The app suddenly stopped working a month ago and hasn't worked since. Can't sign in or track any packages. Just keeps saying "Sorry we're having technical difficulties. Please try again later." I have already tried clearing the data and cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doesn't seem to work on my Fold 6 anymore. There's nothing wrong with my account either, I can sign into that on my phone's browser.

Had to download the app due to UPS's My Choice website being largely unusable due to errors (telling me I'm not signed in while I actively am, not letting me view my own tracking info and looping me in circles, etc), only for the app to not offer the same choices and redirecting me to the website. Terrible customer service, refused to offer any help after wasting an hour of my time on the phone, and their website and app are worthless too.

Nothing but problems. Says my payment card already exists (even though it doesn't there are no cards on file) tried a few different cards and they refuse to save. You also can't paste the card# you're stuck trying it in and that's pretty annoying. I can't add a payment card so I can't ship my box, making this app pretty pointless.

Update 06/25/25 Since last update I get a message that the system is unavailable and can't track any packages! Logging in and out doesn't work! It works to keep my packages on track. Update: Little bit disappointed on having a UPS membership, and it keeps reminding me to renew . My packages are not getting upgraded to UPS ground as part of the membership, which has not expired yet!

I'm watching my item being tracked on eBay from place to place. When I copy the number and track it on the UPS app, it says "that's a new number that's not in our system" or something like that. are you joking?? UPS literally has my item and is transferring it between centers as we speak! If I can't track an item, what's the point of this app?

FIX THIS APP!! I can't even tell if the UPS TRACKING system is working AT ALL. My app shows "no deliveries scheduled" (even though I'm getting emails), yet if I enter the tracking number of a package that is incoming, I get details and it says it is scheduled. Previously, ALL deliveries, whether they were in transit or a label,had been generated by a business. In its current capacity, this app is useless. Why should I repeatedly have to enter my tracking number? And, yes, I was signed in.

This app is very incomplete and doesn't provide you with nearly the amount of tools needed to operate smoothly or successfully with their shipping services. Their customer support is extremely lacking and negligent in their duties. They will tell you they sent you something and never have sent it, sometimes taking several tries just to get them to follow up on simple information. They will also hang up on you in the middle of your question so they can clock out for the day.

UPS just impressed me with how freaking impossible it is to get help from a person via the chat option. I was asked to fill out a form to be contacted by an agent, but never provided the form. I guess the form is with my package, sitting in a warehouse somewhere, late and probably damaged. It especially sucks because I paid for 2nd day air, won't be getting a refund on shipping cost, and they want another $5.99 for me to pick it up instead of it being delivered like it should have been already

tracking numbers that I link from or that I enter directly in the app do not stay in my tracking history. that's a big issue. I'm not doing anything special except looking up a tracking number in which case it should stay in my history. I can see others are having an issue too based on recent reviews. Also, The app shows that there are no shipments coming to me when I know there are two coming to me and it would normally show that. I don't know what update broke this app. It needs to be fixed.

Very poor support. Can't submit an email change as the code email isn't being sent and when clicking resend, it says some fields are missing or incorrect. The only fields are the 6 input boxes for the code. The chat is to a virtual agent that does basic tasks only. Can't get to a live agent. My package is a month late and only the label has been made and there is no way to see why that is the case.

Incoming packages show up in the app when not picked up yet (when a tracking number was created), but disappear as soon as they're picked up and have a delivery date set. They still show up on my account online, but they disappear from the app. Why?? Edited to add: looking at recent app reviews, this is an ongoing problem since the most recent app update. Also, I just got a push notification about one of my packages from the app, but the app itself says I have no packages!

My building is hard to get into. Often, the driver will give up and leave, when all they had to do is to call me and I could come down and let them in. But there is no way to say that in this app! They have what they call "driver instructions", but it's utterly useless in this situation, providing only a list of inappropriate choices. There's also "gate code", but it's not big enough to hold my phone number. This has led to several skipped deliveries, when I was actually home at the time.

App no longer shows inbound packages. It won't remember tracking numbers entered manually, either. I've signed in on the web, and my packages show up just fine, but the app won't remember anything or show anything. I've tried signing out and back in, and no joy. Only thing left to try is uninstall/reinstall. I'm trying to track an inbound package and this just makes it difficult.

UPS is the worst way to receive packages. They always give me a 10 hour window, which I waste entirely waiting, only to find out that it will be late. Especially when I have to sign for it. I will never use UPS if I can avoid it. It's like a recurring nightmare of wasting my time for nothing. USPS makes UPS look like a bunch of amateurs! The app is of no help with trying to expedite things.

App doesn't show packages coming to me. even if I track them, it can't add them to my list of packages. If I click a link with a tracking code, it doesn't open it. I have to copy/paste tracking codes into the app. Without the app installed, the tracking opens a web page where I immediately see the status. This app actually makes the tracking experience multi step and worse than not having it.

UPS is better than most other Carriers, however I will say, I've been experiencing technical difficulties with the app. Idk if I have uninstall & reinstall or if there's an issue they are working on with it, but I can't keep my items tracked and check back on them later, I have to keep pasting the tracking number. Overall, the app is great! much easier to navigate whichever your needs are than other shipping carriers.

I am not a fan of the current UI. The tab for tracking packages coming to me is entirely too cluttered with unwanted suggestions about using UPS services. Way too much information that has nothing to do with tracking shipments. Very similar to a web page that's more than half filled with ads and you have to scroll to find what you're really after.

Very, very basic app. Not useful for most things. The scan function doesn't work at all on my Samsung and they don't keep tracking history so I'm just retyping it in every time. Even Google keeps that much. No time savings here. Delete and just use the web. Very disappointing that a company like UPS has not invested any time or money on this app.

It's a nice app and all, but unfortunately useless when it comes to being notified for deliveries. The app told me I had a package (signature required) scheduled to be delivered today from 2pm-6pm. Checking multiple times before 2pm, I see that the delivery time remains unchanged. All of a sudden, when I come back home, around 12pm, I get notified saying I wasn't there to get my delivery... so why didn't the app at LEAST tell me that it was coming soon?

Old version was better. The old version kept all the deliveries listed in the app giving me the ability to decide whether to keep or delete them. In the new version package deliveries disappear from the app unexpectedly without warning. I go to the app to get the delivery history on a package I received only to find out it's no longer listed in the app. Another quirk of this app is tracking numbers are randomly either automatically added to the app or not added at all. Frustrating.

UPS is better than most other Carriers, however I will say, I've been experiencing technical difficulties with the app. Idk if I have uninstall & reinstall or if there's an issue they are working on with it, but I can't keep my items tracked and check back on them later, I have to keep pasting the tracking number. Nothing but problems. Says my payment card already exists (even though it doesn't there are no cards on file) tried a few different cards and they refuse to save. You also can't paste the card# you're stuck trying it in and that's pretty annoying. I can't add a payment card so I can't ship my box, making this app pretty pointless.

This app is very incomplete and doesn't provide you with nearly the amount of tools needed to operate smoothly or successfully with their shipping services. Their customer support is extremely lacking and negligent in their duties. App no longer shows inbound packages. It won't remember tracking numbers entered manually, either. I've signed in on the web, and my packages show up just fine, but the app won't remember anything or show anything. I've tried signing out and back in, and no joy. Only thing left to try is uninstall/reinstall. I'm trying to track an inbound package and this just makes it difficult.

UPS is the worst way to receive packages. They always give me a 10 hour window, which I waste entirely waiting, only to find out that it will be late. Especially when I have to sign for it. I will never use UPS if I can avoid it. It's like a recurring nightmare of wasting my time for nothing. USPS makes UPS look like a bunch of amateurs! The app is of no help with trying to expedite things.

App doesn't show packages coming to me. even if I track them, it can't add them to my list of packages. If I click a link with a tracking code, it doesn't open it. I have to copy/paste tracking codes into the app. Without the app installed, the tracking opens a web page where I immediately see the status. This app actually makes the tracking experience multi step and worse than not having it.

UPS is better than most other Carriers, however I will say, I've been experiencing technical difficulties with the app. Idk if I have uninstall & reinstall or if there's an issue they are working on with it, but I can't keep my items tracked and check back on them later, I have to keep pasting the tracking number. Overall, the app is great! much easier to navigate whichever your needs are than other shipping carriers.

I am not a fan of the current UI. The tab for tracking packages coming to me is entirely too cluttered with unwanted suggestions about using UPS services. Way too much information that has nothing to do with tracking shipments. Very similar to a web page that's more than half filled with ads and you have to scroll to find what you're really after.

Very, very basic app. Not useful for most things. The scan function doesn't work at all on my Samsung and they don't keep tracking history so I'm just retyping it in every time. Even Google keeps that much. No time savings here. Delete and just use the web. Very disappointing that a company like UPS has not invested any time or money on this app.

It's a nice app and all, but unfortunately useless when it comes to being notified for deliveries. The app told me I had a package (signature required) scheduled to be delivered today from 2pm-6pm. Checking multiple times before 2pm, I see that the delivery time remains unchanged. All of a sudden, when I come back home, around 12pm, I get notified saying I wasn't there to get my delivery... so why didn't the app at LEAST tell me that it was coming soon?

Old version was better. The old version kept all the deliveries listed in the app giving me the ability to decide whether to keep or delete them. In the new version package deliveries disappear from the app unexpectedly without warning. I go to the app to get the delivery history on a package I received only to find out it's no longer listed in the app. Another quirk of this app is tracking numbers are randomly either automatically added to the app or not added at all. Frustrating.

Update 06/25/25 Since last update I get a message that the system is unavailable and can't track any packages! Logging in and out doesn't work! It works to keep my packages on track. Update: Little bit disappointed on having a UPS membership, and it keeps reminding me to renew . My packages are not getting upgraded to UPS ground as part of the membership, which has not expired yet!

My building is hard to get into. Often, the driver will give up and leave, when all they had to do is to call me and I could come down and let them in. But there is no way to say that in this app! They have what they call "driver instructions", but it's utterly useless in this situation, providing only a list of inappropriate choices. There's also "gate code", but it's not big enough to hold my phone number. This has led to several skipped deliveries, when I was actually home at the time.

Had to download the app due to UPS's My Choice website being largely unusable due to errors (telling me I'm not signed in while I actively am, not letting me view my own tracking info and looping me in circles, etc), only for the app to not offer the same choices and redirecting me to the website. Terrible customer service, refused to offer any help after wasting an hour of my time on the phone, and their website and app are worthless too.

Nothing but problems. Says my payment card already exists (even though it doesn't there are no cards on file) tried a few different cards and they refuse to save. You also can't paste the card# you're stuck trying it in and that's pretty annoying. I can't add a payment card so I can't ship my box, making this app pretty pointless.

I'm watching my item being tracked on eBay from place to place. When I copy the number and track it on the UPS app, it says "that's a new number that's not in our system" or something like that. are you joking?? UPS literally has my item and is transferring it between centers as we speak! If I can't track an item, what's the point of this app?

FIX THIS APP!! I can't even tell if the UPS TRACKING system is working AT ALL. My app shows "no deliveries scheduled" (even though I'm getting emails), yet if I enter the tracking number of a package that is incoming, I get details and it says it is scheduled. Previously, ALL deliveries, whether they were in transit or a label,had been generated by a business. In its current capacity, this app is useless. Why should I repeatedly have to enter my tracking number? And, yes, I was signed in.

This app is very incomplete and doesn't provide you with nearly the amount of tools needed to operate smoothly or successfully with their shipping services. Their customer support is extremely lacking and negligent in their duties. They will tell you they sent you something and never have sent it, sometimes taking several tries just to get them to follow up on simple information. They will also hang up on you in the middle of your question so they can clock out for the day.

UPS just impressed me with how freaking impossible it is to get help from a person via the chat option. I was asked to fill out a form to be contacted by an agent, but never provided the form. I guess the form is with my package, sitting in a warehouse somewhere, late and probably damaged. It especially sucks because I paid for 2nd day air, won't be getting a refund on shipping cost, and they want another $5.99 for me to pick it up instead of it being delivered like it should have been already

tracking numbers that I link from or that I enter directly in the app do not stay in my tracking history. that's a big issue. I'm not doing anything special except looking up a tracking number in which case it should stay in my history. I can see others are having an issue too based on recent reviews. Also, The app shows that there are no shipments coming to me when I know there are two coming to me and it would normally show that. I don't know what update broke this app. It needs to be fixed.

Very poor support. Can't submit an email change as the code email isn't being sent and when clicking resend, it says some fields are missing or incorrect. The only fields are the 6 input boxes for the code. The chat is to a virtual agent that does basic tasks only. Can't get to a live agent. My package is a month late and only the label has been made and there is no way to see why that is the case.

The app suddenly stopped working a month ago and hasn't worked since. Can't sign in or track any packages. Just keeps saying "Sorry we're having technical difficulties. Please try again later." I have already tried clearing the data and cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doesn't seem to work on my Fold 6 anymore. There's nothing wrong with my account either, I can sign into that on my phone's browser.

Incoming packages show up in the app when not picked up yet (when a tracking number was created), but disappear as soon as they're picked up and have a delivery date set. They still show up on my account online, but they disappear from the app. Why?? Edited to add: looking at recent app reviews, this is an ongoing problem since the most recent app update. Also, I just got a push notification about one of my packages from the app, but the app itself says I have no packages!
