Our company went with Connectwise for the ability to use this app. We are out in the field all of the time, very rarely making it to a desk.when we try to add products to our tickets- the app crashes. Since the latest update none of my technicians can use the app rendering the purchase completely useless. They say there is a fix in the version android 2.0.2... but when can we expect that??? I'm beginning to think it's time to move on. Release the fix or we are out!!!

App was good until it keeps asking to login but won't let you login. Its been like this for months. Have to uninstall and wait for a few days and then reinstall before it works. Finally decided to give it a 1 star rating as this has been going on for months and I see everyone else having same issue and nothing done about it.

Previously this app got a 4 out of 5 stars from me had most if not all of the features we needed for remote technicians to do their job easily and get tickets updated in real time. However after a recent update I am completely unable to use the app without uninstalling and reinstalling each time I need to log in. At the moment I get to the single sign on section and then when the page opens in browser I get a 500 error on the page inside of the browser to finish the authentication.

Doesnt have all options that old app had. Unproductive. Work flow is bad also. Plus vendor does not listen to the forun for enhancements, even through old app had them before. I have been posting and even called support and over a year later nothing. Missing advanced time entry option. Cannot change status of a ticket in time entry window nor add an expense in same window. The app should work more like the desktop version like it use to. Also cannot adjust agreements.

"Double check the site" - Why don't you double check your code. Design something better next time. I don't understand how you made the process of logging in such a disaster. Edit: I logged in successfully, then later it logs me out and evrytime I attempt to login afterwards it says my session has expired, or alternatively it asks if I want to cancel sso and change username.

I have some problems: -When marking the task as done, I have to mark one by one, in our company we have 20+ task that have to be done and it is exhausting. - in the expenses section it won't refresh automatically, you must click add expense, and go back , an then the app will refresh the whole week. - sometimes when adding a time entrance and saving, it present an error, the way that I have discover how to solve is: clicking all the fields (dates, init time, finish time) and then save.

Making changes in service board tickets like editing of internal notes with time reported in doesn't work. SSO login is forgotten every other week or so. SSO function forces you to type in your email twice for no reason. "Remember my login credentials" doesn't work at all, this app is simply not ready. If want to report time in mobile app with charge codes you get the error message "You do not have the security permissions to perform this action". I could go on...

Connectwise team it wasn't wise to change to the new one. You can see no one likes it. I still use the old one. No way to use the new one. I don't with tons of negative feedbacks still you don't care. Horrible, if didn't have the old version i would quit my job with this new one. Older one has calendar this one shows a long list of jobs you have to scroll to find and doesn't show full job title. Its almost impossible to find a job from last month.

Desktop apps, quite ok. Web apps, hit or miss. Mobile apps, absolute trash. How can a company like ConnectWise be so trash and inconsistent like it's going out of style? You retire the legacy app for one that doesn't have many features and doesn't work on Android 11 worth a damn. You can't tell me ConnectWise didn't know anything about it. Fix the damn app! I can't live in front of my computer 24/7 and while you're at it, how about adding some more features slackers!

Please add calendar view as an option along with agenda. Or give more distinction between days in agenda view. Too often an appointment from 8 to 10am on Thursday and nothing until Friday after 10 ends up looking like one event after the other in the same day. Otherwise I'm loving all the new features, it is so close to matching most of the desktop features.

Just keeps getting worse. I don't know how but every time we say it can't possibly get any worse, something else stops working or we discover a new bug. But hey! At least we can delete time entries now. Only took years to add that feature to the mobile app. Once you jump onto the web interface to correct your entries because your mobile app doesn't work at all, you'll be greeted by an even clunkier experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I can't believe I'm stuck using this trash.

This used to work good with my device and the last update completely broke it. I can't change ticket status (when I click on it I get a blank screen with no options listed) on the app or mark myself as done as a resource (I get a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says an error has occurred) when I press the save button. Yet I can do all these things fine on my laptop with the windows app.

Cannot give it less then one star. App is horrible. The single sign on does not work, makes you sign in twice when enabled. Once on the app and once in a browser. Constantly having to reinstall the app cause we can not sign in. And that is the least of the issues. When it is working. Working on getting my company away from this garbage. So if you can avoid the hot mess and just print out the ticket on paper, it will save you more time. And other times it just fails and you have to unistall.

If you're looking for a Mindblowing, confusing, utterly useless APP to connect your Sales, Service and Installation departments, this is the APP for you. It's not simple to use. You will spend hours and hours trying to figure out how to use it. It is WAY too complicated. If I could give it Zero Stars it would still be too many. Look for something else. Update - still can't log in on an android. P.O.S. - UPDATE. I've been using this APP for 3 months, it's still a piece of $#!+. Overcomplicated

MASSIVE downgrade to the old app. The old app had everything you needed, worked well, easy to read tickets, easy to find whatever information you required. This..??...this is like something a child made as a basic, clunky, science project. Clumsy to use, impossible to find any useful functioning in it, a real dogs dinner. How could you go from what you had to "upgrade" to something like this??? Woeful!

I find this app not very useful for our business. Trying to find the information we need is like pulling teeth. And now that iOS 13 is out with dark mode, which I use, filling in the information in a time entry is impossible to see what I’m typing. The background is black and the font is black! Who’s brilliant idea was it to not change the font color so you can actually see what you are typing? I have to type it in, save it so it goes back to the original screen so I can make sure what I entered was even spelled correctly. And why can I not delete an entry if I accidentally saved a time log to the wrong place? I have to open up my laptop and connect to Internet somewhere in order to change anything. Such garbage. The app is acknowledged to have limited functionality, but even within that heavily limited functionality, you’re more likely to find a bug than the info you’re looking for. Crucial functions have been inoperable since release and are “Known Issues†with no roadmap for correction. Even the components of the app that work are clunky and the user experience is dreadful. ConnectWise themselves knows that the app is terrible. When asking a CW representative about some of the issues we were experiencing with the app, they replied in disbelief “you use the app?!†It was a tool of appeasement and allows them to say “we have an app.†It’s not here to help you or your business. Unfortunately, the browser version was not created with mobile use in mind, so your mobile CW experience is pretty much doomed.

I like the design of the interface compared to the legacy version. However, this app has serious flaws in execution that are deal-breakers. For example, if i want to edit my notes for an existing time entry, the start and stop times are immediately updated to the current time and current+1hr, respectively (yet the orig date is retained). I must reenter the correct times, IF i made a mental note of them before entering edit mode and making to many note changes ... sigh. Am sticking with legacy.

I’ll give the interface 5 stars for sure - much cleaner and more responsive. I see great promise. In my opinion, the stopwatch feature is the absolute first addition needed right now. The sole reason I use the mobile app is to track time out in the field, so without that the app is completely useless to me. I don’t see them listed on the roadmap, but I sure hope they’re implied somewhere and will be showing up soon. Additionally, with the new interface, I’m really hoping to get an iPad version as well. I do a lot of work from my iPad, and not having to log into the full website to work from it would be a huge bonus. Thank you for your feedback! Can't add time entries to service boards I am allowed to add entries on through browser. We thought it was a permissions issue but there is no specific permissions to grant mobile usage, so all I can think it's a bug. Even if it's a feature, it makes NO sense because I can modify and add entries to the boards through browser. If you can fix this the app will be good enough.

The PSA market is crowded with a lot of really hideous looking applications and ConnectWise hasn’t been any different in the past. This latest attempt at a mobile app by ConnectWise has a modern design and while the features are lacking, to some extent it’s what makes it actually really good, it lets you do the most basic things really easy which its desktop counterpart can sometimes feel overly complex to do in. Bug: The header area on the sidebar gets cut off on the iPhone X, not sure how they would miss this during testing. Thank you for your feedback! Just keeps getting worse. I don't know how but every time we say it can't possibly get any worse, something else stops working or we discover a new bug. But hey! At least we can delete time entries now. Only took years to add that feature to the mobile app. Once you jump onto the web interface to correct your entries because your mobile app doesn't work at all, you'll be greeted by an even clunkier experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I can't believe I'm stuck using this trash.

Finally has all of the basics with the latest update, making this app finally useful for mobile techs (better ticket lookup for helping find tickets for customers when on-site). Glad to see the app finally getting to a more polished state. Edit: I dug a bit more into the filters, and I do see some room for polish. One thing being that I can not select multiple boards at once (only all or one at a time), another is that I can't filter by resource, which is a bit of a nuisance.

I hate this app. Its better than nothingbut it used to work much better than it does now. Its a nightmare to find the tickets you need with the new layout. I hate this app. Its better than nothingbut it used to work much better than it does now. Its a nightmare to find the tickets you need with the new layout. Sometimes you can search by number and find th but the search by name almost never works. The search by ticket number hasn’t worked for the last two days though now I can find it in unassigned (which is easier but didn’t work before.). Their motto should be just keep on guessing, the same thing rarely works teice for long. Fix this puece of junk!!!!!!!

I’ll give the interface 5 stars for sure - much cleaner and more responsive. I see great promise. In my opinion, the stopwatch feature is the absolute first addition needed right now. The sole reason I use the mobile app is to track time out in the field, so without that the app is completely useless to me. I don’t see them listed on the roadmap, but I sure hope they’re implied somewhere and will be showing up soon. Additionally, with the new interface, I’m really hoping to get an iPad version as well. I do a lot of work from my iPad, and not having to log into the full website to work from it would be a huge bonus. Thank you for your feedback! I find this app not very useful for our business. Trying to find the information we need is like pulling teeth. And now that iOS 13 is out with dark mode, which I use, filling in the information in a time entry is impossible to see what I’m typing. The background is black and the font is black! Who’s brilliant idea was it to not change the font color so you can actually see what you are typing? I have to type it in, save it so it goes back to the original screen so I can make sure what I entered was even spelled correctly. And why can I not delete an entry if I accidentally saved a time log to the wrong place? I have to open up my laptop and connect to Internet somewhere in order to change anything. Such garbage. The app is acknowledged to have limited functionality, but even within that heavily limited functionality, you’re more likely to find a bug than the info you’re looking for. Crucial functions have been inoperable since release and are “Known Issues†with no roadmap for correction. Even the components of the app that work are clunky and the user experience is dreadful. ConnectWise themselves knows that the app is terrible. When asking a CW representative about some of the issues we were experiencing with the app, they replied in disbelief “you use the app?!†It was a tool of appeasement and allows them to say “we have an app.†It’s not here to help you or your business. Unfortunately, the browser version was not created with mobile use in mind, so your mobile CW experience is pretty much doomed.

The PSA market is crowded with a lot of really hideous looking applications and ConnectWise hasn’t been any different in the past. This latest attempt at a mobile app by ConnectWise has a modern design and while the features are lacking, to some extent it’s what makes it actually really good, it lets you do the most basic things really easy which its desktop counterpart can sometimes feel overly complex to do in. Bug: The header area on the sidebar gets cut off on the iPhone X, not sure how they would miss this during testing. Thank you for your feedback! Finally has all of the basics with the latest update, making this app finally useful for mobile techs (better ticket lookup for helping find tickets for customers when on-site). Glad to see the app finally getting to a more polished state. Edit: I dug a bit more into the filters, and I do see some room for polish. One thing being that I can not select multiple boards at once (only all or one at a time), another is that I can't filter by resource, which is a bit of a nuisance.

I like the design of the interface compared to the legacy version. However, this app has serious flaws in execution that are deal-breakers. For example, if i want to edit my notes for an existing time entry, the start and stop times are immediately updated to the current time and current+1hr, respectively (yet the orig date is retained). I must reenter the correct times, IF i made a mental note of them before entering edit mode and making to many note changes ... sigh. Am sticking with legacy.

MASSIVE downgrade to the old app. The old app had everything you needed, worked well, easy to read tickets, easy to find whatever information you required. This..??...this is like something a child made as a basic, clunky, science project. Clumsy to use, impossible to find any useful functioning in it, a real dogs dinner. How could you go from what you had to "upgrade" to something like this??? Woeful!

Can't add time entries to service boards I am allowed to add entries on through browser. We thought it was a permissions issue but there is no specific permissions to grant mobile usage, so all I can think it's a bug. Even if it's a feature, it makes NO sense because I can modify and add entries to the boards through browser. If you can fix this the app will be good enough.

Our company went with Connectwise for the ability to use this app. We are out in the field all of the time, very rarely making it to a desk.when we try to add products to our tickets- the app crashes. Since the latest update none of my technicians can use the app rendering the purchase completely useless. They say there is a fix in the version android 2.0.2... but when can we expect that??? I'm beginning to think it's time to move on. Release the fix or we are out!!!

App was good until it keeps asking to login but won't let you login. Its been like this for months. Have to uninstall and wait for a few days and then reinstall before it works. Finally decided to give it a 1 star rating as this has been going on for months and I see everyone else having same issue and nothing done about it.

Previously this app got a 4 out of 5 stars from me had most if not all of the features we needed for remote technicians to do their job easily and get tickets updated in real time. However after a recent update I am completely unable to use the app without uninstalling and reinstalling each time I need to log in. At the moment I get to the single sign on section and then when the page opens in browser I get a 500 error on the page inside of the browser to finish the authentication.

Doesnt have all options that old app had. Unproductive. Work flow is bad also. Plus vendor does not listen to the forun for enhancements, even through old app had them before. I have been posting and even called support and over a year later nothing. Missing advanced time entry option. Cannot change status of a ticket in time entry window nor add an expense in same window. The app should work more like the desktop version like it use to. Also cannot adjust agreements.

"Double check the site" - Why don't you double check your code. Design something better next time. I don't understand how you made the process of logging in such a disaster. Edit: I logged in successfully, then later it logs me out and evrytime I attempt to login afterwards it says my session has expired, or alternatively it asks if I want to cancel sso and change username.

I have some problems: -When marking the task as done, I have to mark one by one, in our company we have 20+ task that have to be done and it is exhausting. - in the expenses section it won't refresh automatically, you must click add expense, and go back , an then the app will refresh the whole week. - sometimes when adding a time entrance and saving, it present an error, the way that I have discover how to solve is: clicking all the fields (dates, init time, finish time) and then save.

Making changes in service board tickets like editing of internal notes with time reported in doesn't work. SSO login is forgotten every other week or so. SSO function forces you to type in your email twice for no reason. "Remember my login credentials" doesn't work at all, this app is simply not ready. If want to report time in mobile app with charge codes you get the error message "You do not have the security permissions to perform this action". I could go on...

Connectwise team it wasn't wise to change to the new one. You can see no one likes it. I still use the old one. No way to use the new one. I don't with tons of negative feedbacks still you don't care. Horrible, if didn't have the old version i would quit my job with this new one. Older one has calendar this one shows a long list of jobs you have to scroll to find and doesn't show full job title. Its almost impossible to find a job from last month.

Desktop apps, quite ok. Web apps, hit or miss. Mobile apps, absolute trash. How can a company like ConnectWise be so trash and inconsistent like it's going out of style? You retire the legacy app for one that doesn't have many features and doesn't work on Android 11 worth a damn. You can't tell me ConnectWise didn't know anything about it. Fix the damn app! I can't live in front of my computer 24/7 and while you're at it, how about adding some more features slackers!

Please add calendar view as an option along with agenda. Or give more distinction between days in agenda view. Too often an appointment from 8 to 10am on Thursday and nothing until Friday after 10 ends up looking like one event after the other in the same day. Otherwise I'm loving all the new features, it is so close to matching most of the desktop features.

At least we can delete time entries now. Only took years to add that feature to the mobile app. Once you jump onto the web interface to correct your entries because your mobile app doesn't work at all, you'll be greeted by an even clunkier experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I can't believe I'm stuck using this trash.

This used to work good with my device and the last update completely broke it. I can't change ticket status (when I click on it I get a blank screen with no options listed) on the app or mark myself as done as a resource (I get a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says an error has occurred) when I press the save button. Yet I can do all these things fine on my laptop with the windows app.

Cannot give it less then one star. App is horrible. The single sign on does not work, makes you sign in twice when enabled. Once on the app and once in a browser. Constantly having to reinstall the app cause we can not sign in. And that is the least of the issues. When it is working. Working on getting my company away from this garbage. So if you can avoid the hot mess and just print out the ticket on paper, it will save you more time. And other times it just fails and you have to unistall.

If you're looking for a Mindblowing, confusing, utterly useless APP to connect your Sales, Service and Installation departments, this is the APP for you. It's not simple to use. The app is acknowledged to have limited functionality, but even within that heavily limited functionality, you’re more likely to find a bug than the info you’re looking for. Crucial functions have been inoperable since release and are “Known Issues†with no roadmap for correction. Even the components of the app that work are clunky and the user experience is dreadful. ConnectWise themselves knows that the app is terrible. When asking a CW representative about some of the issues we were experiencing with the app, they replied in disbelief “you use the app?!†It was a tool of appeasement and allows them to say “we have an app.†It’s not here to help you or your business. Unfortunately, the browser version was not created with mobile use in mind, so your mobile CW experience is pretty much doomed.

I like the design of the interface compared to the legacy version. However, this app has serious flaws in execution that are deal-breakers. For example, if i want to edit my notes for an existing time entry, the start and stop times are immediately updated to the current time and current+1hr, respectively (yet the orig date is retained). I must reenter the correct times, IF i made a mental note of them before entering edit mode and making to many note changes ... sigh. Am sticking with legacy.

Just keeps getting worse. I don't know how but every time we say it can't possibly get any worse, something else stops working or we discover a new bug. But hey! At least we can delete time entries now. Only took years to add that feature to the mobile app. Once you jump onto the web interface to correct your entries because your mobile app doesn't work at all, you'll be greeted by an even clunkier experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I can't believe I'm stuck using this trash.

MASSIVE downgrade to the old app. The old app had everything you needed, worked well, easy to read tickets, easy to find whatever information you required. This..??...this is like something a child made as a basic, clunky, science project. Clumsy to use, impossible to find any useful functioning in it, a real dogs dinner. How could you go from what you had to "upgrade" to something like this??? Woeful!

App was good until it keeps asking to login but won't let you login. Its been like this for months. Have to uninstall and wait for a few days and then reinstall before it works. Finally decided to give it a 1 star rating as this has been going on for months and I see everyone else having same issue and nothing done about it.

Previously this app got a 4 out of 5 stars from me had most if not all of the features we needed for remote technicians to do their job easily and get tickets updated in real time. However after a recent update I am completely unable to use the app without uninstalling and reinstalling each time I need to log in. At the moment I get to the single sign on section and then when the page opens in browser I get a 500 error on the page inside of the browser to finish the authentication.

Doesnt have all options that old app had. Unproductive. Work flow is bad also. Plus vendor does not listen to the forun for enhancements, even through old app had them before. I have been posting and even called support and over a year later nothing. Missing advanced time entry option. Cannot change status of a ticket in time entry window nor add an expense in same window. The app should work more like the desktop version like it use to. Also cannot adjust agreements.

"Double check the site" - Why don't you double check your code. Design something better next time. I don't understand how you made the process of logging in such a disaster. Edit: I logged in successfully, then later it logs me out and evrytime I attempt to login afterwards it says my session has expired, or alternatively it asks if I want to cancel sso and change username.

I have some problems: -When marking the task as done, I have to mark one by one, in our company we have 20+ task that have to be done and it is exhausting. - in the expenses section it won't refresh automatically, you must click add expense, and go back , an then the app will refresh the whole week. - sometimes when adding a time entrance and saving, it present an error, the way that I have discover how to solve is: clicking all the fields (dates, init time, finish time) and then save.

Making changes in service board tickets like editing of internal notes with time reported in doesn't work. SSO login is forgotten every other week or so. SSO function forces you to type in your email twice for no reason. "Remember my login credentials" doesn't work at all, this app is simply not ready. If want to report time in mobile app with charge codes you get the error message "You do not have the security permissions to perform this action". I could go on...

Connectwise team it wasn't wise to change to the new one. You can see no one likes it. I still use the old one. No way to use the new one. I don't with tons of negative feedbacks still you don't care. Horrible, if didn't have the old version i would quit my job with this new one. Older one has calendar this one shows a long list of jobs you have to scroll to find and doesn't show full job title. Its almost impossible to find a job from last month.

Desktop apps, quite ok. Web apps, hit or miss. Mobile apps, absolute trash. How can a company like ConnectWise be so trash and inconsistent like it's going out of style? You retire the legacy app for one that doesn't have many features and doesn't work on Android 11 worth a damn. You can't tell me ConnectWise didn't know anything about it. Fix the damn app! I can't live in front of my computer 24/7 and while you're at it, how about adding some more features slackers!

Please add calendar view as an option along with agenda. Or give more distinction between days in agenda view. Too often an appointment from 8 to 10am on Thursday and nothing until Friday after 10 ends up looking like one event after the other in the same day. Otherwise I'm loving all the new features, it is so close to matching most of the desktop features.

This used to work good with my device and the last update completely broke it. I can't change ticket status (when I click on it I get a blank screen with no options listed) on the app or mark myself as done as a resource (I get a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says an error has occurred) when I press the save button. Yet I can do all these things fine on my laptop with the windows app.

Our company went with Connectwise for the ability to use this app. We are out in the field all of the time, very rarely making it to a desk.when we try to add products to our tickets- the app crashes. Since the latest update none of my technicians can use the app rendering the purchase completely useless. They say there is a fix in the version android 2.0.2... but when can we expect that??? I'm beginning to think it's time to move on. Release the fix or we are out!!!

Cannot give it less then one star. App is horrible. The single sign on does not work, makes you sign in twice when enabled. Once on the app and once in a browser. Constantly having to reinstall the app cause we can not sign in. And that is the least of the issues. When it is working. Working on getting my company away from this garbage. So if you can avoid the hot mess and just print out the ticket on paper, it will save you more time. And other times it just fails and you have to unistall.

If you're looking for a Mindblowing, confusing, utterly useless APP to connect your Sales, Service and Installation departments, this is the APP for you. It's not simple to use. You will spend hours and hours trying to figure out how to use it. It is WAY too complicated. If I could give it Zero Stars it would still be too many. Look for something else. Update - still can't log in on an android. P.O.S. - UPDATE. I've been using this APP for 3 months, it's still a piece of $#!+. Overcomplicated

I hate this app. Its better than nothingbut it used to work much better than it does now. Its a nightmare to find the tickets you need with the new layout. Sometimes you can search by number and find th but the search by name almost never works. The search by ticket number hasn’t worked for the last two days though now I can find it in unassigned (which is easier but didn’t work before.). Their motto should be just keep on guessing, the same thing rarely works teice for long. Fix this puece of junk!!!!!!!

I’ll give the interface 5 stars for sure - much cleaner and more responsive. I see great promise. In my opinion, the stopwatch feature is the absolute first addition needed right now. The sole reason I use the mobile app is to track time out in the field, so without that the app is completely useless to me. I don’t see them listed on the roadmap, but I sure hope they’re implied somewhere and will be showing up soon. Additionally, with the new interface, I’m really hoping to get an iPad version as well. I do a lot of work from my iPad, and not having to log into the full website to work from it would be a huge bonus. Thank you for your feedback! I find this app not very useful for our business. Trying to find the information we need is like pulling teeth. And now that iOS 13 is out with dark mode, which I use, filling in the information in a time entry is impossible to see what I’m typing. The background is black and the font is black! Who’s brilliant idea was it to not change the font color so you can actually see what you are typing? I have to type it in, save it so it goes back to the original screen so I can make sure what I entered was even spelled correctly. And why can I not delete an entry if I accidentally saved a time log to the wrong place? I have to open up my laptop and connect to Internet somewhere in order to change anything. Such garbage. The PSA market is crowded with a lot of really hideous looking applications and ConnectWise hasn’t been any different in the past. This latest attempt at a mobile app by ConnectWise has a modern design and while the features are lacking, to some extent it’s what makes it actually really good, it lets you do the most basic things really easy which its desktop counterpart can sometimes feel overly complex to do in. Bug: The header area on the sidebar gets cut off on the iPhone X, not sure how they would miss this during testing. Thank you for your feedback! Finally has all of the basics with the latest update, making this app finally useful for mobile techs (better ticket lookup for helping find tickets for customers when on-site). Glad to see the app finally getting to a more polished state. Edit: I dug a bit more into the filters, and I do see some room for polish. One thing being that I can not select multiple boards at once (only all or one at a time), another is that I can't filter by resource, which is a bit of a nuisance.

Can't add time entries to service boards I am allowed to add entries on through browser. We thought it was a permissions issue but there is no specific permissions to grant mobile usage, so all I can think it's a bug. Even if it's a feature, it makes NO sense because I can modify and add entries to the boards through browser. If you can fix this the app will be good enough.
