what's the deal with the ads! okay it's a free app but you need to sit through 6 full ads to start, then when they finish, you see the show for a couple minutes and then hit with another 6 ads! from there it's almost exactly 5 mins between ad clusters! it's roughly a 2-1 show to ad ratio. at least line it up a bit closer to free to air ratios. painful! and that's not to mention if you try fast forward or rewind! surprise, another ads clusters whenever tge slider moves
The 9Now app is useless! It either crashes, pauses, or simply fails to work leaving a blank, black screen. Tried un and reinstalling, only to have it work once then crash again. Won't work on TV's, laptops or phones. Worst streaming app ever!! Perhaps spend less on advertising the app and more on fixing it so you're part of the 21C
The 9Now app is great for free shows, where in other apps, you will need to pay, and even worse, other apps will force you to buy their subscription, which costs a lot of money. Therefore, if you want to watch news,TV shows, and movies for free, I highly recommend you download the 9Now app, I know that the 9Now app has a lot of repetitive and new advertisement commercials in the end, you should ask yourself whether or not to get an app you need to pay or an app where everything is free.

How do you fast forward without skipping to the end of a show in a split second. Then to rewind and have to sit through all the same mandatory ads you already watched. App features need improvement.
The main issue is the UI The UI falls behind it's competitors in several aspects: - The application doesn't show which episodes of a show has been watched. - The video doesn't make the buttons at the bottom of the screen disappear, giving the user bright white light while viewing. - All the interface buttons (pause/play, forward, back) on the video display have barely functioning responsiveness. Over all: the service itself is ok, but as a rating for the app, it's substandard
I wish I could rate it ZERO! For the absolute WORST tv viewing experience ever, instal Nine NOW. It is complete rubbish 🗑 😑. Keeps blacking out during programs. I genuinely hope the developers of this useless app. were paid NOTHING. Even then, they would have been overpaid. Channel 9, take a look at 10, 7, SBS and ABC iview. That is how apps should work.
Worst Streaming app EVER 9Now you're even worse than Disney+, and that can be absolute rubbish sometimes. The damn thing won't even open on TV, and it isn't my TV, because every other streaming service works, except 9Now. You need to get your act together and improve the app - seriously

I was always taught to start with the positives. In my opinion, that would be being able to watch Supernatural. And that you can watch it for free, which is always a huge plus. this is one of the worst apps I've tried to watch anything on. if you stop halfway through an episode and then want to go back to it then you get the spinning wheel on the screen trying to load adds forever. the only way i can figure out a work around is to start a previous episode and then fast forward all the wat through it to the end then go next and fast forward through to where i was. How can anyone release an app this 😞

When I try to install this App on my Google Pixel phone it shows a fatal error. I have installed and uninstalled 4 times and cleared the cache but still get the error . I am unable to use this app! Tried on Android and Apple. Both downloaded but will not cast to Chromecast without continually dropping out, making it unwatchable. This is a terrible app. This is the only free to air streaming app I have that doesn't work. 7 Plus, Ten, ABC, SBS, Netflix and YouTube all work fine.
I wish I could rate it ZERO! For the absolute WORST tv viewing experience ever, instal Nine NOW. It is complete rubbish 🗑 😑. Keeps blacking out during programs. I genuinely hope the developers of this useless app. were paid NOTHING. Even then, they would have been overpaid. Channel 9, take a look at 10, 7, SBS and ABC iview. That is how apps should work.
The 9Now app is useless! It either crashes, pauses, or simply fails to work leaving a blank, black screen. Tried un and reinstalling, only to have it work once then crash again. Won't work on TV's, laptops or phones. Worst streaming app ever!! Perhaps spend less on advertising the app and more on fixing it so you're part of the 21C
The 9Now app is great for free shows, where in other apps, you will need to pay, and even worse, other apps will force you to buy their subscription, which costs a lot of money. Therefore, if you want to watch news,TV shows, and movies for free, I highly recommend you download the 9Now app, I know that the 9Now app has a lot of repetitive and new advertisement commercials in the end, you should ask yourself whether or not to get an app you need to pay or an app where everything is free.
ever since the update im no longer able to stream to the tv. and I keep getting an error when trying to watch any channel
its got what I want, though I appreciate ads are needed for this type of free viewing, it gets a little long half the time
App glitches out on the TV about 2/3 of the way through shows. Can't get it to work on my phone either 😭😭. lots of shows but functionality is poor atm.
every time I want to use this ap, or watch it on my tv I have to sign in EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Why can't it be like the other channels and stay logged in. Hopeless.
Fantastic... Just started Watching Supernatural with Dean n Sam really enjoying it i hope it's still be on till the end of the year or i might miss all the latest chapters... Great app, was just recently recommend to this app after watching a family looking Supernatural n i looked really interesting
How do you fast forward without skipping to the end of a show in a split second. Then to rewind and have to sit through all the same mandatory ads you already watched. App features need improvement.
The main issue is the UI The UI falls behind it's competitors in several aspects: - The application doesn't show which episodes of a show has been watched. - The video doesn't make the buttons at the bottom of the screen disappear, giving the user bright white light while viewing. - All the interface buttons (pause/play, forward, back) on the video display have barely functioning responsiveness. Over all: the service itself is ok, but as a rating for the app, it's substandard
what's the deal with the ads! okay it's a free app but you need to sit through 6 full ads to start, then when they finish, you see the show for a couple minutes and then hit with another 6 ads! from there it's almost exactly 5 mins between ad clusters! it's roughly a 2-1 show to ad ratio. at least line it up a bit closer to free to air ratios. painful! and that's not to mention if you try fast forward or rewind! surprise, another ads clusters whenever tge slider moves
Worst Streaming app EVER 9Now you're even worse than Disney+, and that can be absolute rubbish sometimes. The damn thing won't even open on TV, and it isn't my TV, because every other streaming service works, except 9Now. You need to get your act together and improve the app - seriously
Way too many ads..it often gets stuck on the ads if you fast forward.. I counted 20 ads before I had to quit the app and wait a few minutes and come back to it..it happens way too often and it's really annoying. I don't get good reception for normal tv or I would delete the app.. I don't use my phone. I watch through my TV's. One is using Google Chrome and the other is using Amazon
I was always taught to start with the positives. In my opinion, that would be being able to watch Supernatural. And that you can watch it for free, which is always a huge plus. I completely understand that they will show ads to keep up revenue, but - and with this, we will go over to the negatives, 6 ads every 5-10 minutes is absolutely unreasonable, frustrating and simply insanity.
running within a TCL smart tv. it's unbearable. it takes about 3 minute to start and I have to force stop and clear the cache at least 6 times every time to get any stream to start. it constantly just goes to a black screen. when I do get it running, it frequently just shuts itself down. I don't have this issue with any other streaming apps so it's not the tv. app is up to date. it's absolute rubbish.
unusable. I know it's not my device(s) because all other streaming apps are fine. It's like early 2000s dial up. When it does work on the TV - the ads are enough to put you in the nut house. Repeating the same 4 ads over and over again. I can't watch one 45minute show without giving up because it's either spinning or I just can't watch the same advertisement for the 100th time. This is terrible. Uninstalling and searching for the shows on a different streaming platform.
Doesn't work. Open the app and immediately get the error "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred...". It gives a link to a 'help' page but that page doesn't exist.
The app is way easier to use than the TV. I hope the app experience transfers to TV so what I prefer to watch is also there. I would like an option to show I have "watched" and episode.
this is one of the worst apps I've tried to watch anything on. if you stop halfway through an episode and then want to go back to it then you get the spinning wheel on the screen trying to load adds forever. the only way i can figure out a work around is to start a previous episode and then fast forward all the wat through it to the end then go next and fast forward through to where i was. How can anyone release an app this 😞
