Awful. I can't get the pictures loaded to verify my identity, it took a dozen tries to finally get my card to save, and trying to find the person to send it to was chaotic as it only was showing GA for some unknown reason. And trying to get a hold of customer support is like playing a treasure hunting game. Still haven't heard back....
Basically, all we use the app for is to send money to my loved one. The issue we have is the inmate does not have the ability to see what has been taken out of his account. He can see how much is in his account, but doesn't know who sent it nor can he see when money is taken out. That feature would be a great addition.
This is just another form of punishment. It should be against the law to charge the high fees that yall charge. It's like a monopoly cause there's no other choice and yall shouldn't be allowed to kick people while they are down but yall are damn sure doing it! 13.50 for an ecig that cost maybe 2 bucks. 10$ in fees to add money to someone's books! Freaking ridiculous! It's just not right!

This app works really good. The only the thing is that if your phone moves side to side but he races everything and starts you from the beginning .
Every time my phone tilts ever so slightly it erases my message or ends the video call and takes me back to the home screen. This is super annoying. My auto rotate is off but there is no way to turn it off on this app. Other than that I appreciate this app for allowing me to talk and see my girl. If they would fix the auto rotate I would give a better review.
Doesn't deserve 1 star. The navigation on here is the worst. They try to male it so difficult that you give up. Set up for failure due to then getting you in more trouble or jail time for not paying fees you've waisted a whole day just trying to get into the site. Tells me my Google address is wrong. 20 prisoners, New state of Florida commissary funding [Securus still handling all else] can't work it. I put Everything exactly as it was put on my visitation form, accepted 2 years ago, and it claims I'm not on visitation list. Just sends me where I can apply to be on the visitation list. I'm trying to pay for postage for the prisoner's "jacket" peeps they can request their ENTIRE file. Everytime Securus, JPay or this switches their too cheap for an upgraded computer system

Worst app ever. I have been using this app to send money and email. Now it says I am an unauthorized user and can't send money or email now. I don't understand. Also I have tried to email customer service and now that won't go thru. I called customer service and they said someone would call me back and NO they never called. This app is making a fortune of the hardships of inmates and families and they can't return a phone call or have a working customer service email address? RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Every time I try to connect it, it always cuts off. I have to either be on Wi-Fi or not be on Wi-Fi. They will not refund your money even if the call never connects or there's a problem. You might be lucky to get the call rescheduled. My system says that there is a bug in the app, so it needs to be fixed immediately! Super crappie app, and it's a money stealing racket!!

Ugg It said wait for developer to fix the bug ??? Then reinstall it again. I have not installed it yet, I may not use this app again. Well I tried again and it doesn't work. Don't recommend it.
I have been using Correct Pay daily for over 2 years and all of a sudden, I can not do anything on it, not even send a message! I try to log in and it says invalid information and I know it is correct! Tried to reregister and it said I already had an account, tried to sign in again and it made me change my password. Finally got logged in and my account was still there, picture, address, and even verified ID and phone number, but all my individuals and payment options & transaction history gone!
Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE. Worse app I have ever had experience with. Always glitches. Never could pay court cost. I'm trying to pay $50.00,and it shows me 0.05. Voice interactive system on phone line is even worse. Never understands the speech. Takes at least 3-5 attempts to get through. I wish I could rate this app and phone service of correct pay, negative 5 stars.
was able to send commissary a few times but now the app tells me my log in information isn't correct. When I use the phone number to make a deposit, it charges more than TDCJ available apps do. it's insane to have so much trouble getting money to my son and so expensive via phone as I sent $100 but all he got was $89.30 of it. That's a over 10% charged in fees! Not my choice of funding my inmate but every other option I have tried redirects me straight to this overcharging, dysfunctional app.
I just sent this text in an email to the developer. I will post about any update. I have been trying to send messages for weeks now to an incarcerated friend and your ridiculously dysfunctional app skips back and eraser the message and forces me to start over. That, or it skips and you have to go back and start all the way over selecting the state and location and everything. This is the WORST! IT IS SHAMEFUL!
Useless! I scheduled a video visit. But it needed more information. After I submit that, I have to for back through menus to try again. I did this 3 times. Finally scheduled it. Even though we were both trying to connect, we never connected to each other. I wasted that $6. I was going to pay to send a text message. They're $0.25 each. But I mistyped my zip code. My credit card was charged, but i received no credit for it. Just don't go to a jail that uses this. Or just stop breaking the law
This app constantly lags. if you mess up one time it will send you back to the complete starting point. at first correct pay was not charging as much as securus. now there is a credit card fee and a processing fee. I was always taught that both of them were the same thing. so they're double charging me then. this is ridiculous it's nothing but a money racket and places like this should be shut down for how much they put families through on needing to speak to their loved ones.

He can see how much is in his account, but doesn't know who sent it nor can he see when money is taken out. That feature would be a great addition.
Every time my phone tilts ever so slightly it erases my message or ends the video call and takes me back to the home screen. This is super annoying. My auto rotate is off but there is no way to turn it off on this app. Other than that I appreciate this app for allowing me to talk and see my girl. If they would fix the auto rotate I would give a better review.
This is just another form of punishment. It should be against the law to charge the high fees that yall charge. It's like a monopoly cause there's no other choice and yall shouldn't be allowed to kick people while they are down but yall are damn sure doing it! 13.50 for an ecig that cost maybe 2 bucks. 10$ in fees to add money to someone's books! Freaking ridiculous! It's just not right!
Wasted 3 hours trying to setup, HELP POP UP SCREEN KEPT APPEARING OVER WHERE I NEEDED TO ENTER INFORMATION. KEPT LOGGING ME OUT AND TOOK ME BACK TO SIGN IN SCREEN AFTER I WAS LOGGED IN. I JUST SAID SCREW IT, ITS NOT WORTH MY TIME. TOLD MY FRIEND THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO WITHOUT AND JUST SUCK IT UP. I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO THAN WASTE MY TIME SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
Doesn't deserve 1 star. The navigation on here is the worst. They try to male it so difficult that you give up. Set up for failure due to then getting you in more trouble or jail time for not paying fees you've waisted a whole day just trying to get into the site. Tells me my Google address is wrong. The exact same one I use every single day. If nit a set up for failure then why is it telling ME MY GOOGLE ACCT. IM USING RIGHT NOW IS NOT VALID. ITS BLOCKING ME FROM BEING ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT.
20 prisoners, New state of Florida commissary funding [Securus still handling all else] can't work it. I put Everything exactly as it was put on my visitation form, accepted 2 years ago, and it claims I'm not on visitation list. Just sends me where I can apply to be on the visitation list. I'm trying to pay for postage for the prisoner's "jacket" peeps they can request their ENTIRE file. Everytime Securus, JPay or this switches their too cheap for an upgraded computer system

Also I have tried to email customer service and now that won't go thru. I called customer service and they said someone would call me back and NO they never called. This app is making a fortune of the hardships of inmates and families and they can't return a phone call or have a working customer service email address? RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Awful. I can't get the pictures loaded to verify my identity, it took a dozen tries to finally get my card to save, and trying to find the person to send it to was chaotic as it only was showing GA for some unknown reason. And trying to get a hold of customer support is like playing a treasure hunting game. Still haven't heard back....
I have no experience with this app , every time my daughter sends me an invite for a video call, I say two words and the call goes off. It says error contact support. it's wasting my money and time.
This app SUCKS!!! Halfway through all of my video calls to my finacé for the last two weeks have dropped due to "session error." The first couple of times I called him the video was bright. Now he can only see me if I go stand in our bathroom. The audio will suddenly cut out. And when it randomly hangs up on me. I have to call back and sometime it still won't connect like it should.
App had bug and would not work. I uninstalled And reinstalled the app. It worked for 7 or 8 minutes then ended the video call and I was not able to finish the 20 minutes video time I paid for. Ugg It said wait for developer to fix the bug ??? Then reinstall it again. I have not installed it yet, I may not use this app again. Well I tried again and it doesn't work. Don't recommend it.
I have been using Correct Pay daily for over 2 years and all of a sudden, I can not do anything on it, not even send a message! I try to log in and it says invalid information and I know it is correct! Tried to reregister and it said I already had an account, tried to sign in again and it made me change my password. Finally got logged in and my account was still there, picture, address, and even verified ID and phone number, but all my individuals and payment options & transaction history gone!
Horrible, absolutely HORRIBLE. Worse app I have ever had experience with. Always glitches. Never could pay court cost. I'm trying to pay $50.00,and it shows me 0.05. Voice interactive system on phone line is even worse. Never understands the speech. Takes at least 3-5 attempts to get through. I wish I could rate this app and phone service of correct pay, negative 5 stars.
was able to send commissary a few times but now the app tells me my log in information isn't correct. When I use the phone number to make a deposit, it charges more than TDCJ available apps do. it's insane to have so much trouble getting money to my son and so expensive via phone as I sent $100 but all he got was $89.30 of it. That's a over 10% charged in fees! Not my choice of funding my inmate but every other option I have tried redirects me straight to this overcharging, dysfunctional app.
I just sent this text in an email to the developer. I will post about any update. I have been trying to send messages for weeks now to an incarcerated friend and your ridiculously dysfunctional app skips back and eraser the message and forces me to start over. That, or it skips and you have to go back and start all the way over selecting the state and location and everything. This is the WORST! IT IS SHAMEFUL!
Useless! I scheduled a video visit. But it needed more information. After I submit that, I have to for back through menus to try again. I did this 3 times. Finally scheduled it. Even though we were both trying to connect, we never connected to each other. I wasted that $6. I was going to pay to send a text message. They're $0.25 each. But I mistyped my zip code. My credit card was charged, but i received no credit for it. Just don't go to a jail that uses this. Or just stop breaking the law
This app constantly lags. if you mess up one time it will send you back to the complete starting point. at first correct pay was not charging as much as securus. now there is a credit card fee and a processing fee. I was always taught that both of them were the same thing. so they're double charging me then. this is ridiculous it's nothing but a money racket and places like this should be shut down for how much they put families through on needing to speak to their loved ones.
Every time I try to connect it, it always cuts off. I have to either be on Wi-Fi or not be on Wi-Fi. They will not refund your money even if the call never connects or there's a problem. You might be lucky to get the call rescheduled. My system says that there is a bug in the app, so it needs to be fixed immediately! Super crappie app, and it's a money stealing racket!!
Basically, all we use the app for is to send money to my loved one. The issue we have is the inmate does not have the ability to see what has been taken out of his account. This app works really good. The only the thing is that if your phone moves side to side but he races everything and starts you from the beginning .
