Nice! I've been an avid player on Xbox for years and decided to give this a try too. Smooth controls, easy to play, etc. Maybe *TOO* easy. I know hitting combos on mobile would suck, but memorizing and doing combos was something I really loved about the Xbox version. Now you kinda just tap a button. Nice to play if you just want a pleasant, chill experience. Also, the fighters. I love them all! Super likable, interesting characters. The references are crazy too. Queen Deltarune?!?!!
I've played a lot of these types of games, and thus far this one is possibly the best one I've ever played. The graphics are great, the art style is amazing and very well done, and the story and bits of dialogue between fight stages are funny and keep it light hearted. The gameplay mechanics are simple and easy to pick up, especially as I'm playing on my phone and a lot of similar games make it much harder. I don't feel like I have to pay to enjoy it, either. I highly recommend Skullgirls.
It is a great game the story is interesting and the overall game experience is fun, but the main issue that I have is when ever I'm doing the parallel realms, if my phone dies or the app closes for any reason when I go into the parallel realms again all my characters are dead and I can't do anything about it, and it is very upsetting especially if I'm on the last one. So please add something like a save or at least revive them so we can fight back rather to miss out on the rewards plz.
I've been playing for almost 10 years. Not sure if I'm getting older and less patient, but I'm annoyed by how many buttons you have to press for one little task. I think clicking buttons is taking up most of my game play. Like claiming gifts, THEN clicking to open. Also, what's the point of having preset loadouts if it takes the same amount of time select my options anyway? I enjoy the game, just hate how much I'm clicking.
amazing game hands down, probably one of the best games on the app store so far, not even tryna glaze. the graphics are insane, the mechanics are dope as hell, i mean this game is genuinely amazing and it don't even feel like it would be a mobile game. i genuinely love the aesthetic it brings too, just cartoony vibez. And i love the detail the characters and backgrounds are awell. i wish you could use controller for in game battles but, it's still a very good game and is 100% worth the 5 stars.
