I love Freebirds but the app and general online experience has been awful for a long time. It won't let me redeem rewards and sends me creepy, clingy messages every week about how long it has been since I have been there, often with more offers that I can't redeem. Half the time I can't even order at all, through app or web (all the app does is load the website). Makes me less likely to go there at all, which really sucks.
love Freebirds, but this app is awful. It only works half the time, if that. Very slow, clunky, and not visually appealing it intuitive. every time you leave the order screen it has to sign you in again. Placing an order is just difficult, it may error out, it may not. I definitely go to Freebirds less because of app difficulties. Fix it, it's costing you money. also, no dark mode
This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself.

I don't know what's changed, but I'm no longer able to use the app for online orders. I select delivery, put in the address and it just recycles to choosing the store and picking delivery again. Doordash works fine for same store and address though. Update: Another point of contention with this app. There is only an email address for error resolution. If you don't receive your delivery order there's no quick way to sort it out. You're just out of luck until someone wants to get back to you.
worst experience ever, I tried placing a order four or five times and it kept saying that my phone number was invalid and it seemed like it didn't go through. And my bank was charged four times I better get my money back or there's going to be f****** problems. I love freebirds but f*** this app it'll just take your money and don't even let you know.
I can't place an order on the app again. Sunday night seems to be a constant issue for Freebirds. Error Error Oops! It appears that an error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience—error validating basket. I tried repeatedly empty, removed the data, and started all over. Finally gave up.
DO NOT waste your time on this app. It is awful. I have renter my info every time I want to order even though I am logged into my account. Sometimes it remembers my CC info and sometimes it doesn't. The reorder option is a joke. Sometimes you can reorder, sometimes you can't. Absolutely no reliability. I spend more time trying to get this app to work than it would take to order in person. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
The app is worse now. Ordering multiple items is not intuitive. There used to be an "order more" or si.ilar button but now there is not. You get to a "checkout" page and the only way to add more is to start the order process over from the start. GPS location is bad, it always starts me 200 miles away from where I am.
The app is too confusing. You have coupons for next purchase but can't redeem unless in the store, so I can't order online. And the only benefit from the app is your food will be ready when you get there. Then when I order vegetarian (with guacamole) it's almost never in there, I guess because it doesn't come up on the ticket so again I can't order through the app.
It's alright, but there isn't much extra functionality over the website. The app's always had issues with reordering past orders, but I was always able to get to past orders by adding a random item to the cart and than I'm able to get to past orders. However, I can't get that to work anymore, so I have to put in my order again every time. The website functions exactly the same.
Frustrating to use. I love freebirds but app is so annoying to use, I often eat elsewhere. Always have to input my location even though location is on and I only eat at one store. Toppings aren't always inputted when you select them. Orders reset if you click the wrong button. And worst of all, I can't check out half the time due to issues validating the order. I'm done using the app and most likely the restaurant. Taco cabana isn't as good but it's a hell of a lot less annoying to use the app.
This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself.
love Freebirds, but this app is awful. It only works half the time, if that. Very slow, clunky, and not visually appealing it intuitive. every time you leave the order screen it has to sign you in again. Placing an order is just difficult, it may error out, it may not. I definitely go to Freebirds less because of app difficulties. Fix it, it's costing you money. also, no dark mode
I love Freebirds but the app and general online experience has been awful for a long time. It won't let me redeem rewards and sends me creepy, clingy messages every week about how long it has been since I have been there, often with more offers that I can't redeem. Half the time I can't even order at all, through app or web (all the app does is load the website). Makes me less likely to go there at all, which really sucks.
