I downloaded the free trial for this app. Found out I couldn't see the games that I wanted.I saw the email about stopping the subscription before the first payment. I followed the directions. Went to the app, clicked on my account and there was absolutely nothing there to say cancel. I even emailed the reminder that I received to let them know that I was having trouble cancelling. The only reason I see a phone number is because of the complaints on these reviews.
the few times I used it worked well. Tho I've decided to cancel since I don't use enough especially for the price it's going to be after the trial. Now I want to cancel and there's no option to cancel via the app, even tho the end of the trial email says there is. kinda shady. After looking and signing on via browser I found the cancel .
Editing my review. finally got fubo to work and was happy-until they created sports packages that did not include MLB and now the cheapest package $55 and MLB is now an Add-on! This was done with no warning. I checked every email I own, and never received notice. they won't even refund me for my partial subscription!!!!!! They gave me a number to call. asked for an agent, and it guided me through canceling my subscription instead. Find another way to watch Sports.
The usability of this app really sucks. Long lag from the time you command playback changes to the time it responds. If you try to rewind or fastforward a few minutes or more, you can guarantee a crash. And if you leave paused for more than two minutes and come back, you can count on not being able to pick up where you left off. And this is on multiple devices. I might have to switch back to youtubetv.
Quit changing stuff. Before your last 3 upgrades I was able to minimize the app or take a phone call and be able to pick back up where I was. Now it takes you up to live immediately. On top of that I no longer can rewind my show without the app crashing out causing me to have to re go into the show and completely miss chunks of the show. This is ridiculous.
