The shipping process is horrible. No good coupons or promo codes unless you're spending a lot. I have over $30 worth of points but can only use up to 5% of those points per transaction. Can't use it all on one order, which sucks and is sort of useless.. 5% is barely anything off.

There's no phone number to contact anyone. The customer service reps are rude and disconnect you via the chat when trying to inquire about your order. Over two months now and still haven't received my order. 12 emails later my issues still have not been resolved. I need what I paid for or my money back. An update date, this company is just ridiculous. The issue still has not been resolved.

These clothes look awesome. But this is by far the most inconvenient app ever. If my screen rotates, it goes back to the home screen while I'm in the middle of browsing. If I look at an item and hit the back button I literally have to load everything I just saw over and over. I've been trying to order clothes for 2 days but it is so difficult because the app is so poor.

It was the worse experience ever my order was$8 dollars and it took another$8.50 to send it then i waited a month and 3 days I had gave up on the package I was on my way to try to collect the money back then it came then it was small as ever they need to say order a bigger size than you usually wear it was a Nice Dress but not worth the wait and the money if you looking for cheap fashion that's cute hit them up. If you order your stuff for the summer start early like the summer Before.FORREAL

No free shipping after purchase over $100, 4 1/2 wks later when it arrived missing items, items were the wrong size or duplicates due to a gliche in app, the sizing measurements are inaccurate on site as everything was huge, worse than that the quality is very poor on all their items. Returning items a refund I had to pay shipping to send it back and was not reimbursed for my shipping either way so I took a huge loss even giving this company a chance. Never shopping outside of SHEIN again

I love this App it was my first time actually ordering anything and it was so easy fast and reasonable priced. My favorite part about it tho is the delivery isn't a long wait for standard shipping and you can also get it express either way it's quick to me I just hope everything fits and I don't have any delivery problems other than everything awesome 👍 to me will buy again and tell others.

It's impossible to create an account and tracking doesnt get updated. No matter what email I try to use it keeps saying use a valid email even tho it's my google email the same email I use on the google play store to write this review. no matter the device I use it wont work. There are zero updates on tracking information and they tell you last minute when your package is delayed I ordered items almost an entire month ago it was just 3 items and I still haven't received them. Complete fail.

Love the color options on just about every item! Makes shipping fun!!!! I know several times I have been shopping in the past and ended up not buying the really cute shirt simply bc I didn't like the color. The style was perfect tho. Well now I don't have to choose lol you guys let me explore my creative. 🥰

This app is easy to use, clear on describing the item easy to find the item, easy to pay for your items.. not as easy to save the item you can put it on a wish list but it doesn't appear to the duck from the balance.. but overall very good app.. also it's hard to cancel on this app it does not allow you to cancel and there's a lot of procedures to go through to get your refund

I recieved the wrong item! I'm unable to communicate with them through anything but live chat, which isn't helpful because all I keep getting asked for is a picture of the wrong item they sent but their link to upload a picture doesn't work, & everytime i start explaining that problem, the live chat person all of a sudden gets off. **update ** been waiting for live chat for 10 minutes

I've shopped with "Lovely Wholesale" quite a bit and with this website, its either a hit or miss. Some items I really liked. Other items, not so much. From my experience, the colors are NEVER as bright or as deep in color as the website makes them seem. And the sizes are not always 0 to size. Tags are an issue as well so for big orders, try to remember what you got or you will have to go back and look. And finally... Timing! It took my clothes over a month to get to me.

Worse experience shopping online- I purchased $235.00 worth of clothes and most of them were to big. I went off their size chart, and my body measurements. I contacted customer service to start an exchange- I was offered $50.00 to keep the clothes I have no use for that is valued at $132.00- makes zero sense! This was not listed in their return or exchange policy. Then suddenly there was no more reply to my emails. Now I'm stick with clothes I can't use and wasted my money. NEVER AGAIN!

My package was never received. I tried contacting customer service but the issue has not yet been resolved. They don't seem to care or show concern that I never received my order. I will never shop on this website again. I spent $81.96 and never gotten what I paid for. The tracking number is invalid with the USPS because they use a series of numbers only not a combination of numbers and letters so calling them regarding my package is irrelavent. I am highly upset.

I've ordered so far 2 times. I knew it would take a while to receive my items 15 days to be exact. The first order came on time and a few outfits even though I ordered Large which is what I wear, the clothes were very small , so I gave them to my daughter. I made a second order going up a few sizes and everything came, came on time but two items were entirely to big. Returning these items has been very difficult. Will not purchase anything eles!!!!!!.

Can't upload review images for points.. love the items but when attempting to upload my images for points it keeps saying "read memory card access denied" .. ALL of my permissions is turned on for this app! I have no issues uploading to any other platforms. Very annoying. I spend lots of money with LW and I'd like my points. Please fix 🙏🏽

The worst experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone! Firstly my package was delayed for a whole 3 weeks on top of that I had to pay an extra amount, apparently for "clearance". That's not even the worst part!, the worst part was that what I ordered on the app and what came was not the same, the quality, fit, material and just the overall appearance was not the same. Was very disappointed!!

Items were taken out of my bag after adding them to purchase! There should be some kind of grace period when your shopping and in the process of purchasing, things shouldn't just disappear from your bag! At least let the customer know the items will be removed from your bag and released for others to purchase. After I put an item in my bag I should at least have 2hrs to make make purchase!!! I could be still shopping which I was!

I placed an order almost a month ago, never got a confirmation email, never got a tracking number, yet somehow they have proof my package was delivered. I never got anything and they refuse to try and help me resolve the issue. I lost $30 on a jacket that was "on sale" for $19. You are a company that makes 5x that much on any given day, give me back my $30.

Lovely Wholesale is my go to for wholesale clothing. I've brought I whole new trend of clothing styles to my small neighborhood being there are no clothing stores in the vicinity. Thanks to Lovely Wholesale there's plenty of options to choose from so everytime I place an order it's something different from the last order. I even buy separate tops with separate bottoms and and match them as sets. Awesome!!! Wish they wouldn't limit some deals to just a quantity of 2. No problems with app at all

Placed an order over 2 months ago, had an issue with 2 items in my order. One item not received & another item didn't match item on website. I've made several attempts to resolve this problem, no one is returning my emails. Sad for LW the other items were gifts & my friends loved them. They've asked me to order more tees for them. I refuse to place any further orders until my issue is resolved. I'm refusing to give them your name. LW, you have lost my trust as well as future valued customers.

I love this App it was my first time actually ordering anything and it was so easy fast and reasonable priced. From my experience, the colors are NEVER as bright or as deep in color as the website makes them seem. And the sizes are not always 0 to size. Tags are an issue as well so for big orders, try to remember what you got or you will have to go back and look. And finally... Timing! It took my clothes over a month to get to me.

These clothes look awesome. But this is by far the most inconvenient app ever. If my screen rotates, it goes back to the home screen while I'm in the middle of browsing. My package was never received. I tried contacting customer service but the issue has not yet been resolved. They don't seem to care or show concern that I never received my order. I will never shop on this website again. I spent $81.96 and never gotten what I paid for. The tracking number is invalid with the USPS because they use a series of numbers only not a combination of numbers and letters so calling them regarding my package is irrelavent. I am highly upset.

I've ordered so far 2 times. I knew it would take a while to receive my items 15 days to be exact. The first order came on time and a few outfits even though I ordered Large which is what I wear, the clothes were very small , so I gave them to my daughter. I made a second order going up a few sizes and everything came, came on time but two items were entirely to big. Returning these items has been very difficult. Will not purchase anything eles!!!!!!.

Can't upload review images for points.. love the items but when attempting to upload my images for points it keeps saying "read memory card access denied" .. ALL of my permissions is turned on for this app! I have no issues uploading to any other platforms. Very annoying. I spend lots of money with LW and I'd like my points. Please fix 🙏🏽

The worst experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone! Firstly my package was delayed for a whole 3 weeks on top of that I had to pay an extra amount, apparently for "clearance". That's not even the worst part!, the worst part was that what I ordered on the app and what came was not the same, the quality, fit, material and just the overall appearance was not the same. Was very disappointed!!

Items were taken out of my bag after adding them to purchase! There should be some kind of grace period when your shopping and in the process of purchasing, things shouldn't just disappear from your bag! At least let the customer know the items will be removed from your bag and released for others to purchase. After I put an item in my bag I should at least have 2hrs to make make purchase!!! I could be still shopping which I was!

I placed an order almost a month ago, never got a confirmation email, never got a tracking number, yet somehow they have proof my package was delivered. I never got anything and they refuse to try and help me resolve the issue. I lost $30 on a jacket that was "on sale" for $19. You are a company that makes 5x that much on any given day, give me back my $30.

Lovely Wholesale is my go to for wholesale clothing. I've brought I whole new trend of clothing styles to my small neighborhood being there are no clothing stores in the vicinity. Thanks to Lovely Wholesale there's plenty of options to choose from so everytime I place an order it's something different from the last order. I even buy separate tops with separate bottoms and and match them as sets. Awesome!!! Wish they wouldn't limit some deals to just a quantity of 2. No problems with app at all

I've made several attempts to resolve this problem, no one is returning my emails. Sad for LW the other items were gifts & my friends loved them. They've asked me to order more tees for them. I refuse to place any further orders until my issue is resolved. I'm refusing to give them your name. LW, you have lost my trust as well as future valued customers.

I love this App it was my first time actually ordering anything and it was so easy fast and reasonable priced. My favorite part about it tho is the delivery isn't a long wait for standard shipping and you can also get it express either way it's quick to me I just hope everything fits and I don't have any delivery problems other than everything awesome 👍 to me will buy again and tell others.

Love the color options on just about every item! Makes shipping fun!!!! I know several times I have been shopping in the past and ended up not buying the really cute shirt simply bc I didn't like the color. The style was perfect tho. Well now I don't have to choose lol you guys let me explore my creative. 🥰

This app is easy to use, clear on describing the item easy to find the item, easy to pay for your items.. not as easy to save the item you can put it on a wish list but it doesn't appear to the duck from the balance.. but overall very good app.. also it's hard to cancel on this app it does not allow you to cancel and there's a lot of procedures to go through to get your refund

I've shopped with "Lovely Wholesale" quite a bit and with this website, its either a hit or miss. Some items I really liked. Other items, not so much. From my experience, the colors are NEVER as bright or as deep in color as the website makes them seem. And the sizes are not always 0 to size. Tags are an issue as well so for big orders, try to remember what you got or you will have to go back and look. And finally... Timing! It took my clothes over a month to get to me.

These clothes look awesome. But this is by far the most inconvenient app ever. If my screen rotates, it goes back to the home screen while I'm in the middle of browsing. If I look at an item and hit the back button I literally have to load everything I just saw over and over. I've been trying to order clothes for 2 days but it is so difficult because the app is so poor.

There's no phone number to contact anyone. The customer service reps are rude and disconnect you via the chat when trying to inquire about your order. Over two months now and still haven't received my order. 12 emails later my issues still have not been resolved. I need what I paid for or my money back. An update date, this company is just ridiculous. The issue still has not been resolved.

It was the worse experience ever my order was$8 dollars and it took another$8.50 to send it then i waited a month and 3 days I had gave up on the package I was on my way to try to collect the money back then it came then it was small as ever they need to say order a bigger size than you usually wear it was a Nice Dress but not worth the wait and the money if you looking for cheap fashion that's cute hit them up. If you order your stuff for the summer start early like the summer Before.FORREAL

No free shipping after purchase over $100, 4 1/2 wks later when it arrived missing items, items were the wrong size or duplicates due to a gliche in app, the sizing measurements are inaccurate on site as everything was huge, worse than that the quality is very poor on all their items. Returning items a refund I had to pay shipping to send it back and was not reimbursed for my shipping either way so I took a huge loss even giving this company a chance. Never shopping outside of SHEIN again

It's impossible to create an account and tracking doesnt get updated. No matter what email I try to use it keeps saying use a valid email even tho it's my google email the same email I use on the google play store to write this review. no matter the device I use it wont work. There are zero updates on tracking information and they tell you last minute when your package is delayed I ordered items almost an entire month ago it was just 3 items and I still haven't received them. Complete fail.

I'm unable to communicate with them through anything but live chat, which isn't helpful because all I keep getting asked for is a picture of the wrong item they sent but their link to upload a picture doesn't work, & everytime i start explaining that problem, the live chat person all of a sudden gets off. **update ** been waiting for live chat for 10 minutes

The shipping process is horrible. No good coupons or promo codes unless you're spending a lot. I have over $30 worth of points but can only use up to 5% of those points per transaction. Can't use it all on one order, which sucks and is sort of useless.. 5% is barely anything off.

Worse experience shopping online- I purchased $235.00 worth of clothes and most of them were to big. I went off their size chart, and my body measurements. I contacted customer service to start an exchange- I was offered $50.00 to keep the clothes I have no use for that is valued at $132.00- makes zero sense! This was not listed in their return or exchange policy. Then suddenly there was no more reply to my emails. Now I'm stick with clothes I can't use and wasted my money. NEVER AGAIN!
