I love how easy to use this app is. You can easily choose the make/model you are interested in and then further filter for specific details you want in a car. These filters include price, mileage, trim, fuel type, features and so much more. Being able to use so many different filter options helps leave the guess work out of trying to narrow down my car search. I highly recommend this app when searching for a used car!
I heavily rely on car fax. If this service wasn't available, I would be scared to buy a car, bottom line. Very easy. It leads you very simply through a description of the type of car your researching, list what's important, and presto, like magic a list of cars for sale. How much, their history from 1st dealership, oil changes, # of owners, any accidents, how bad and when they occurred. I know a lot more about the car I'm trying to buy than the salesperson, most of the time. Just makes it easy
Been using this app for years, suddenly I can't view more than the main picture. Keep getting a "whoops, that's not what we expected to happen" error. *Update* after your reply, I tried again and had the same issue. No updates were available so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it won't find any cars at all. Everything says "Show 0 results"
when the app is working, it's absolutely great. informative, in depth, and thorough... but that's when it's working. and since I've had the app I've had more experience with malfunctions than with positive car searching. if they could fix the "whoops, that's not what we expected to happen" error occurring consistently, then this app would be perfect. for two days now I haven't even been able to actually search for any used vehicles. when I press search, their error code pops up.
App is ok but it constantly brings you to the top of the page instead of where you left off causing you to scroll down and find where you left off. It's annoying and not efficient. Also it does not support two apps open at the same time which is understandable but for such a big company you would think they would have simple issues like this resolved, guess not! Smh 3 stars!
