking, "at least I'm logged out." Now I can't make any mobile deposits! It's infuriating! I'm getting "âš ï¸1 Error System error - an unexpected error has occurred." I uninstall/reinstalled. No improvement.

Ent is great bank, i loved it till i didn't, but one of the most annoying things is when you're forced to update your password every few months.
