Quite good, probably the second best after Indeed, actually has some original jobs as opposed to just copying all their jobs from Indeed. But to be a contender, it needs to have the option of removing jobs from the search results so that it doesn't keep showing you the ones you've checked and found unsuitable, like you can on Indeed.
I'm not convinced: CV-Library is potentially a good idea however, some of the roles from several weeks ago are often presented again as new listings. When I apply for a role, most take me to other online recruiter websites who force me to sign up with them. Additionally, after sending 100+ CVs in 3 months and receiving no interviews, I decided to sign up with a recruiter (a real person) and started getting interviews within 2 weeks. I don't believe the roles on offer are real.
Done with this app now, for the same main reasons as everyone else. The most frustrating thing being the list resetting back to them top, making it literally impossible to look through jobs because you can't remember where you were in the list. An infuriating waste of time and it's been like this for too long now.
I can not edit and customize "One-Tap Click to Apply!" The Option is complete greyed out. On top of this, when I attempted to manually enter my cover-Letter, 'THE RESEND' button, specifically does not initiate a simple Process, the process remains 'It canceled out' whilst , I had to consistently spam- the send Button- in-order to get the text-out. It is a shambles, because I was recommend to this app by my closests-friend! I would like to love the app, but the app does not love me back.
Excellent App easy to upload CV and Cover Letter - would be nice to maybe able to upload two CV' and Two Cover letters have the named and able to choice the one you require for each application. Very quick to use to get the most of your Job search and Job application. I would have given a 5 but when I put my options for job roles I wish to hear about I did not receive the correct range of jobs I required and was in undated with too many emails. So I took these requests off and just log.
Not a great site, I have looked for jobs by location, title and just putting in full time and it brings up a lot of jobs but very few to to with my search criteria, also because it puts (Featured) at the start of the job description it blocks half of it out so when looking I have to go in to every job to see what it is about! Poor web design and poor search results. Not worth downloading, i will be uninstalling.
Probably the worst job search app I've ever used. They can't even nail the radius properly. I deleted my CV ( which was a nightmare to upload in the first place ) to upload a new one but it will not let me attach it again so uninstall straight away. App did literally nothing for me a part from waste my time. And also, there's nooooo jobs on here it's like employers just don't bother with it either.
This app has not been updated in almost 2 years. As far as I can tell now, it does not work properly. It does not load any data from my account, such as my cover letters or recent activity. I suspect they have abandoned it and forgotten to remove it from the Play Store.
Overall a pretty useless and awful app. New jobs rarely get posted on there for some reason like 2/3 jobs every week or two and it refuses to remember search filters and I have to input them every single time I open the app which is really annoying. Sometimes uploading a new CV doesn't work at all and you have to log in through the web browser to do it
Good, but annoying quirks that need fixing. The spinning on the recommended jobs, and the continuously being put back at the top of the list of jobs you're searching through. It makes job hunting difficult if I can only see like 20 results, and it pushes me back to the top of the list. Stop using dynamic results, put them on pages!
Is very efficient and easy to list jobs and apply, template cover letters also seem to simplify the process. Have used on multiple occasions. Once logged in, gives options to contact employer if provided. Very straightforward, I reccomend!
Appauling to use the interface would be better if it was designed on power point. Refuses to update and details inputed and you say you accept different formats of documents, this is a lie. You can't access documents or upload them kne way but the other way allows you to do it but refuses to update even when it's says it has been successfull.
After a fairly long gap, I logged back in again but had forgotten my password, and despite several emails requesting a new password log in, absolutely no response from CV Library, so now I cannot use the app. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it keeps telling my the email is already taken. Very frustratingly annoying. CV Library fix this issue!
Some aspects are a bit buggy/awkward, like I often have to quit and reload because all I get is the spinning wheel on the home page, and can't press anything. When you hit the button to apply for a position it doesn't tell you whether it's happened or not - you have to go back then go to My Jobs > Applications to see if it went through (usually it has). All in all though, it does what it's supposed to do 👍🏼
Easy to use and powerful. The app works perfectly even when I lose connectivity, the app still allows me to finish the job applications which is perfect when commuting. The app is very user friendly, doing things like changing my profile, manage or delete alerts, show or hide the Profile from the recruiters, apply with just one click and use the CVs on my Dropbox are dead simple and fast. One of the best things that happened while signing in to CV Library was that I had about 20 different recruiters contacting me, probably because they had received an alert with my profile. Thanks CV Library for helping me find my dream job.
Good jobs are available. However, on the app, you may not be able to view the vital contact details of the person doing the hiring. If you are sending a cover letter it makes the app less effective. Your cover letter templates also don't populate the box on applications and there's no option to choose which template you would like to use. You have to go back to the menu and copy and paste it, which is annoying.
I've told them too many times over the last 3 years that the web-based and app cv uploaders don't work! Never fixed... pita. The job search doesn't list all current local jobs and the search distance results are often exaggerated; I don't want to see jobs 10/20/30miles further than my limit! No search for jobs abroad; select a country and the results are all British! And no way of hiding jobs already discounted in previous searches. Could be so much better.

Sometimes uploading a new CV doesn't work at all and you have to log in through the web browser to do it
Quite good, probably the second best after Indeed, actually has some original jobs as opposed to just copying all their jobs from Indeed. But to be a contender, it needs to have the option of removing jobs from the search results so that it doesn't keep showing you the ones you've checked and found unsuitable, like you can on Indeed.
