currently downloaded on my Google pixel 7A never had any problems until this latest update of the app and now cannot register my card on the app it just says that I'm offline when I'm not, tried mobile data also same thing happens, cannot even use the FAQ because it just says unavailable and there was a problem. I know some users are experiencing this problem so just wanted to put my device name down for it

love the ease of picking what you need and boom next day it's at your door. The payment plans are spot on as well. I'd recommend itì

Update: As at 02.06.2025 I am still unable to log into this bloody app despite of uninstalling and installing back several times, what is wrong with you people? I was very happy with this app until two months ago. Since then, I've been unable to log into the app on my android. I tried several times uninstalling it and installing it back, but nothing works, making it very difficult for me to make payments and me falling on interest charges due to poor management of the app.

now a new update 4/8/25 still finger print not recognised. great update opps server error not loading 1 week now no web site. phones constantly busy. problems since argos card was taken over by newday

poor app. I can set up finger recognition to log me in no problem with other apps but this one does not work. tells me I need a registered fingerprint first which I already have and use successfully on other applications

Fix the fingerprint login.....it's never worked in all the years I've had this app. My fingerprint works on all my other apps, but not this one!!

I love this app. It's so easy to use and much more convenient than having to keep going online to check what's going on with my account. Payment through the app is safe, simple, quick & easy to do. Brilliant!

If you make a payment, the payment can take three days before it shows that you made a payment. Sometimes you want to buy something using your card but you don't have enough credit, you pay the balance so that you can have enough credit to buy. Forget it. Even if you phone them to quicken the process, it's no help.

I find it great as you can make payments as and when you want to reduce the amount of interest been charged as your paying it off quick so not paying as much in interest and I like the buy now pay later deals as I work out how much I need to pay weekly / monthly to male sure it's payed off before the end of the buy now pay later period

I've been trying to register my card from I got a new phone in February and I'm constantly getting "oops, something went wrong". Clearly selling this to new day and removing the argos card website was a bad idea. It's just aswell that I paid my balance before switching phones otherwise you would not have been getting paid the £800 that was to be paid!! I'll be taking my custom elsewhere as there's no chance I'm risking getting into debt over whatever shady practices you're doing!

I am confirming my previous review The app is so well designed that I can so easily identify items, when bought and when final payment is due. Also if I don't notice a deadline and pay on another item then the payment is automatically transferred so that I do not pay interest. Very efficient

Refuses to log you in if you're on a Samsung phone. Argos has been aware of this issue for a long while, but still no fix to date. That's impacted my account management severely, to the point I no longer order stuff from Argos to spare myself the rigmarole of going through the automated phone service to manage my payments. Hopefully things get fixed, but I'll take my custom elsewhere in the meantime.

Until recently no issues but now!!!! Every time I want to log into it I have to uninstall it and then re register. Last time I wanted to check my balance I used to phone number to do it as it was quicker. If this is the way they want people to manage their accounts they really need to get it to work.

Seems to be down more than it works. I keep getting a message to say my WiFi connection is down and to try again. I try again with the same results. My WiFi is not down and all other apps are ok.

This app is great to keep on top of how much I have to spend and pay back, one thing that may help make it a little better is giving an amount to pay each month so no one falls into the extra charges on their bill.

Multiple attempts to login 'Oops there's been a problem', speaking to CS was unhelpful and thier robo system is awful. You can't manage the card online (except set up a DD) telephone payments won't go through so if the app's not working you're ****** when I can finally make a payment I'm closing my account.

Been nearly a year now and the app still won't register my card. To add insult to injury they've shut down the Web site. Help center just keep telling me that they are aware that there are issues and tec support are looking into it. Absolute shambles. Update. Over 18 months now and the app still won't register the card.

It's so useful for larger sized items e.g Table & Chairs, sofas and even washing machines. It tells you in the app ahead of time, txt messages too to let you know it's soon time to pay.*UPDATE* NEW DAY has taken over and the APP!! IS Abysmal on every level, paid off outstanding £207 to bring credit back up to £600 and it's not updated after a week. Compromised my credit due to trying to source credit elsewhere and now it's Decreased My Credit. Can't buy T.V!

I've been trying to register my card from I got a new phone in February and I'm constantly getting "oops, something went wrong". Clearly selling this to new day and removing the argos card website was a bad idea. It's just aswell that I paid my balance before switching phones otherwise you would not have been getting paid the £800 that was to be paid!! I'll be taking my custom elsewhere as there's no chance I'm risking getting into debt over whatever shady practices you're doing!

Update: As at 02.06.2025 I am still unable to log into this bloody app despite of uninstalling and installing back several times, what is wrong with you people? I was very happy with this app until two months ago. Since then, I've been unable to log into the app on my android. I tried several times uninstalling it and installing it back, but nothing works, making it very difficult for me to make payments and me falling on interest charges due to poor management of the app.

now a new update 4/8/25 still finger print not recognised. great update opps server error not loading 1 week now no web site. phones constantly busy. problems since argos card was taken over by newday

poor app. I can set up finger recognition to log me in no problem with other apps but this one does not work. tells me I need a registered fingerprint first which I already have and use successfully on other applications

Fix the fingerprint login.....it's never worked in all the years I've had this app. My fingerprint works on all my other apps, but not this one!!

I love this app. It's so easy to use and much more convenient than having to keep going online to check what's going on with my account. Payment through the app is safe, simple, quick & easy to do. Brilliant!

If you make a payment, the payment can take three days before it shows that you made a payment. Sometimes you want to buy something using your card but you don't have enough credit, you pay the balance so that you can have enough credit to buy. Forget it. Even if you phone them to quicken the process, it's no help.

I find it great as you can make payments as and when you want to reduce the amount of interest been charged as your paying it off quick so not paying as much in interest and I like the buy now pay later deals as I work out how much I need to pay weekly / monthly to male sure it's payed off before the end of the buy now pay later period

currently downloaded on my Google pixel 7A never had any problems until this latest update of the app and now cannot register my card on the app it just says that I'm offline when I'm not, tried mobile data also same thing happens, cannot even use the FAQ because it just says unavailable and there was a problem. I know some users are experiencing this problem so just wanted to put my device name down for it

I am confirming my previous review The app is so well designed that I can so easily identify items, when bought and when final payment is due. Also if I don't notice a deadline and pay on another item then the payment is automatically transferred so that I do not pay interest. Very efficient

Refuses to log you in if you're on a Samsung phone. Argos has been aware of this issue for a long while, but still no fix to date. That's impacted my account management severely, to the point I no longer order stuff from Argos to spare myself the rigmarole of going through the automated phone service to manage my payments. Hopefully things get fixed, but I'll take my custom elsewhere in the meantime.

Still unable to register card on app on new phone as "too many devices" Help email doesn't actually exist. Customer service unable to help. Card can only be managed via app. Unfixable issue.

Until recently no issues but now!!!! Every time I want to log into it I have to uninstall it and then re register. Last time I wanted to check my balance I used to phone number to do it as it was quicker. If this is the way they want people to manage their accounts they really need to get it to work.

Seems to be down more than it works. I keep getting a message to say my WiFi connection is down and to try again. I try again with the same results. My WiFi is not down and all other apps are ok.

This app is great to keep on top of how much I have to spend and pay back, one thing that may help make it a little better is giving an amount to pay each month so no one falls into the extra charges on their bill.

Multiple attempts to login 'Oops there's been a problem', speaking to CS was unhelpful and thier robo system is awful. You can't manage the card online (except set up a DD) telephone payments won't go through so if the app's not working you're ****** when I can finally make a payment I'm closing my account.

Been nearly a year now and the app still won't register my card. To add insult to injury they've shut down the Web site. Help center just keep telling me that they are aware that there are issues and tec support are looking into it. Absolute shambles. Update. Over 18 months now and the app still won't register the card.

It's so useful for larger sized items e.g Table & Chairs, sofas and even washing machines. It tells you in the app ahead of time, txt messages too to let you know it's soon time to pay.*UPDATE* NEW DAY has taken over and the APP!! IS Abysmal on every level, paid off outstanding £207 to bring credit back up to £600 and it's not updated after a week. Compromised my credit due to trying to source credit elsewhere and now it's Decreased My Credit. Can't buy T.V!

I've been trying to register my card from I got a new phone in February and I'm constantly getting "oops, something went wrong". Clearly selling this to new day and removing the argos card website was a bad idea. It's just aswell that I paid my balance before switching phones otherwise you would not have been getting paid the £800 that was to be paid!! I'll be taking my custom elsewhere as there's no chance I'm risking getting into debt over whatever shady practices you're doing!
