What's the point of an app that forces you to log in each time you use it? I might as well use the webpage. Interface is not navigable. Biometrics and not accepted. They need to just let this app go. It frustrates me that my company chose this over our previous WhenIWork app; that app was amazing and I would advise any small business to use it. Corporate companies most likely only use this because it's cheaper. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Terrible app. It doesn't remember your login information even when you check the box telling it to. It takes minutes, yes, up to 3 minutes at times for the app to open. You can also easily push the wrong button when trying to clock in or out as they are directly next to each other. In fact their should only be one button to clock in and out. Two buttons leave room for confusion and error. It's pretty sad that people are expected to track their time on a faulty app.

My job basically requires me to use it, but this app is garbage. Glitches and bugs all the time, with the most recent one being that as soon as I log in, I receive a notification that I have successfully logged out, requiring me to to go back to the login screen again and log in a second time. It will randomly crash, and the app is also probably the slowest loading/responding one on my phone, regardless of whether I am using cell service or wifi to connect.

This app sucks. Half the time it won't work. It makes you log in multiple times just to get on, then regularly it will kick you before you can even do anything. It fails to remember punches far too frequently. It's error messages won't display, it just shows a blank red box, so you won't even know why you can't log in. It's only getting worse the longer I'm forced to use it.

Continues to be the most frustrating app on my phone. Log in is a pain (I have to enter my user ID and password letter by letter EVERY SINGLE TIME). It doesn't keep you logged in , you'll be kicked out if your screen goes to sleep for even half a second, or if you switch apps for a second. It also runs very very slowly. I encounter several different errors. The best way for yall to fix this is to use it for a week or a month and see what we experience. It suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

Worst app I've ever used. Very slow. Most punches result in a blank screen for several minutes, then I get kicked off and have to sign back in. It often says there's no internet connection and asks if I want to work offline, when I'm 40 feet from a WAP and have full signal strength. Even when it's working right, it super sluggish. It take between 10 seconds to a couple minutes to change screens. And I have an S22 Ultra that's only a few month old.

This app has become almost unusable... Constantly getting "a system error has occurred" when trying to log in, and half the time I want to clock in, it can't verify my location, when I'm sitting inside the building! [Update] I now have to uninstall/reinstall the app every other day because it gets stuck in the "system error" loop... Garbage.

It's pretty bad. It logs you out every time so when you open it, it will still be on the punch in/out page, but will say you're offline, so you have to re-sign in and go back to the clock in/out screen. A minor inconvenience, but very annoying. Also, half the time, it says I'm not in the GPS area range when I'm inside my store. All of my location settings are correct. It works half the time. This has potential to be a good app. Needs big improvement though.

I saw another review that has the same issue that I am experiencing. I can't see my schedule nor do anything on it. I have to re-download the app every single time in order to get in, but sometimes that doesn't work either. I keep getting a blank page with the words: HTTPS Status 500 - Internal Server Error. I thought I was the only getting it, but according to my coworkers they are getting them too. I have to relay on the mangers to send me my schedule. This is trash! Fix the bug!

Update: Your feedback site you commented doesn't exist. You've cost me several paychecks. And now more of my time. Employers, DO NOT force your employees to use this app. Don't even waste your money! Can't log in from app or store computers for days now. Took 4 months to fix my one of my missing pays due to this app! I'm getting in trouble because the app doesn't work. I have 24/7 availability. Maybe I should find a company that has a time app that actually works or they can quit griping at me!

This app was spotty and had issues but was manageable for most part. Then the update. Forget it. Server error. Delete reinstall. Might get one or 2 times out of it, then server error. Geographical Location can not be determined . Yet you are right under the router. Slower than all get out. Nothing but issues for not only me but several others I know who chose the easier fix. Delete how sad

Two things, first is logging in to the app. It takes me logging in with my numbers twice. The first goes back into the logging in screen. Second is the app logs you out after a minute or so. It needs to be longer however I do understand the safety concerns. I like that you can view your schedule in advance. Not tried the other functions as I am a new employee.

The app is difficult for no reason. It constantly logs you out, you have to click on subcategories just to get to what is relevant to the employee and half of things it says you can do up there, you actually need to log on to a computer for. This is supposed to make checking our schedule convenient for us employees but it only makes everyone's lives more difficult, managers included.

This app is horrible. It forces you to change your password every 2 or 3 months, and then it won't recognize your login information and locks you out. Sometimes, it takes 5 or six attempts over several hours just to get in. It is not compatible with Mac computers and seems to have a serious problem working with them even through a browser. Even while using an Android phone, certain parts of the app consistently will not work or lock up.

You can only log in 50% of the time, and once you get in there's another 50% chance that what you want to see isn't going to load. In addition to this, sometimes it just forgets who your employer is and you have to enter their url again. Also the interface is awful, and when you move to a different page it takes ages to load. There is so much more I would write but there aren't enough characters to include it. Would rate 0 stars of I could

This app seems too poorly developed to come from such a large and profitable company like Kroger. Most of the time when I try to open something it sits there and does nothing. It doesn't show as loading or not. Nothing happens. The terrible vpn that Kroger uses doesn't work more often than not. Even when I type in the correct login information I get an error, that is vague or sometimes only a red box. 0/10 I would not recommend. If your store still has a physical Kronos log in use that.

Give it a zero if I could. Nothing ever works right, always seems like once one problem gets fixed, there's another. Have to sign in twice, doesn't recognize my location unless I close back out of it and go back in, slow af to load anything. There's so many things wrong with it, all the time and it just keeps getting worse. I wouldn't use it unless I had to.

Astoundingly bad. The app will either fail to login in, leading to multiple attempts, or throw an error that requires force closing the app. It does a terrible job of displaying a work schedule and no longer pushes notifications. All that, and UKG though it was a good idea to ask for permission to collect user data so they can implement advertising within the app. Are you kidding me? How is advertising at all appropriate for a work scheduling app? Don't double dip!

For 5 days now I haven't been able to clock into work using the app. Getting the "server error" message like everyone else. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, it worked for a few hours. Now back to the server error message. (Update 9/18/24) After the last App update it worked fine for about a week. Now it won't even open, after clicking on the app icon it just loads for several minutes, then times out.

Worked fine until recently. (Besides the need to close it constantly because constantly goes into offline mode & you have to relaunch the app and the various other issues noted in the other commitments). But now- it is SO slow with load times. It can literally take 5 minutes to register a punch because every time you load a page it takes a minute or two to load. No. Just no. Please fix your app, I know its not a mobile data bottleneck; and even if it was, it shouldn't be using too much data.

It's pretty bad. Continues to be the most frustrating app on my phone. Log in is a pain (I have to enter my user ID and password letter by letter EVERY SINGLE TIME). It doesn't keep you logged in , you'll be kicked out if your screen goes to sleep for even half a second, or if you switch apps for a second. It also runs very very slowly. I saw another review that has the same issue that I am experiencing. I can't see my schedule nor do anything on it. I have to re-download the app every single time in order to get in, but sometimes that doesn't work either. I keep getting a blank page with the words: HTTPS Status 500 - Internal Server Error. I thought I was the only getting it, but according to my coworkers they are getting them too. I have to relay on the mangers to send me my schedule. This is trash! Fix the bug!

Update: Your feedback site you commented doesn't exist. You've cost me several paychecks. And now more of my time. Employers, DO NOT force your employees to use this app. Don't even waste your money! Can't log in from app or store computers for days now. Took 4 months to fix my one of my missing pays due to this app! I'm getting in trouble because the app doesn't work. I have 24/7 availability. Maybe I should find a company that has a time app that actually works or they can quit griping at me!

This app was spotty and had issues but was manageable for most part. Then the update. Forget it. Server error. Delete reinstall. Might get one or 2 times out of it, then server error. Geographical Location can not be determined . Yet you are right under the router. Slower than all get out. Nothing but issues for not only me but several others I know who chose the easier fix. Delete how sad

Two things, first is logging in to the app. It takes me logging in with my numbers twice. The first goes back into the logging in screen. Second is the app logs you out after a minute or so. It needs to be longer however I do understand the safety concerns. I like that you can view your schedule in advance. Not tried the other functions as I am a new employee.

The app is difficult for no reason. It constantly logs you out, you have to click on subcategories just to get to what is relevant to the employee and half of things it says you can do up there, you actually need to log on to a computer for. This is supposed to make checking our schedule convenient for us employees but it only makes everyone's lives more difficult, managers included.

This app is horrible. It forces you to change your password every 2 or 3 months, and then it won't recognize your login information and locks you out. Sometimes, it takes 5 or six attempts over several hours just to get in. It is not compatible with Mac computers and seems to have a serious problem working with them even through a browser. Even while using an Android phone, certain parts of the app consistently will not work or lock up.

You can only log in 50% of the time, and once you get in there's another 50% chance that what you want to see isn't going to load. In addition to this, sometimes it just forgets who your employer is and you have to enter their url again. Also the interface is awful, and when you move to a different page it takes ages to load. There is so much more I would write but there aren't enough characters to include it. Would rate 0 stars of I could

This app seems too poorly developed to come from such a large and profitable company like Kroger. Most of the time when I try to open something it sits there and does nothing. It doesn't show as loading or not. Nothing happens. The terrible vpn that Kroger uses doesn't work more often than not. Even when I type in the correct login information I get an error, that is vague or sometimes only a red box. 0/10 I would not recommend. If your store still has a physical Kronos log in use that.

Give it a zero if I could. Nothing ever works right, always seems like once one problem gets fixed, there's another. Have to sign in twice, doesn't recognize my location unless I close back out of it and go back in, slow af to load anything. There's so many things wrong with it, all the time and it just keeps getting worse. I wouldn't use it unless I had to.

Astoundingly bad. The app will either fail to login in, leading to multiple attempts, or throw an error that requires force closing the app. It does a terrible job of displaying a work schedule and no longer pushes notifications. All that, and UKG though it was a good idea to ask for permission to collect user data so they can implement advertising within the app. Are you kidding me? How is advertising at all appropriate for a work scheduling app? Don't double dip!

For 5 days now I haven't been able to clock into work using the app. Getting the "server error" message like everyone else. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, it worked for a few hours. Now back to the server error message. (Update 9/18/24) After the last App update it worked fine for about a week. Now it won't even open, after clicking on the app icon it just loads for several minutes, then times out.

Worked fine until recently. (Besides the need to close it constantly because constantly goes into offline mode & you have to relaunch the app and the various other issues noted in the other commitments). But now- it is SO slow with load times. It can literally take 5 minutes to register a punch because every time you load a page it takes a minute or two to load. No. Just no. Please fix your app, I know its not a mobile data bottleneck; and even if it was, it shouldn't be using too much data.

It's pretty bad. It logs you out every time so when you open it, it will still be on the punch in/out page, but will say you're offline, so you have to re-sign in and go back to the clock in/out screen. A minor inconvenience, but very annoying. Also, half the time, it says I'm not in the GPS area range when I'm inside my store. All of my location settings are correct. It works half the time. This has potential to be a good app. Needs big improvement though.

Terrible app. It doesn't remember your login information even when you check the box telling it to. It takes minutes, yes, up to 3 minutes at times for the app to open. You can also easily push the wrong button when trying to clock in or out as they are directly next to each other. In fact their should only be one button to clock in and out. Two buttons leave room for confusion and error. It's pretty sad that people are expected to track their time on a faulty app.

My job basically requires me to use it, but this app is garbage. Glitches and bugs all the time, with the most recent one being that as soon as I log in, I receive a notification that I have successfully logged out, requiring me to to go back to the login screen again and log in a second time. It will randomly crash, and the app is also probably the slowest loading/responding one on my phone, regardless of whether I am using cell service or wifi to connect.

This app sucks. Half the time it won't work. It makes you log in multiple times just to get on, then regularly it will kick you before you can even do anything. It fails to remember punches far too frequently. It's error messages won't display, it just shows a blank red box, so you won't even know why you can't log in. It's only getting worse the longer I'm forced to use it.

Continues to be the most frustrating app on my phone. Log in is a pain (I have to enter my user ID and password letter by letter EVERY SINGLE TIME). It doesn't keep you logged in , you'll be kicked out if your screen goes to sleep for even half a second, or if you switch apps for a second. It also runs very very slowly. I encounter several different errors. The best way for yall to fix this is to use it for a week or a month and see what we experience. It suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

Worst app I've ever used. Very slow. Most punches result in a blank screen for several minutes, then I get kicked off and have to sign back in. It often says there's no internet connection and asks if I want to work offline, when I'm 40 feet from a WAP and have full signal strength. Even when it's working right, it super sluggish. It take between 10 seconds to a couple minutes to change screens. And I have an S22 Ultra that's only a few month old.

This app has become almost unusable... Constantly getting "a system error has occurred" when trying to log in, and half the time I want to clock in, it can't verify my location, when I'm sitting inside the building! [Update] I now have to uninstall/reinstall the app every other day because it gets stuck in the "system error" loop... Garbage.

I saw another review that has the same issue that I am experiencing. I can't see my schedule nor do anything on it. I have to re-download the app every single time in order to get in, but sometimes that doesn't work either. I keep getting a blank page with the words: HTTPS Status 500 - Internal Server Error. I thought I was the only getting it, but according to my coworkers they are getting them too. I have to relay on the mangers to send me my schedule. This is trash! Fix the bug!

Update: Your feedback site you commented doesn't exist. You've cost me several paychecks. And now more of my time. Employers, DO NOT force your employees to use this app. Don't even waste your money! Can't log in from app or store computers for days now. Took 4 months to fix my one of my missing pays due to this app! I'm getting in trouble because the app doesn't work. I have 24/7 availability. Maybe I should find a company that has a time app that actually works or they can quit griping at me!

What's the point of an app that forces you to log in each time you use it? I might as well use the webpage. Interface is not navigable. Biometrics and not accepted. They need to just let this app go. It frustrates me that my company chose this over our previous WhenIWork app; that app was amazing and I would advise any small business to use it. Corporate companies most likely only use this because it's cheaper. I wish 0 stars was an option.
