I thought it could be too good to be true, It rejected to send me money at first, but that’s because I put the wrong last name on my bank details. Tried again, it’s been a few days, but it says 3- something business days so, I’ll update here. Feeling like it won’t work though, since I haven’t found any other reviews who’s received it. I am hoping I’m wrong though, I have a hard time getting a job because I am sick.
I can already tell by the way support communicates with there streamers that they care about us having a great experience streaming. I notice that the app has recent updates that gives us a fresh look at things as time passes by. Would recommend to those that likes to chill and vibe with people.
App doesn't upload pictures for me on OnePlus7 Pro. I've granted the application complete access. I've wiped data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. The developer replied saying the issue was fixed. NO IT'S NOT. I've contacted the developer by email but no reply. I guess it's just easier to come on here and reply that it's fixed than it is to fix the actual problem. Android 11 operating system. This is about the fifth time I've complained about the issue.
The developers are awesome. They took a lot of my feedback and fixed so much with the app. Absolutely love it. Bumped my rating to 4 stars, let’s hope they can get it to 5. UI is much better, lots of issues fixed, video quality is better, etc. My feed back now is as follows: There should be a way to control notifications for specific broadcasters. I don’t want notifications from everyone! Only a few! Need to improve video quality some more too, the initial blurriness when entering a stream can be annoying Dark mode would definitely be nice Improved user search. Seems to have difficulty when searching for users with emojis in their name. Also doesn’t seem organized by relevancy/active users very well. Easier access to inviting users to private broadcasts. Seasonal gifts and coin bundles Overall I love what they’ve done. The app is definitely getting more popular. More success is on the way!
needs a lot's of options, the app closes when you leave it. we're in 2022 guys! the words you type won't show up everytime! sluggish chatting needs improvements. some hosts voice is too low needs technical fixes. i slide up or down to read chats but sends me to other room i want a lock for that feature. you need to work it out guys! im a supporter if you want people to continue then listen please.
This app was good for awhile until it robbed me. Charged me a $50 purchase twice, took about 30 min to even get what I wanted, and when I asked for a refund of the second purchase they basically said figure it out. Smh. Especially considering of the grand total of money I spent. You will think they took better care of one of their paying customers. Download another app. There are tons of them
I can't scroll live streams. Eveytime I open the app it will only show me 3 live streams at a time. And when I try to go back to a previous stream, the app just locks me out of the stream or something. I have to close the app and wait about 1 hour before I can watch another stream.
App is cool but customer service sucks when you contact them they don't reply. Also when I'm watching lives they always get cut out and the user gets kicked out for now reason and they have to come back on live makes no sense that should be resolved it's very annoying also coins should be cheaper u understand the app Antes to make money but its less fun having to spend so much on coins
I was happy to get this app and try it out. However, after seeing SuperLive condone hate speech and graphic sexual talk I can no longer support it. I reported a user as did many others as requested with NO action taken against them. I am not a Karen or prude but when a user is using the N word, calling people racial slurs, and making comments about LGBTQ community during Pride Week, I draw the line. If you have minor kids using this I suggest you delete or monitor it. Hate Speech is not protected speech.
When you scroll through the popular page, why does it randomly reset my scroll back to the top. I want to keep track of where I’ve already scrolled through but this app constantly resets it for some reason. Also, there needs to be a way to control notifications for specific broadcasters. I don’t want notifications from everyone! Only a few! There also needs to be a way to mute gift sounds. It’s so loud for no reason. This app has a shot at being the best live streaming app on the App Store. Need to improve video quality, improve UI, add dark mode, more gift variety, more sections to choose from (i.e. new, popular, trending broadcasters etc.), better way of sending messages (10k coins? I mean come on lol). New: The audio routing is also very strange. When using Bluetooth headphones, the volume controls in a broadcast are independent of system volume. You also cannot put volume down to 100% with Bluetooth headphone on. I wish it just route the audio normally so we wouldn’t have to deal with that. There is also a strange glitch where when you put the volume all the way down to ZERO (with no headphones in) you can still hear audio coming out from the speaker. It’s annoying for people who don’t want sound at all. I fell like this could all be fixed with better audio routing.

Need to improve video quality, improve UI, add dark mode, more gift variety, more sections to choose from (i.e. new, popular, trending broadcasters etc.), better way of sending messages (10k coins? I mean come on lol). New: The audio routing is also very strange. When using Bluetooth headphones, the volume controls in a broadcast are independent of system volume. You also cannot put volume down to 100% with Bluetooth headphone on. I wish it just route the audio normally so we wouldn’t have to deal with that. There is also a strange glitch where when you put the volume all the way down to ZERO (with no headphones in) you can still hear audio coming out from the speaker. It’s annoying for people who don’t want sound at all. I fell like this could all be fixed with better audio routing.
Agree with user, scroll resets to either top, or new users, I lose my place and rehash accounts I’ve already seen , also , the coins don’t ad up right, the coins go faster than the suggested price , you need to cover all costs that will appear, overall, it’s a great app to connect with woman or men around the World , it’s fun, safe, much better than Facebook or Twitter, or FaceTime
I can't scroll live streams. Eveytime I open the app it will only show me 3 live streams at a time. And when I try to go back to a previous stream, the app just locks me out of the stream or something. I have to close the app and wait about 1 hour before I can watch another stream.
App is cool but customer service sucks when you contact them they don't reply. Also when I'm watching lives they always get cut out and the user gets kicked out for now reason and they have to come back on live makes no sense that should be resolved it's very annoying also coins should be cheaper u understand the app Antes to make money but its less fun having to spend so much on coins
This app was good for awhile until it robbed me. Charged me a $50 purchase twice, took about 30 min to even get what I wanted, and when I asked for a refund of the second purchase they basically said figure it out. Smh. Especially considering of the grand total of money I spent. You will think they took better care of one of their paying customers. Download another app. There are tons of them
needs a lot's of options, the app closes when you leave it. we're in 2022 guys! the words you type won't show up everytime! sluggish chatting needs improvements. some hosts voice is too low needs technical fixes. i slide up or down to read chats but sends me to other room i want a lock for that feature. you need to work it out guys! im a supporter if you want people to continue then listen please.
App doesn't upload pictures for me on OnePlus7 Pro. I've granted the application complete access. I've wiped data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. The developer replied saying the issue was fixed. NO IT'S NOT. I've contacted the developer by email but no reply. I guess it's just easier to come on here and reply that it's fixed than it is to fix the actual problem. Android 11 operating system. This is about the fifth time I've complained about the issue.
