I legitimately thought it was me until I went through the reviews and realized it wasn't. This game is frustrating and annoying. Having to hit the the buttons that you can see only to have nothing happen because I'm not hitting the exact spot is ridiculous. The hints are misleading and the descriptions are horrible. Puzzles inside of puzzles with no clear direction and going back and forth between multiple rooms is exhausting. The Room is better by far.

Not bad overall... One of the biggest drawbacks for me was playing on my phone. I feel like the controls for this game are better suited to a mouse and large screen. Most of the puzzles are fun, but some I found completely obtuse. I'd check the hint and find myself thinking "how would I have known that?". While sometimes frustrating, still a decent game. Am looking forward to playing the sequel.

I struggled between giving this a 3 or 4. And the reason is because I feel too often I had to rely on hints, and for a handful of things I even needed an online wallthrough. I didn't expect that. I hate to compare this to The Room series but given the similarity I have to. I played that trilogy and never had to use online help and used the hints almost never. If this game had been a bit clearer and the clues (even the later step ones) a bit clearer, I would have rated it better. Still fun.

Great game, very well thought out. My only issue, if I was to point out one, is that you have to make sure you put your found object exactly over the area it needs to go. Otherwise, there are certain places where I was "stuck" thinking that my object wasn't working and I needed to do another key task to proceed. Other than that, I enjoyed the game.

It's fun, but the controls are terrible, like super sensitive. I barely swipe, and my screen does a full 360. Not to mention, there are barely any control settings, so you can't customize to the way you like it. They also have no reset puzzle button, so if you want to reset a puzzle just in case you get stuck on it and try to do the walk-through version, you have to reset the whole chapter and start from the very beginning, which is time-consuming and not worth it in the end.

Triple A puzzle game. Maybe they updated it, but I had no problem with the lighting in this game. It's just as enjoyable as the second and third offerings in the series. No issues seeing things. Maybe people don't realize the parts of the game that are dark ARE revealed by solving puzzles that illuminate further reaches of the room. Sometimes you need to solve the puzzles in the lit up portion first to gain access to rest of the room, like in the seige tower/fire catapult portion.

Challenging puzzles and a great variety of puzzle types. It did start to feel a little like a grind at times when you had to walk back and forth a lot messing with various gizmos. Phone may not be the best way to play as I struggled sometimes to manipulate objects or get the game to zoom/navigate where I needed. Personally, I found the game pretty visually dark overall to the point I initially missed things because I could not see them at all until I accidentally zoomed in on some random place.

Absolutely incredible! A must play game! I stumbled across this and was hooked within 2 minutes. Had to download all 3! Hope they come out with more! Very challenging yet not to the point of irritation. Definitely keeps you thinking. I've even started levels over thinking i had to have missed something, and had! Can also play with hints on to make a lil easier. Great graphics and story. All around 10/10! Great work developers!!! Keep it up. Can't wait to see what's next...

Super fun and challenging. I had a blast playing this after finishing the room series. Now I can't wait to play the sequel. There were a few puzzles or parts of the game that weren't intuitive. It's possibly my own fault for some, but I genuinely could not find the scratched hint for which symbols were the 2nd and 4th ones. I found the scratched hint for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th shield symbols. I had to result to consulting a walkthough to identify the missing symbols. I will still play this again

Amazing game with great visuals and story, some puzzles will leave you confused and scratching your head with little to figure out. Mostly trial and error. Other puzzles were amazing, super fun and creative. The game was definitely worth the money and was quite long. Overall stunning game but be ready to get a little frustrated sometimes! I had to look up a walkthrough for the very last puzzle 🥹.

I've played a lot of different puzzle games and escape rooms on mobile, and this one is exceptional! The graphics are surprisingly good with a ton of detail; they have great shading and textures despite playing on low res setting. The best part is that I didn't come across a single repetitive puzzle! Considering the length of the game, I'd be willing to pay far more for it. As for cons, I found the NPC movements to look a little janky but that's just personal preference. Will play sequels!

Some of the absolute worst, most enraging puzzle design I've ever seen. I loved the game when I first started, then by the end I had NO idea what was expected of me at any given time. Puzzles that you would walk away from in a scripted way would actually have more you would need to do to them, and you'd have no idea without hints. As for the last area? Even with a guide I couldn't figure out what to do, so I gave up. Go play The Room series instead, those puzzles are way more intuitive.

Just amazing. Great interactions, clever puzzles, just amazing and totally worth the money. I wish there were fewer letters and "movie" sequences to build the story because they don't add value for me. Not sure if others care about that. To me, it seems like so much wasted effort that could have gone into adding more play action. All the House of Da Vinci games have been amazing, though.

Antagonisticly Frustrating Yes, I might have made that first word up and I stand by it. I thoroughly enjoyed Doors and Rooms (different companies, but very similar experience - amazing). Gentle nudges, only had to look up walk throughs once or twice. I haven't been able to get through more than one or two parts of these puzzles without all hints. there are so many teeny tiny puzzles within puzzles within puzzles in a poorly lit space that I'm being irate playing with breaks. ⚠️

The game is fun and challenging. You really have to look hard for the answers to puzzles, and it doesn't hold your hand, which I think is great. I considered subtracting 1 star for the controls. This game is made for you to poke around and twist items and search. Some of the objects were difficult to get to respond, and some were too sensative. Despite that, it IS a very enjoyable game which keeps the 5th star. I recommend it even with some of the more frustrating controls. 8/10. Good Game

Fairly entertaining puzzle box game with great details and some clever puzzles, but also some frustrating controls and forced perspective where the puzzle is less due to cleverness and more due to less-than-great visual design. Some of the puzzle solutions, even once solved, seem based on luck or trial and error, rather than logic or solving found clues. Still, solidly entertaining.

The graphics are great, yes, but the viewpoint and the way you are forced to move around/look at things is ... unfortunate, imo. It's frustrating. I wouldn't call it fun. The puzzles can also be silly simple or almost like they've tried to make them impossible to solve with no real logic behind it. Overall, it was more frustrating than a fun challenge. I'll still give the next two a shot, as I'm basically chairbound atm. If you like these game types, I highly recommend "The Room" series.

Great game overall. For a puzzle game, this has spectacular graphics and breaks the mold creatively; levels used a wide variety of skills and could be challenging at times; it's not just finding hidden objects. The environments were all unique. The hints in-game start with vague, gentle nudges and escalate to more direct pointers, and I loved knowing that the first tap wouldn't make me feel guilty. Bravo all around.

I wanted to like this game. The puzzles themselves are decent, but the actual gameplay is brutal. I've spent entirely too much time pressing and swiping on buttons and switches I can clearly see, only to have nothing happen because I'm not touching the exact fraction of a millimeter of my screen. I could go on, but don't have enough characters to cover all my other gipes. It's a shame, because it seems like there's a good game under this nonsense, but as it is it's pretty much unplayable.

Puzzles are okay to decent, controls aren't great, frequently you can't zoom straight to where you want to look but instead need to turn to a specific side, zoom there and THEN twist to where you wanted to zoom before. Inventory manipulation gets very gimmicky (you found a folded knife, unfold it to cut the knot you could've untied this whole time). Also, I'm not sure how to improve this part, but I had a really hard time telling where I should/n't be interacting to even find some puzzles.

Controls are too sensitive or not sensitive enough at times. Objects that need to be modified in inventory. Example the box made of pentagons. I could only correct half this sides then the other half would not move. In frustration I would go out if inventory and even the first side I managed to get went right back so I would have to struggle again. Not great. And graphics are too dark. Brightening up screen does not help. Would not recommend this game if you have any color blindness.

Some of the challenges are great but, it was getting harder and hints were not much help. The part I didn't care for, halfway of solving one of the challenge I would have to leave. Later, going back to the same challenge it took me right to the beginning instead my halfway point. This game is for very brainy players, who has the time to play it. Otherwise, it has some very great challenges.

So frustrating! IT was rarely the clues or the puzzles that stumpt me, it was almost always a nvigation issue. I would click on every part of a portrat trying to find it's hidden opening. I could tell it was important, I could even tell which part was, but i had to get through three hints before realizing they wanted me to drag it to the left. no ammount of clicking, trying to turn or pulling had shown any sign that I was on the right path! Now I think I'm at the end, not getting any others

This game is so pretty! And the music is amazing. Top marks for aesthetic. BUT the gameplay is really awkward as the puzzles are all natural extensions of the world, so you don't really lock in on the puzzle. This means I end up rotating the camera rather than manipulating the device and it's very annoying. Also, most rooms have one layer too many of complexity and I lose interest. It took me two weeks to complete 4 hours of game.

Fun game. Visually very pretty. Most puzzles were clear and there was a good hint system built in. Puzzles ranged from simple, but fun to some complex multi stepped ones.. I was able to play on my phone in but would probably be better on a pad. There were just a few objects that were difficult to manipulate, but still worth it.
