something has changed within the app. Receipts that I capture sometimes don't attach to a report. they just float around in available expenses even though I sent them to a report. I have submitted reports that I thought were complete but didn't include some expenses that I attached. also something has changed with the way pictures of receipts are attached. It no longer gives you the option to attach screenshots. Why does every month that I submit my expenses the system has changed?
This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.
Just blank. Loads with no options. Just says "All Done" and it has done nothing. Meanwhile, the clock ticks away as the deadline to get reimbursed approaches and somehow it becomes my fault the app is broken. Previous versions of the app had problems connecting and loading reciepts. Seems like more of the same runaround to me. I get a feeling they dont like to pay out but love getting the contract extended. 2 step verification seems like a solution without a problem. K.I.S.S.
Like your receipts saved and logged to expenses?.... Then don't use this app! I travel a lot and can't keep all of my receipts so I take a picture, upload, and go. Yesterday I find that the last 60 days of receipts are gone and no one can help me. The glitching, crashing after opening another app and going back to Concur, and constant lagging is beyond frustrating. If you are a higher performing sales organization with a traveling sales team I would advise you look elsewhere.
Poor. For security, they disable my phone and all my other apps until I enter a code. Then a password is also required. Too much security!! Then, the links are scattered and make no sense to the user. For instance, to get to a closed report, I have to use the "Open Reports" link. Also, there are several parameters I have to type in that never change. Delete these!
Used to be a good, simple app. Within the past month, it has turned in to complete garbage. Constantly says offline, slow, have to force close often just for it to show online, constantly have to sign out and sign right back in for expenses to show up, will clearly show uploading receipts to the receipt store but when you are forced to sign out/sign back in, the receipts are no longer there. I use this for work and it's annoying to repeatedly have to file missing receipt declarations.
Not sure if there have been changes recently, but filing an expense report seems pretty unintuitive. I had a charge come in on my card, so I tagged it appropriately, then created a report. Tried to submit and got an error stating the comments and business purpose needed to be added. Added it to the report, still got the same error. Finally found I had to put it on the expense itself, which has a different UI btw. I would have sent this feedback on the app but that button doesn't work.
Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.
App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.
I hate this app (on the latest ver of Android on a Note20). I am required to use this vendor because it is what my employer requires it. I was able to enter 1 expense. I tried to enter a 2nd expense and it throws a generic error that I can't dismiss. I had to use a desktop to finish adding expenses. Also, entering the data for each expense is tedious. The worst part is entering the expense amount. The cursor starts at the end of the input and when I enter a digit, it enters it at the end and the keyboard is dismissed. I have to click exactly on the screen in the exact digit location in the input in order to enter each number. Also, you can upload pics of receipts separately but you can't go back and associate a receipt from the app. You still have to dowonload/re-upload a pic of a receipt to the actual expense. I'm sure there's more but this was just my first time using it. FML
Two things... why, out of every app on my phone (including half a dozen other work ones) is this the ONLY one that has to go through the entire sign-in process every time? Secondly, if I respond to your pop-up asking me to enable notifications and say NO, I don't understand why you can't understand that means I DON'T. WANT. NOTIFICATIONS. Literally harassment. No means NO, guys. If I wasn't required to use your app for work, it would be taken out back and shot.
1 star due to how terrible saving expenses is. Some of the issues: you can't input different transaction rates out to more than 2 decimals so I'm getting paid less by my company, when you start typing into any field during an expense it will "reset" for some reason and the only way to fix it is to hit another field and then back to the field you want to populate, if your Internet is interrupted the expense you are working on is deleted, you can't enter expenses with no internet, etc. Horrible!!!
If I could give this negative stars I would. Have to use it for my work, and the process for entering expenses is so frustrating. You have to save a million times. You have to enter the expense type, save it and only then can you add attendees. You sometimes lose your progress if you enter the expense type after the other details. The calendar defaults back to the last expense you saved, even if you haven't been back in the app in a week - why not just default to THE DAY YOU'RE CURRENTLY LIVING?
A little confusing to use and the filtering is horrible! It forgets what you've chosen if you change one parameter. You cannot rely on Concur to show you correct hotels based on your filtering and a lot of times you have to secondarily click on check price then come to find out it's either out of your price range filter you set or there is no availability on the hotel. Filtering should be sticky during your search. GPS auto location has not worked in years and you always have to manually enter
App crashes as soon as I try to open it. I have updated the app and this is still occurring, causing the app to be useless. Have to use the web version which is a bigger hassle when on the road and trying to upload receipts and track expenses as I go. One month later, app is updated to latest version and phone is updated. Still can't even get app to open without crashing.
Overall the app is useful and great for on the fly expenses, but it’s too clunky to use for more than one or two entries at a time. There’s no way to quickly jump between screens (for example, to add more than one expense to a report, you have to move the expense, then click about 4 times to get back to the list of expenses that you can move. Try doing that for 8 or 15 expenses and you’ll really resent it. The same holds true for lots of other functions. If you want to add a receipt image from your photos, you can’t zoom to see the image. I have dozens of receipt pics stored on my phone, and in thumbnail size there’s no way to tell them apart. If you choose to attach a receipt, the name of the vendor and the amount disappear from the screen while you pick, so again it’s very hard to match up what you are looking for and I find myself exiting the attach screen (2 clicks) to re-view the data, then go back in...re-find the receipt image. Everything, EVERYTHING, takes about 4-5 clicks, and nothing refreshes without exiting and coming back in. The online concur site is easy and quick. This is not. It Use to Absolutely make weekly Expense Reports a breeze! BUT NOW I'm messing up last few reports due to Changes in View of the Report/Expences on the APP! It no longer shows BOTH the Reciept Icon & The CC Icon under the $dollar Amount of the expense view! If I post a receipt waiting or CC Charge arrives to associate with Expence, when I do it FAILS to show both CC Charge Icon & Reciept Icon under the Dollar Amount In Expense View & I’ve missed several and decovered after submitting the report for Approval! I have to NOW CHECH EACH & EVERY EXPENSE by taping each on to physically see that both the receipt and the credit card charge are associated with each individual expense, very time consuming, and I have missed several expenses where I did not associate the credit card because it doesn’t show that with the receipt icon under the Amount as in the past!!! It use to work well with credit cards charges but now very time consuming to do a expense report! PLEASE FIX THIS BACK to original way to save TIME & having to correct Reports!
This app can be much better. Selecting photos of my receipts used to be easy, it doesn’t allow me to access my entire photo album, and there isn’t feedback on the help page how to get your photos into the app, finally figured out I need to go to my photos outside of the app and I can only select one at a time and have to upload it to my receipt bank. It wasted a lot of time. And the app has too many steps to do a report, example...you add a report, then you save, then you move to create the report? Which seems redundant, cause your doing it twice? Then you save again and it won’t let you input all the info needed but you still save all the some of the info, so then you have to go into the report again to make corrections and add the extra info needed, so you can submit it, and on top of that the new way to add the photos was overly complicated and I didn’t see detailed info on the help page for it. Advice: one report with all the available fields to enter, with easy access to phones photo album with ability to select multiple photos. With one save and then done. Please take out the extra 4 steps, it’s not efficient. Could you please let us know what went wrong at [email protected]? We're always trying to improve.
I’ve been using Concur for years, on my Windows laptop and my iPad and iPhone. This latest version for iOS is driving me up a wall. I have always saved my cell phone receipts as PDF files. On the Windows version, uploading a PDF from a file, to an expense is very easy. The iOS version only gives me the option to upload a receipt from my photo album, directly via my camera, the “Receipt Store” or declare that I don’t have a receipt. There is no option to upload from a file?! Well, I thought I would navigate to the “Receipt Store” and see what options I had there. Low and behold, there is an option to upload from a file. Now is where this gets really aggravating. When you choose “From File”, you a greeted by a black screen with three options at the top. One option is “Cancel”, the next is “Recents” and the third is an icon that seems to toggle single page or multi-page. Neither of these options do ANYTHING to allow me to navigate to the receipt I’d like to upload “FROM FILE”!!! The only way I can complete these expenses is to switch over to my Windows laptop and perform the task there. If I didn’t have the laptop, I would be out of luck on my cell phone expenses every month. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing an issue uploading a PDF File on your phone. You have to enter the expense type, save it and only then can you add attendees. You sometimes lose your progress if you enter the expense type after the other details. The calendar defaults back to the last expense you saved, even if you haven't been back in the app in a week - why not just default to THE DAY YOU'RE CURRENTLY LIVING?
A little confusing to use and the filtering is horrible! It forgets what you've chosen if you change one parameter. You cannot rely on Concur to show you correct hotels based on your filtering and a lot of times you have to secondarily click on check price then come to find out it's either out of your price range filter you set or there is no availability on the hotel. Filtering should be sticky during your search. GPS auto location has not worked in years and you always have to manually enter
App crashes as soon as I try to open it. I have updated the app and this is still occurring, causing the app to be useless. Have to use the web version which is a bigger hassle when on the road and trying to upload receipts and track expenses as I go. One month later, app is updated to latest version and phone is updated. Still can't even get app to open without crashing.
Overall the app is useful and great for on the fly expenses, but it’s too clunky to use for more than one or two entries at a time. There’s no way to quickly jump between screens (for example, to add more than one expense to a report, you have to move the expense, then click about 4 times to get back to the list of expenses that you can move. Try doing that for 8 or 15 expenses and you’ll really resent it. The same holds true for lots of other functions. If you want to add a receipt image from your photos, you can’t zoom to see the image. I have dozens of receipt pics stored on my phone, and in thumbnail size there’s no way to tell them apart. If you choose to attach a receipt, the name of the vendor and the amount disappear from the screen while you pick, so again it’s very hard to match up what you are looking for and I find myself exiting the attach screen (2 clicks) to re-view the data, then go back in...re-find the receipt image. Everything, EVERYTHING, takes about 4-5 clicks, and nothing refreshes without exiting and coming back in. The online concur site is easy and quick. This is not. Then it asked me to review their app again, and that is what brought me to this long review to ask them not to have me review their app every time I sign in. I’ve been using Concur for years, on my Windows laptop and my iPad and iPhone. This latest version for iOS is driving me up a wall. I have always saved my cell phone receipts as PDF files. On the Windows version, uploading a PDF from a file, to an expense is very easy. The iOS version only gives me the option to upload a receipt from my photo album, directly via my camera, the “Receipt Store” or declare that I don’t have a receipt. There is no option to upload from a file?! Well, I thought I would navigate to the “Receipt Store” and see what options I had there. Low and behold, there is an option to upload from a file. Now is where this gets really aggravating. When you choose “From File”, you a greeted by a black screen with three options at the top. One option is “Cancel”, the next is “Recents” and the third is an icon that seems to toggle single page or multi-page. Neither of these options do ANYTHING to allow me to navigate to the receipt I’d like to upload “FROM FILE”!!! The only way I can complete these expenses is to switch over to my Windows laptop and perform the task there. If I didn’t have the laptop, I would be out of luck on my cell phone expenses every month. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing an issue uploading a PDF File on your phone. Selecting photos of my receipts used to be easy, it doesn’t allow me to access my entire photo album, and there isn’t feedback on the help page how to get your photos into the app, finally figured out I need to go to my photos outside of the app and I can only select one at a time and have to upload it to my receipt bank. It wasted a lot of time. And the app has too many steps to do a report, example...you add a report, then you save, then you move to create the report? Which seems redundant, cause your doing it twice? Then you save again and it won’t let you input all the info needed but you still save all the some of the info, so then you have to go into the report again to make corrections and add the extra info needed, so you can submit it, and on top of that the new way to add the photos was overly complicated and I didn’t see detailed info on the help page for it. Advice: one report with all the available fields to enter, with easy access to phones photo album with ability to select multiple photos. With one save and then done. Please take out the extra 4 steps, it’s not efficient. Could you please let us know what went wrong at [email protected]? We're always trying to improve.
It Use to Absolutely make weekly Expense Reports a breeze! BUT NOW I'm messing up last few reports due to Changes in View of the Report/Expences on the APP! It no longer shows BOTH the Reciept Icon & The CC Icon under the $dollar Amount of the expense view! If I post a receipt waiting or CC Charge arrives to associate with Expence, when I do it FAILS to show both CC Charge Icon & Reciept Icon under the Dollar Amount In Expense View & I’ve missed several and decovered after submitting the report for Approval! I have to NOW CHECH EACH & EVERY EXPENSE by taping each on to physically see that both the receipt and the credit card charge are associated with each individual expense, very time consuming, and I have missed several expenses where I did not associate the credit card because it doesn’t show that with the receipt icon under the Amount as in the past!!! It use to work well with credit cards charges but now very time consuming to do a expense report! PLEASE FIX THIS BACK to original way to save TIME & having to correct Reports!
something has changed within the app. Receipts that I capture sometimes don't attach to a report. they just float around in available expenses even though I sent them to a report. I have submitted reports that I thought were complete but didn't include some expenses that I attached. also something has changed with the way pictures of receipts are attached. It no longer gives you the option to attach screenshots. Why does every month that I submit my expenses the system has changed?
This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.
Just blank. Loads with no options. Just says "All Done" and it has done nothing. Meanwhile, the clock ticks away as the deadline to get reimbursed approaches and somehow it becomes my fault the app is broken. Previous versions of the app had problems connecting and loading reciepts. Seems like more of the same runaround to me. Like your receipts saved and logged to expenses?.... Then don't use this app! I travel a lot and can't keep all of my receipts so I take a picture, upload, and go. Yesterday I find that the last 60 days of receipts are gone and no one can help me. The glitching, crashing after opening another app and going back to Concur, and constant lagging is beyond frustrating. If you are a higher performing sales organization with a traveling sales team I would advise you look elsewhere.
Poor. For security, they disable my phone and all my other apps until I enter a code. Then a password is also required. Too much security!! Then, the links are scattered and make no sense to the user. For instance, to get to a closed report, I have to use the "Open Reports" link. Also, there are several parameters I have to type in that never change. Delete these!
Used to be a good, simple app. Within the past month, it has turned in to complete garbage. Constantly says offline, slow, have to force close often just for it to show online, constantly have to sign out and sign right back in for expenses to show up, will clearly show uploading receipts to the receipt store but when you are forced to sign out/sign back in, the receipts are no longer there. I use this for work and it's annoying to repeatedly have to file missing receipt declarations.
Not sure if there have been changes recently, but filing an expense report seems pretty unintuitive. I had a charge come in on my card, so I tagged it appropriately, then created a report. Tried to submit and got an error stating the comments and business purpose needed to be added. Added it to the report, still got the same error. Finally found I had to put it on the expense itself, which has a different UI btw. I would have sent this feedback on the app but that button doesn't work.
Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.
App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.
I hate this app (on the latest ver of Android on a Note20). I am required to use this vendor because it is what my employer requires it. I was able to enter 1 expense. I tried to enter a 2nd expense and it throws a generic error that I can't dismiss. I had to use a desktop to finish adding expenses. Also, entering the data for each expense is tedious. The worst part is entering the expense amount. The cursor starts at the end of the input and when I enter a digit, it enters it at the end and the keyboard is dismissed. I have to click exactly on the screen in the exact digit location in the input in order to enter each number. Also, you can upload pics of receipts separately but you can't go back and associate a receipt from the app. You still have to dowonload/re-upload a pic of a receipt to the actual expense. I'm sure there's more but this was just my first time using it. FML
Two things... why, out of every app on my phone (including half a dozen other work ones) is this the ONLY one that has to go through the entire sign-in process every time? Secondly, if I respond to your pop-up asking me to enable notifications and say NO, I don't understand why you can't understand that means I DON'T. WANT. NOTIFICATIONS. Literally harassment. No means NO, guys. If I wasn't required to use your app for work, it would be taken out back and shot.
1 star due to how terrible saving expenses is. Some of the issues: you can't input different transaction rates out to more than 2 decimals so I'm getting paid less by my company, when you start typing into any field during an expense it will "reset" for some reason and the only way to fix it is to hit another field and then back to the field you want to populate, if your Internet is interrupted the expense you are working on is deleted, you can't enter expenses with no internet, etc. Horrible!!!

There is no option to upload from a file?! Well, I thought I would navigate to the “Receipt Store” and see what options I had there. Low and behold, there is an option to upload from a file. Now is where this gets really aggravating. When you choose “From File”, you a greeted by a black screen with three options at the top. One option is “Cancel”, the next is “Recents” and the third is an icon that seems to toggle single page or multi-page. Neither of these options do ANYTHING to allow me to navigate to the receipt I’d like to upload “FROM FILE”!!! The only way I can complete these expenses is to switch over to my Windows laptop and perform the task there. If I didn’t have the laptop, I would be out of luck on my cell phone expenses every month. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing an issue uploading a PDF File on your phone. This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.
Just blank. Loads with no options. Just says "All Done" and it has done nothing. Meanwhile, the clock ticks away as the deadline to get reimbursed approaches and somehow it becomes my fault the app is broken. Previous versions of the app had problems connecting and loading reciepts. Seems like more of the same runaround to me. I get a feeling they dont like to pay out but love getting the contract extended. 2 step verification seems like a solution without a problem. K.I.S.S.
Like your receipts saved and logged to expenses?.... Then don't use this app! I travel a lot and can't keep all of my receipts so I take a picture, upload, and go. Yesterday I find that the last 60 days of receipts are gone and no one can help me. The glitching, crashing after opening another app and going back to Concur, and constant lagging is beyond frustrating. If you are a higher performing sales organization with a traveling sales team I would advise you look elsewhere.
Poor. For security, they disable my phone and all my other apps until I enter a code. Then a password is also required. Too much security!! Then, the links are scattered and make no sense to the user. For instance, to get to a closed report, I have to use the "Open Reports" link. Also, there are several parameters I have to type in that never change. Delete these!
Used to be a good, simple app. Within the past month, it has turned in to complete garbage. Constantly says offline, slow, have to force close often just for it to show online, constantly have to sign out and sign right back in for expenses to show up, will clearly show uploading receipts to the receipt store but when you are forced to sign out/sign back in, the receipts are no longer there. I use this for work and it's annoying to repeatedly have to file missing receipt declarations.
Not sure if there have been changes recently, but filing an expense report seems pretty unintuitive. I had a charge come in on my card, so I tagged it appropriately, then created a report. Tried to submit and got an error stating the comments and business purpose needed to be added. Added it to the report, still got the same error. Finally found I had to put it on the expense itself, which has a different UI btw. I would have sent this feedback on the app but that button doesn't work.
Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.
App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.
I hate this app (on the latest ver of Android on a Note20). I am required to use this vendor because it is what my employer requires it. I was able to enter 1 expense. I tried to enter a 2nd expense and it throws a generic error that I can't dismiss. I had to use a desktop to finish adding expenses. Also, entering the data for each expense is tedious. The worst part is entering the expense amount. The cursor starts at the end of the input and when I enter a digit, it enters it at the end and the keyboard is dismissed. I have to click exactly on the screen in the exact digit location in the input in order to enter each number. Also, you can upload pics of receipts separately but you can't go back and associate a receipt from the app. You still have to dowonload/re-upload a pic of a receipt to the actual expense. I'm sure there's more but this was just my first time using it. FML
something has changed within the app. Receipts that I capture sometimes don't attach to a report. they just float around in available expenses even though I sent them to a report. I have submitted reports that I thought were complete but didn't include some expenses that I attached. also something has changed with the way pictures of receipts are attached. It no longer gives you the option to attach screenshots. Why does every month that I submit my expenses the system has changed?
Two things... why, out of every app on my phone (including half a dozen other work ones) is this the ONLY one that has to go through the entire sign-in process every time? Secondly, if I respond to your pop-up asking me to enable notifications and say NO, I don't understand why you can't understand that means I DON'T. WANT. NOTIFICATIONS. Literally harassment. No means NO, guys. If I wasn't required to use your app for work, it would be taken out back and shot.
1 star due to how terrible saving expenses is. Some of the issues: you can't input different transaction rates out to more than 2 decimals so I'm getting paid less by my company, when you start typing into any field during an expense it will "reset" for some reason and the only way to fix it is to hit another field and then back to the field you want to populate, if your Internet is interrupted the expense you are working on is deleted, you can't enter expenses with no internet, etc. Horrible!!!
If I could give this negative stars I would. Have to use it for my work, and the process for entering expenses is so frustrating. You have to save a million times. You have to enter the expense type, save it and only then can you add attendees. You sometimes lose your progress if you enter the expense type after the other details. The calendar defaults back to the last expense you saved, even if you haven't been back in the app in a week - why not just default to THE DAY YOU'RE CURRENTLY LIVING?
A little confusing to use and the filtering is horrible! It forgets what you've chosen if you change one parameter. You cannot rely on Concur to show you correct hotels based on your filtering and a lot of times you have to secondarily click on check price then come to find out it's either out of your price range filter you set or there is no availability on the hotel. Filtering should be sticky during your search. GPS auto location has not worked in years and you always have to manually enter
App crashes as soon as I try to open it. I have updated the app and this is still occurring, causing the app to be useless. Have to use the web version which is a bigger hassle when on the road and trying to upload receipts and track expenses as I go. One month later, app is updated to latest version and phone is updated. Still can't even get app to open without crashing.
Overall the app is useful and great for on the fly expenses, but it’s too clunky to use for more than one or two entries at a time. There’s no way to quickly jump between screens (for example, to add more than one expense to a report, you have to move the expense, then click about 4 times to get back to the list of expenses that you can move. Try doing that for 8 or 15 expenses and you’ll really resent it. The same holds true for lots of other functions. If you want to add a receipt image from your photos, you can’t zoom to see the image. I have dozens of receipt pics stored on my phone, and in thumbnail size there’s no way to tell them apart. If you choose to attach a receipt, the name of the vendor and the amount disappear from the screen while you pick, so again it’s very hard to match up what you are looking for and I find myself exiting the attach screen (2 clicks) to re-view the data, then go back in...re-find the receipt image. Everything, EVERYTHING, takes about 4-5 clicks, and nothing refreshes without exiting and coming back in. The online concur site is easy and quick. This is not. Concur is a wonderful expense tracking device that keeps all of my receipts right were I need them. It would be even better if, every time you signed on, they didn’t ask you to review their app. I find that when I review their app and write a review it gets in the way of what I am trying to do. MY EXPENSE REPORT. This morning it used suggestive questioning; if I loved Concur. Of course I Said yes. Then it asked me how many stars. Of course I said, five. Then it asked me to review their app again, and that is what brought me to this long review to ask them not to have me review their app every time I sign in. I hope that after the fifteen review, they realize that I like their app and that I send them a note to say I am unpleasant with it, that they will realize that you don’t have an issue with your app Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I’ve been using Concur for years, on my Windows laptop and my iPad and iPhone. This latest version for iOS is driving me up a wall. I have always saved my cell phone receipts as PDF files. On the Windows version, uploading a PDF from a file, to an expense is very easy. The iOS version only gives me the option to upload a receipt from my photo album, directly via my camera, the “Receipt Store” or declare that I don’t have a receipt. This app can be much better. Selecting photos of my receipts used to be easy, it doesn’t allow me to access my entire photo album, and there isn’t feedback on the help page how to get your photos into the app, finally figured out I need to go to my photos outside of the app and I can only select one at a time and have to upload it to my receipt bank. It wasted a lot of time. And the app has too many steps to do a report, example...you add a report, then you save, then you move to create the report? Which seems redundant, cause your doing it twice? Then you save again and it won’t let you input all the info needed but you still save all the some of the info, so then you have to go into the report again to make corrections and add the extra info needed, so you can submit it, and on top of that the new way to add the photos was overly complicated and I didn’t see detailed info on the help page for it. Advice: one report with all the available fields to enter, with easy access to phones photo album with ability to select multiple photos. With one save and then done. Please take out the extra 4 steps, it’s not efficient. Could you please let us know what went wrong at [email protected]? We're always trying to improve.
It Use to Absolutely make weekly Expense Reports a breeze! BUT NOW I'm messing up last few reports due to Changes in View of the Report/Expences on the APP! It no longer shows BOTH the Reciept Icon & The CC Icon under the $dollar Amount of the expense view! If I post a receipt waiting or CC Charge arrives to associate with Expence, when I do it FAILS to show both CC Charge Icon & Reciept Icon under the Dollar Amount In Expense View & I’ve missed several and decovered after submitting the report for Approval! I have to NOW CHECH EACH & EVERY EXPENSE by taping each on to physically see that both the receipt and the credit card charge are associated with each individual expense, very time consuming, and I have missed several expenses where I did not associate the credit card because it doesn’t show that with the receipt icon under the Amount as in the past!!! It use to work well with credit cards charges but now very time consuming to do a expense report! PLEASE FIX THIS BACK to original way to save TIME & having to correct Reports!
