Another poor goverment implementation. Instructs you to open Myid to enter the cod3, at which point, Myid has no entry to do so. Why are our tax dollars going to these useless applications. Literally unusable and back to post mail. Nice "work".
app is very hard to operate, it refused me filling in information, finding my tfn is near impossible, every time i log in it wants a new password made for security review. I just want to access my tfn number.
I really don't understand why you have to have two accounts for the same application.My Gov and Centrelink express App.If you are currently in employed . You will have a lot of getting use to the app.But it does what you need to achieve help while unemployed and is intended to help you with all the different government offers.
When trying to access the ATO or My Health Record, I get asked to accept the updated terms and conditions. After checking the check box and tapping Next, the same terms and conditions is presented. It just loops around. Hopeless app.
Security risk, mygov app tells you when your other services are linked but not when they are unlinked. Someone linked my tax account to a dodgy mygov account and put in my tax returns to their bank account and tried to transfer my super to a new super account they created. The app showed my tax account as linked but it was not!
accessing documents via this app on phone is terrible. documents say they downloaded but can't be found on the device at all. what is the difference between my health record and Medicare? shouldn't my medical information/ reports/ team documents be accessed via MEDICARE? Why is it that only half of my medical treatment/ reports etc are in MY HEALTH RECORD?
I think this app is gonna give me brain cancer. so much trauma being locked out everytime and having to set up new account everytime which I refuse to do ever again.

Can't get past the updated terms screen of the ATO module of the app. I select the "I agree" checkbox and choose continue but the checkbox is then automatically unchecked and I can't proceed no matter how many times I try. Unbelievably flawed.
if I could give minus stars I would!! i installed app on new phone (still have old phone and log in works) and it keeps telling me my log in details ar incorrect. have uninstalled and reinstalled it says same thing. I have even reset my password multiple times which it allows me to do them won't let me log in 5 seconds later telling me login in details are wrong. I have no access to it and need it to be usable ASAP!!!!

The app does not run on GrapheneOS on my Pixel 9a, as it requires the invasive Play Integrity API. My phone has a locked bootloader and is more secure than the stock OS, but cannot run it. Please add an exemption to GrapheneOS as I need the app by using the hardware key attestation API to permit my device. Once this is changed I can leave a review of the app itself but in its current state I cannot use it.

What a useless app. I tried logging in using the MyId app but it consistently failed, as it failed communicate with MyIdentity. So even the logon process failed. I logged on to the MyGov website instead, but that also consistently failed to work. Tried to create a Passkey, and it just kept cycling back to the same page, where I had selected CreatePasskey Tried to download a PDF attachment to a email but nothing ever downloaded. Basically of the things I tried, not a single thing worked.
FIX IT! After trying to log in as I normally do, I got hit with the new terms and conditions that you need to agree with before being able to continue... I'm just wondering how many times I need to agree before it will allow me to access MY account? I have uninstalled it and installed it a number of times and it still won't accept my acceptance?! Now I'm frustrated as I need to do some important things.
Unable to log in due to myID having been faulty for months. Why are there zero backup options when they are so poorly designed. You need to have backups for when myID is, as usual, faulty. You cannot rely on a service that is more often faulty than not. Do better.

You can't accept the updated terms it just loops round and round taking you back to the acceptance screen, and if it does happen to accept it it takes you to the sign on screen which then asks for Digit ID to sign in. You do that get the code it takes you back Mygov sign in screen and are then prompted to accept new terms and conditions and the loop around getting nowhere starts again. You CAN NOT USE THE APP!!

accessing documents via this app on phone is terrible. documents say they downloaded but can't be found on the device at all. what is the difference between my health record and Medicare? shouldn't my medical information/ reports/ team documents be accessed via MEDICARE? Why is it that only half of my medical treatment/ reports etc are in MY HEALTH RECORD?
I think this app is gonna give me brain cancer. so much trauma being locked out everytime and having to set up new account everytime which I refuse to do ever again.
can never get in to the app to see what I need to do. to difficult to use efficiently. need to change and reset passwords continuously
black writing on a black background. ok so I've set my defaults to dark but that actually means that the text should be light. not black on black like some hitchhikers guide to the galaxy farce.
Can't get past the updated terms screen of the ATO module of the app. I select the "I agree" checkbox and choose continue but the checkbox is then automatically unchecked and I can't proceed no matter how many times I try. Unbelievably flawed.
Another poor goverment implementation. Instructs you to open Myid to enter the cod3, at which point, Myid has no entry to do so. Why are our tax dollars going to these useless applications. Literally unusable and back to post mail. Nice "work".
after not signing in for over 6 months, and needing to update the app, trying to log back in was the most infuriating experience. i have not changed my email nor my password since i was forced to make this account yet i was locked out. i couldnt even use my email to log in - it only recognised the PW number THAT IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. WHY WOULD I KNOW TO USE IT IF IVE NEVER SEEN IT. Then it required me to VERIFY MYSELF 4 TIMES.
Anything I try to view any of my records or data in Medicare, I get a spinning wheel and no further action. The Medicare app was never fast either, but through this app Medicare never loads any reports or data I want to view. Can see any messages the government wants to send me though, so I guess that is something.
Clicked on update app and as soon as I did I was no longer able to sign in to my account. reset my password and it wouldn't send to my email then eventually was able to reset my password and took a screenshot of it but still unable to login with new password. Worst app I've ever used
The app does not run on GrapheneOS on my Pixel 9a, as it requires the invasive Play Integrity API. My phone has a locked bootloader and is more secure than the stock OS, but cannot run it. Please add an exemption to GrapheneOS as I need the app by using the hardware key attestation API to permit my device. Once this is changed I can leave a review of the app itself but in its current state I cannot use it.
absolutely useless app, and even more useless phone help service. locks me out for 2 hours at a time after I have entered my details correctly. I then wait on the phone for 35 minuets for some lady to tell me there is nothing that she can do, due to security reasons. so no over the phone verification process just a suggestion to close my account and start again from scratch 🙃
What a useless app. I tried logging in using the MyId app but it consistently failed, as it failed communicate with MyIdentity. So even the logon process failed. I logged on to the MyGov website instead, but that also consistently failed to work. Tried to create a Passkey, and it just kept cycling back to the same page, where I had selected CreatePasskey Tried to download a PDF attachment to a email but nothing ever downloaded. Basically of the things I tried, not a single thing worked.
FIX IT! After trying to log in as I normally do, I got hit with the new terms and conditions that you need to agree with before being able to continue... I'm just wondering how many times I need to agree before it will allow me to access MY account? I have uninstalled it and installed it a number of times and it still won't accept my acceptance?! Now I'm frustrated as I need to do some important things.
Unable to log in due to myID having been faulty for months. Why are there zero backup options when they are so poorly designed. You need to have backups for when myID is, as usual, faulty. You cannot rely on a service that is more often faulty than not. Do better.
since the last update using this is a complete disaster. You can't accept the updated terms it just loops round and round taking you back to the acceptance screen, and if it does happen to accept it it takes you to the sign on screen which then asks for Digit ID to sign in. You do that get the code it takes you back Mygov sign in screen and are then prompted to accept new terms and conditions and the loop around getting nowhere starts again. You CAN NOT USE THE APP!!
if I could give minus stars I would!! i installed app on new phone (still have old phone and log in works) and it keeps telling me my log in details ar incorrect. have uninstalled and reinstalled it says same thing. I have even reset my password multiple times which it allows me to do them won't let me log in 5 seconds later telling me login in details are wrong. I have no access to it and need it to be usable ASAP!!!!
