This app is amazing but I do need to delete some of my accounts. I have mistakenly created more than one account and so please I would like to be given some details on how to delete the accounts I don't need. Other than that, this app I easy to us and navigate. Thank you.

hi. amazing app all round, high efficiency and premium quality. but I have just a few niches that need attention. 1. i'm unable to post content on my story, and timeline. i can't see nor access my gallery. 2. dark mode. i believe this will help a lot for someone like me. my eyes is slightly sensitive to bright light. it'll be really helpful if you could attend to both of this. asides, its a really beautiful and inspiring app

Kingschat I need your assistance. I can't have access to my messages, can't see incoming messages nor send for 2 days now. I see on the blank page 'no internet connection' though my data is on and I also see 'not yet synced'. I reinstalled the app but same response I have access to my timeline and every other feature bet for the chat page. What do I do please

I can't open my app after updating it for months now. I even updated it now, but it's still not opening and responding. It's really discouraging. The app has been working perfectly well before the resent update months ago. It keeps loading... loading... and loading... till infinity. Please do something about the crashing please.

The app is smooth and fast, but as I have been using it, many people are not too much online to chat with, so I suggest that ,for us to meet need friends there, when we post pictures we need to see our viewers so , please add it so that even if one person views our photos we will see him or her and maybe add as our followers

Trust me this app is gonna get better I'll advise you to put more effort in the graphics design, add more international people so it can become a world wide deal. Add preference for uploading contacts.Create like a follow request where i can follow and see people i don't know or outside of my contacts. Just don't be like fb that blocks people account for no reason. Don't get distracted by money allow normal account to create pages. I'm gon rate this app 5 star if u do all this.KC gon get better.

It swallows data. I tried to post the lyrics of the song I'd teach at the rehearsal and it didn't work. It was on "sending..." Untill the next day and I had to delete it. My data depleted to a ridiculous level. I think you need to review it and make the app lighter like other social media apps. If we have to migrate to kingschat and yookos, then it must be worth it

I changed my device and the app requested I add phone number, but each time I SUCCESSFULLY receive the code that takes time to come, after punching the verification code where required, I'll be told that the number has been taken. Does it mean that the app doesn't recognise my gmail account to read that it's the same person, only trying to change device. Please, how soon can this be fixed as IPPC is in two days.

Hello KC team, while I enjoy using the app, I am a bit disappointed at how tedious and slow it is to get support. I have been trying to reset the password for another page I manage but for 2 weeks now, I have not received a password reset link in my email. For most Apps, it is automated and instantaneous. I have reached out to the App support and was told it will be looked into. It takes a few hours to get a response and they don't work weekends for an app that is used globally.

I really don't know what else to do to get my account active, I really need it activated to access other Kings app. 2 months ago I got a notification that my account is blocked. I have logged out to sign in (unsuccessful), deleted the app & reinstall (unsuccessful), contacted customer care, didn't get any assistance. I pray this will get sorted, that you.

Great app. But why are the posts so limited? I can't write so much under a post because I'm not using a blogger's account, I think that should change because I might not necessarily be a blogger but from time to time, I could have long posts that I don't want to split into 5 posts. I think the character limit should be increased to about a thousand per post. Secondly, could you please notify when one has a new follower... I noticed it was only likes and comments on posts that got notifications.

Amazing experience all the way! Connecting with friends, family & colleagues haven't been this awesome! I love the app, but I'll like to suggest that in subsequent updates, Kingschat's size should be lightweight and also data compression enabled, more of the content should be accessible offline, that is even without data being turned on. For example, even if I exit the app, loaded timelines and Super User interface should be available until the pages are refreshed or connected to the internet.

Hello admin. I'm enjoying the app but I think it could be better if you can add the following features: 1. A system that allows you to see unread messages when you open the app after a while instead of you to see the last msg 2. Aggregating all your pictures sent to another person using the app into one post 3. Ability to be able to click on someone's name in a group chat (even of the person isn't in your contact list) and immediately get a window to private chat that individual. Thanks

The app is nice so far Please can we get an update on kings conference so that it can be available for newer versions of android thanks. Update my messages won't load for some reason. I get notifications but can't see the messages on the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changed. Please fix this issue.

Always not connecting and it isn't pleasant at all because there's a whole lot of meetings to meet. missing them is not encouraging at all and can make one feel down casted. please let's work on the server.
