I was unsure at first how I could benefit from doing this online. it's been great. I'm making progress. I have improved a lot from the constant pain, and my flexibility has improved. the ENSO works great for the pain, and I like that it is small and very easy to use. The exercises can be painful. However, I am improving. I have not taken Tylenol in 2 weeks verse twice a day.Another great thing is that youcan do it from the comfort of home. no gas expenses. i have been telling others about this.

This is a great app. It has been a huge help to me! It's easy, well explained & you can go at your own pace, on your own time. You also have a physical therapist and coach who help you as much or as little as you want. You get to choose! They help me focus, and I'm moving much more & feeling so much better mentally and physically! Also, thank you for the yoga mat, stretch bands, phone stand, and massager! I also love the meditations, breathing exercises, and articles to read w/lots of good info!

I love the app. easy to use, easy way to connect with my physical therapist and coach. my only complaint is that it pauses my music, and if I try to play my music it pauses my exercises. as someone who doesn't do well with activities without music, this makes it a bit difficult to keep up with my exercises. but otherwise, I really like it.

I highly recommend participating in the Hinge Health program/app if you have free access through insurance & I've been telling all my friends & family about it! It has made a big difference with reducing my joint pain (low back & knees), especially the Enso device...it's amazing!!! I've been doing exercises 5 days per week, but they're very short & easy to fit into your day. I keep in touch with the PT & Health Coach through the app messages which is a nice personalized feature of the app too.

Fabulous service! I would never have believed the difference that 10 minutes a day in gentle exercises for a couple of weeks could make in my back and hip. I would never have signed up if it wasn't a company benefit. But now I would pay to keep it. I am so impressed by every aspect of the program and the app that I'm breaking my rule and actually rating an app. (Because really, who believes a random internet stranger is legit in love with an app?) :P

My therapist Dr Stewart is fabulous. My playlist/exercises are easy to fit into my life and are tailored to my personal needs. The app itself could use a bit of updating. While I can turn off the sound for the instructions that extra time remains. The sounds for the exercises are rather confusing and could use some variation in tones. I like to listen to music while doing my exercises and not stare at the screen. this app is not designed to support that at all. With a few upgrades it would outst

The exercises are well-designed, and evolve every 3-4 sessions. The recorded voice prompts from real physical therapists are encouraging & well-timed, and the articles help me stay motivated. This app makes it so easy to complete my routine at home in less than 10 minutes and this has made a significant difference in my symptoms. I am getting stronger everyday and seeing tangible progress with long-standing physical issues.

Update: since the beginning of June this app has been pretty much useless as it won't even load. The amount of times I have Uninstalled and re-installed this app trying to get it to load is a ridiculous number. So disappointed! This has seriously saved my well being. I have a hypermobility disorder. I spent 6 weeks last year bedridden from pain. They are small, manageable, and customizable exercises. I can play with my kids again!

The app pinpoints where you are having aches and pains and then selects exercises to help eliminate the pain. You can select more options/exercises than they give you to start and rate them if they are too easy or too hard. The app also can watch your motions and tell you if you are doing the exercises correctly. Highly recommend it.

Hinge health has been an awesome app to utilize! I'm exercising, breathing, and learning what I need to improve my body and health. I can go at my pace and can select exercises as well. There is good communication from the physical therapist and health coach. They are always a message away. Also, I was able to obtain some free items that made things easier while exercising and also help my pain. Thank you Hinge Health for a great program!

The app is easy to use, and the playlist is easy to fit into the day. Constant feedback lets the doctors and coaches adjust the workouts, which they do every few days even if your feedback is that the exercises are just right. This keeps me from being bored doing the same routine day after day. The articles are very informative and well written. I have learned a lot and reinforced information I already know. I highly recommend this app to others!

I am really enjoying my workouts using the Hingh Health app. The exercises are specific to your needs in that you can provide feedback when an exercise causes pain or whether it is too easy. The BEST part is my personal coaches!!! They message with me one on one . Feels like I am working out with them in the room as they encourage feedback. Still enjoying the app. Couldn't imagine my week without it. I might miss a few sessions, but I get reminders to get back to it! So many choices!

I love this app. It is great for getting you into a routine to address your pain points. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because 1) I can only get reminders for one program; I want to be able to set up reminders for multiple programs, 2) it does not automatically resize on my Samsung Fold 6 so I always have to restart the app if I want to change my screen size, and 3) there doesn't appear to be integration with Health Connect.

Pretty straightforward so far. Used for a week now. Update: 5 months in and still enjoy it. Haven't been as consistent due to life events, but it's always ready for me with the right amount of encouragement, moderately challenging exercises and useful articles. I can always see my progress. I stand by my 5 stars. Great for low impact but meaningful improvements. There are options to adjust intensity up or down because there are regular check-ins.

Phenomenal app for any physical therapy, arthritis and joint pain! it's FREE if you can get the app from your company and it's like having a physical trainer there with you! I have been using this app for years. I'm only 46 but have had a severely broken/smashed ankle and I'm still using the app even though I'm also seeing a trainer now! great app! great personal experience. great trainers. they show you how to do the exercises properly and can even watch you do it! good all around.

It's not often I give a five-star. But this, the app and the pelvic for exercises have changed my life for the better. I have also gained general overall strength with the rest of the program. If I have a question, I usually receive an answer in less than 12 hours. You talk to real physical therapists, online or with a call.

I love the various exercises. Don't judge it based on your first experience because more exercises are unlocked as you increase in levels. I'm a bit biased against working with professionals through an app. This works against me because I haven't even called them to make appointments. I have used the app to communicate with them here and there and it works okay. I think someone who didn't have the bias would have much more success interacting with the professionals.

I love the Hinge Health app. I have been using it for about five years or so now. I speak highly about it to friends, family, strangers, and my doctor! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! 💯 it's easy to use and convenient. They first they sent me a tablet with sensory belts to make sure you do the exercises correctly. Later, it evolved to the app on my cellphone. This allowed easier access and the freedom of doing this whole on the go! Coach, Kelly, I am assigned to work with is amazing.

So far I'm really enjoying the exercises that this app has led me through. I've only been using it for a week, which hasn't been long enough to have incorporated Hinge Health into my routine. It doesn't help that this app refuses to send me notifications, even though I've enabled those permissions and scheduled the reminders more than once. I have to use a calendar app for my reminders, which is unfortunate.

This app has changed my life. I have more flexibility and less pain, and I'm noticing an uplift in my mental health, which is a nice, unexpected side effect. I have an assigned coach who is super helpful, motivating, and empathetic, and I have an assigned PT who helps adjust my exercises as needed. I also love the articles they put out after every session. They're super helpful and informative! They help you set goals and help keep you on track in positive ways!

Hinge health has been an awesome app to utilize! I'm exercising, breathing, and learning what I need to improve my body and health. I can go at my pace and can select exercises as well. There is good communication from the physical therapist and health coach. They are always a message away. Also, I was able to obtain some free items that made things easier while exercising and also help my pain. Thank you Hinge Health for a great program!

The app is easy to use, and the playlist is easy to fit into the day. Constant feedback lets the doctors and coaches adjust the workouts, which they do every few days even if your feedback is that the exercises are just right. This keeps me from being bored doing the same routine day after day. The articles are very informative and well written. I have learned a lot and reinforced information I already know. I highly recommend this app to others!

I am really enjoying my workouts using the Hingh Health app. The exercises are specific to your needs in that you can provide feedback when an exercise causes pain or whether it is too easy. The BEST part is my personal coaches!!! They message with me one on one . Feels like I am working out with them in the room as they encourage feedback. Still enjoying the app. Couldn't imagine my week without it. I might miss a few sessions, but I get reminders to get back to it! So many choices!

I love this app. It is great for getting you into a routine to address your pain points. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because 1) I can only get reminders for one program; I want to be able to set up reminders for multiple programs, 2) it does not automatically resize on my Samsung Fold 6 so I always have to restart the app if I want to change my screen size, and 3) there doesn't appear to be integration with Health Connect.

Pretty straightforward so far. Used for a week now. Update: 5 months in and still enjoy it. Haven't been as consistent due to life events, but it's always ready for me with the right amount of encouragement, moderately challenging exercises and useful articles. I can always see my progress. I stand by my 5 stars. Great for low impact but meaningful improvements. There are options to adjust intensity up or down because there are regular check-ins.

Phenomenal app for any physical therapy, arthritis and joint pain! it's FREE if you can get the app from your company and it's like having a physical trainer there with you! I have been using this app for years. I'm only 46 but have had a severely broken/smashed ankle and I'm still using the app even though I'm also seeing a trainer now! great app! great personal experience. great trainers. they show you how to do the exercises properly and can even watch you do it! good all around.

It's not often I give a five-star. But this, the app and the pelvic for exercises have changed my life for the better. I have also gained general overall strength with the rest of the program. If I have a question, I usually receive an answer in less than 12 hours. You talk to real physical therapists, online or with a call.

I love the various exercises. Don't judge it based on your first experience because more exercises are unlocked as you increase in levels. I'm a bit biased against working with professionals through an app. This works against me because I haven't even called them to make appointments. I have used the app to communicate with them here and there and it works okay. I think someone who didn't have the bias would have much more success interacting with the professionals.

I love the Hinge Health app. I have been using it for about five years or so now. I speak highly about it to friends, family, strangers, and my doctor! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! 💯 it's easy to use and convenient. They first they sent me a tablet with sensory belts to make sure you do the exercises correctly. Later, it evolved to the app on my cellphone. This allowed easier access and the freedom of doing this whole on the go! Coach, Kelly, I am assigned to work with is amazing.

So far I'm really enjoying the exercises that this app has led me through. I've only been using it for a week, which hasn't been long enough to have incorporated Hinge Health into my routine. It doesn't help that this app refuses to send me notifications, even though I've enabled those permissions and scheduled the reminders more than once. I have to use a calendar app for my reminders, which is unfortunate.

This app has changed my life. I have more flexibility and less pain, and I'm noticing an uplift in my mental health, which is a nice, unexpected side effect. I have an assigned coach who is super helpful, motivating, and empathetic, and I have an assigned PT who helps adjust my exercises as needed. I also love the articles they put out after every session. They're super helpful and informative! They help you set goals and help keep you on track in positive ways!

This is a great app. It has been a huge help to me! It's easy, well explained & you can go at your own pace, on your own time. You also have a physical therapist and coach who help you as much or as little as you want. You get to choose! They help me focus, and I'm moving much more & feeling so much better mentally and physically! Also, thank you for the yoga mat, stretch bands, phone stand, and massager! I also love the meditations, breathing exercises, and articles to read w/lots of good info!

I highly recommend participating in the Hinge Health program/app if you have free access through insurance & I've been telling all my friends & family about it! It has made a big difference with reducing my joint pain (low back & knees), especially the Enso device...it's amazing!!! I've been doing exercises 5 days per week, but they're very short & easy to fit into your day. I keep in touch with the PT & Health Coach through the app messages which is a nice personalized feature of the app too.

Fabulous service! I would never have believed the difference that 10 minutes a day in gentle exercises for a couple of weeks could make in my back and hip. I would never have signed up if it wasn't a company benefit. But now I would pay to keep it. I am so impressed by every aspect of the program and the app that I'm breaking my rule and actually rating an app. (Because really, who believes a random internet stranger is legit in love with an app?) :P

The exercises are well-designed, and evolve every 3-4 sessions. The recorded voice prompts from real physical therapists are encouraging & well-timed, and the articles help me stay motivated. This app makes it so easy to complete my routine at home in less than 10 minutes and this has made a significant difference in my symptoms. I am getting stronger everyday and seeing tangible progress with long-standing physical issues.

The app pinpoints where you are having aches and pains and then selects exercises to help eliminate the pain. You can select more options/exercises than they give you to start and rate them if they are too easy or too hard. The app also can watch your motions and tell you if you are doing the exercises correctly. Highly recommend it.

I was unsure at first how I could benefit from doing this online. it's been great. I'm making progress. I have improved a lot from the constant pain, and my flexibility has improved. the ENSO works great for the pain, and I like that it is small and very easy to use. The exercises can be painful. However, I am improving. I have not taken Tylenol in 2 weeks verse twice a day.Another great thing is that youcan do it from the comfort of home. no gas expenses. i have been telling others about this.

I love the app. easy to use, easy way to connect with my physical therapist and coach. my only complaint is that it pauses my music, and if I try to play my music it pauses my exercises. as someone who doesn't do well with activities without music, this makes it a bit difficult to keep up with my exercises. but otherwise, I really like it.

My therapist Dr Stewart is fabulous. My playlist/exercises are easy to fit into my life and are tailored to my personal needs. The app itself could use a bit of updating. While I can turn off the sound for the instructions that extra time remains. The sounds for the exercises are rather confusing and could use some variation in tones. I like to listen to music while doing my exercises and not stare at the screen. this app is not designed to support that at all. With a few upgrades it would outst

Update: since the beginning of June this app has been pretty much useless as it won't even load. The amount of times I have Uninstalled and re-installed this app trying to get it to load is a ridiculous number. So disappointed! This has seriously saved my well being. I have a hypermobility disorder. I spent 6 weeks last year bedridden from pain. They are small, manageable, and customizable exercises. I can play with my kids again!
