This app is amazing. All the free features it offers for free are a mile ahead from other "similar" services. Web, mobile, and third party integrations are a big plus. Constant meaningful updates. This app should be way more popular than it is.
The best project management app I've ever tried, all those views and the calendar sync function! I shared it with my boss, and now our whole team is using it, finally no more spreadsheets
Unfortunately it adds new tasks to the top of the list instead of the bottom, and this cannot be changed if you also want to be able to move the tasks. Also their support don't seem to understand what you're saying and just respond that you can "change sorting in the right corner". 😆 Great, thanks, expect then you're no longer able to move and rearrange your tasks... 🤦♂️
The functionality is great and flexible. But the performance, both mobile, web and desktop, detracts and usability (few keyboard shortcuts that seem to work sporadically - for example down arrow works as advertised, but press up arrow straight after and the selection won't move back) make it hard to use. Too many keystrokes to alter some fields (eg set a date-time). It will be a great product after refinement and optimisation.
Flawless yet crazy expensive app. I don't mind paying for subscribtion when the app is of such high quality, but 1K rubles per month, seriously?? And it doesn't even have an unlimited amount of entries! A nominally free version only allows 500 entries, so it's useless, hence 1 star. You really should think about adopting different price policies for different countries
It's amazing! I've been looking for a nice app to manage both my work and my daily routines, and the ones I've found were either inconvenient a lot, or missing important features for me(I need to be able to add description of a task with links to my technical task, or references, being integrated into words, and also I need a chat for each of the task or anything else I could easily use for additional materials). And all of that I've found in your app! It's cool and really user-friendly
It's okay. I need some of the Plus features (recurring items, more than 4(!) icons, coloured items) though but 9$ per month is too much for me to pay for something I only use for my own private stuff. I would gladly pay one time or like 2$ per month for the features I need, but this way I will look for another app. Edit: Thanks for your answer but one year after writing a review I'm now happily using (and paying for) a different app.
Hi Zenkit team. I get to try your mobile app (Android version) and eventually had to delete my account coz there are some issues. Couldn't bold, italic or modify the heading easily I couldn't delete my wiki, I couldn't delete my workspace and I wish there were tutorials for the app version. But I appreciate that your app is way more easier than your competitors and many features are free. I'd recommend for people who are looking for kanban productivity apps but not as complicated as Notion.
May be great, but I'll never know since I can't login. It keeps saying invalid password (I know it's right) & I even reset it. & the email validation & password reset emails took forever to arrive, making it that much worse. The email saying my password had been changed, i.e. the one I didn't need, of course came through quickly. Even if I could get in at this point, these people are inept & I wouldn't trust them. Update: tried again & says link IT SENT ME is incorrect. I'm done wasting my time.
Slow slow slow and clunky to use. Very hard to edit and make changes to table fields. Left years ago for Notion and came back recently because I was having problems with Notion. Still as slow and clunky as ever. You would think after all these years rhey would have made some changes but nope still the same. Not impressed.
For an app that does UX and color/theme/display customization so well, I am really surprised/disappointed that there are no widgets! It's key to be able to see the list at a glance on the home screen without opening the app. Zenkit really matches my digital aesthetic, so I'm hopeful we can get some adjustable and transparent widgets!
This is an amazing app. I have ADHD and this lets me keep track of all the stuff in my head without getting overwhelmed by a huge Todo list. The mind map feature is amazing for my brain, but then I can easily switch to the kanban view for a different type of organization. But I can assign dates to tasks too and look at the calendar! It's seriously a miracle app for me. Who knows if it's good for other people 😂 but I personally love this app.
Good app for what's advertised! If you want a cohesive collection of tools in one place to cover the breadth of almost any tool you'd want to use to organize a team, Zenkit has you covered. I ended up using other tools that fit in my workflow better (I preferred separate apps, didn't need all the collaboration features), but that's no mark on the quality here! I reviewed this app specifically to make it easier to find again if I have a project that would benefit from the features on offer here
A disaster in terms of trying to get into the App on my phone. And when I do eventually get in, sometimes there is absolutely zero data. I may be doing something wrong, but why is it so complicated? Never had these problems with Wunderlist (but really don't want to use the MS version - MS is too powerful by half and should be broken up.)
It's nice that you have included a mind map view and in fact, that was what actually motivated me to shift from Trello to Zenkit. However, there is no way to reduce the size of the mindmap so that I could see all the sub parts close to each other and this is the reason that I don't find it much useful. I even tried to resize the element from the mind map settings but that doesn't seem to work either.

You really should think about adopting different price policies for different countries
The best project management app I've ever tried, all those views and the calendar sync function! I shared it with my boss, and now our whole team is using it, finally no more spreadsheets
This app is amazing. All the free features it offers for free are a mile ahead from other "similar" services. Web, mobile, and third party integrations are a big plus. Constant meaningful updates. This app should be way more popular than it is.
