Waste of money. The subscription is way too high for what it is. I should've used a free trial first but that wasn't offered to me on the website. Just a discount. And because I purchased my account on the website, no possibility of a refund. Something I didn't need because I read reviews that were positive but they were extremely wrong, in my opinion. My child has played with free apps that had more content. Annoyed and disappointed.
Horrible. They will charge you recurrently even though the initial sign up appears to be a one- time fee. Reaching out to customer service gets you nowhere, they just say too bad you didn't read the terms and conditions correctly. Intentionally misleading- and the app is subpar anyway. Thumbs down 👎🏽
if I could give this a zero I would. when I clicked on the Facebook ad, it takes you to the first purchase and then takes you to an "add ons" page. when it went to the screen after buying the initial package, there's no clear way to skip it. and once you click it there's no going back. There's no help from them if you do this. "According to our Money-Back Policy, payments for upsells and additional purchases fall outside our refund scope, these optional add-ons are non-refundable."
Very disappointed with the subscription process. I paid a “discounted” $10, but it never said how long that covered, which turned out to only cover 7 days before charging $39.99. That should be clearly disclosed upfront. The app was also slow, laggy, and had inconsistent sound on our iPad. Maybe the subscription process wouldn't have been quite so off-putting if the app worked better, esp for that price! ABC Mouse offers similar content for only $12.99 a month.
what ever you do, don't try to cancel your subscription. You will be asked to keep it for a reduced price. Then you will be asked again for an even more reduced price - from 39.99 a month down to 1.00 a year. Then when you don't take the bait, they charge you twice. And tell you they don't give reimbursement. After 3 days, they agreed to a 50% reimbursement. Only instead, they charged me not only 39.99 but also 29.99 then after 48 more hours and proof to everything they gave me 34.98 back. 😡💔
