This app is actually credible. I got my ticket for 10-15% cheaper than what was available on the main site. I ordered about a month in advanced and was scared when it said "your ticket will ship by [2 days before my event]", that wouldn't work because I needed time to travel. I read their policies and got more worried. But then it shipped with over 2 weeks to spare. And now I'm at the event👍 Seems sketchy, but isn't. Will use again unless I find a better deal elsewhere.
I asked customer service if there was a method for downloading tickets in advance. They said I just need to use the app to access my tickets for scanning. Tickpick should know it's impossible to access tickets due to poor service. I took a leap of faith. And after 30-45 minutes, I failed to access my tickets. Thanks for nothing. Edit: I contacted support and they'll just tell you sorry and that's it. Don't waste your time.
I used this app to buy a ticket to a sold out show, and had no problems whatsoever! The app is easy to navigate, and I enjoy that the price you see is what you pay - not go to checkout and get slammed with 40% fees like everywhere else. I even was able to use a discount code on here and literally ended up paying $2 less than I would have if I had bought the ticket months before! Thanks TickPick!
Their website has bugs which resulted in my account relisting tickets I had already sold! Imagine my shock when I found out I sold tickets to an event I didn't even have listed. Their own rep admitted they've had other cases like mine where phantom listings reappeared. Yet they still made me pay hundreds of dollars because the event had sold out and I couldn't cover. I had used Tickpick for years because they were slightly cheaper, but now I know why. Stay away!
I used it for the 1st time, getting what I thought waa a great deal on a theater tick about 2.5 hrs before the event. Nope. What followed was more than 2.5 hrs of frustration trying to pull up my ticket, including a total of 1 hr and 36 mins on the phone with TickPick and Ticketmaster. I missed the 1st hr of a 2.5 hr performance. I went anyways because they don't refund. 1st time you use TP, give yourself 24 hrs for downloading apps and learning how to navigate their very user-unfriendly system.
The price you see already has the fees included. 😒 they make it sound like you are getting a great deal, but all the apps are the same. I compare it to Gametime that has fees, and after selecting the tickets, the prices are the same, sometimes more than buying through Ticketmaster or Axs. AND they force you to buy a pair, no single ticket 🙄 I been going to concerts for over a decade and fees s*@k, but they're just taking advantage of our FOMO
Recently downloaded and giving 4 stars because of a couple problems. One: Can't update my birthdate or location. Both were entered wrong and it won't allow me to change it. Two: When purchasing seats, you can't blow up the section to see exactly where you'd be sitting which is important when trying to determine between different rows and which might be better. Other than that, app seems decent & appreciate posted price is the price you pay. Hate when places charge more for fees, but not on here.
By far the best ticket marketplace I've seen. I love that they have fees baked into the price, so what you see is what you pay. They also consistently have the lowest priced tickets. I always shop around and I always end up buying on tick pick. I also love the tracking feature. With the nice little snapshot of a line graph you can see how the prices have changed over time.
Make sure you price around! I thought I was getting a good deal on TickPick's "without fees", but instead they raise the ticket price to match the fee cost. compared GA admission to the dreaded ticket master, and TickPick was actually $20 more otd. And of course there are no refunds once you purchase the tickets. SHOP AROUND!
I love tickpick! Unlike mostly every other ticket buying site, the price you see is the price you pay. I've looked at many different events and every single time tickpick has been the cheapest. I have purchased through them three times and have always received my tickets. The one time I had a problem (was my fault) I was at the gate looking for the e-tickets in my email (forgot to look ahead if time). I was a bit frustrated but their customer service was patient and helped me resolve the issue. Highly recommended.
Love this app so much!! I've been using TickPick for roughly a year and have never gone back! I've never had any issues with tickets I've purchased and I love having the ability to track prices for specific shows and share tickets with my friends through the app. I can trust that the price I see is the price I pay and the ease with which I can buy it is definitely a plus (other ticketing apps interfaces are so janky).
Ticket prices aren't necessarily better than other sites. The insurance for cancelation is a joke. I bought 1 ticket last month, and I was charged the same price for this month (I haven't bought another ticket). Don't waste your time. Edit: also, they won't fix issues for when you go to the email to retrieve tickets and it gives an error message. They actually completely ignored that issue. Scam
There's no hidden fees because they include them in the total price, and it comes out almost $6 more per ticket than purchasing on LiveNation. This is a scam. My review will not change. The price of their "commission" still equates higher than that of the total cost of tickets on other sites and apps that have fees. False advertising is what lead me to this app.
The best ticket reseller app by far, I've used it a lot over the past few years. No tacked on fee bs for every transaction like the others. I've even bought last minute tickets and everything worked out well. Just make sure your Google wallet email matches your Ticketmaster email, or else they won't transfer. I had to make a separate Google wallet that used the same email to get my tickets.
Their website and app defaults to four tickets and they give you the finger if you hit "buy" and didn't realize you were buying four tickets. There is no mechanism to cancel an order even though the tickets haven't been sent to you, and they tell you to just resell the tickets you only bought because of their deceptive website, and then they take a cut on the ones you have to put back on resale. I'll be handing out the 3 tickets I never meant to buy for free and never using TickPick again.
Easiest and Cheapest Ticketing app you can use. I've used every ticketing app you can name and although they may show "cheaper tickets" the final cost with fees is always higher. So not only is this app more straightforward and honest, it without fail always has the cheapest tickets every single time. If you aren't using tickpick to go see your favorite artist or team you're wasting money you could use for your next big event. PS. Almost forgot to mention their customer service Immaculate!
User interface for reviewing ticket purchases is terrible. There is seemingly no way to list the details (seat numbers and fee breakdown) of the purchase before making the final decision. The slider bar is not intuitive and is confusing to know that this is the point of no return on placing the order. The app stores credit card information and makes it difficult to remove or change at the time of a new purchase. Changing profile information is limited and not intuitive.
I was super excited that I was ordering tickets that would be the actual price of the ticket. I purchased them with no fees, which was exactly why I ordered them from there. I hit the purchase button, all is well. It tells me to transfer the tickets as soon as possible. So I use the link to try and transfer, but it does absolutely nothing. Cool, I got the tickets cheap, but I can't even transfer them or even access them. I know we say user error, but it's really not. Will never order here again!
Pretty good racket they got going here. Any problem, and they blame the venue.Bought a parking ticket and never received it, just an order #. The ticket I bought on the app cost twice the price that I had to pay at the lot. Hoping to get a refund. Tickets for the event were fine. But submitting a request for a refund is a pain, lots of hoops to jump through, and if you leave the app, you have to start all over again. Still waiting to hear something 2 weeks later. Not important enough to give me
Unfortunately, a lot of their claims are too good to be 0 and about as "gotcha" as other ticket vendors. Their prices are rarely, if ever, better. Checkout system doesn't save your tickets for any amount of time, so even if you're quick in checkout, they can get snatched up. 'Flexible' feature is always 100% broken, showing extremely low prices from several weeks prior that no longer exist. Just as stressful as other apps. 2 stars since Customer Service responds quickly.
