The app works fine. I haven't had a terrible experience as many seem to have had, however, since the last update, I've notices tons of discrepancies in perfumes' availability. Where the app says that, for example, Chrome Sport is Sold Out, the website shows is still available, in different sizes and everything. Anyone else experiencing this?

Downloaded & deleted the app the same day. They want you to join and pay a monthly fee 👎👎 shipping is outrageous, too. I just wanted to order one little bottle of perfume, but it's not possible. Don't want to join, have no reason to. So annoying

The app freezes a lot and deletes my cart. I logged in, and none of my information is on my profile. I am trying to place an order, and it froze while trying to delete an item from my order. I will be deleting the app and ordering via the website. The app irritates my soul.

I'm a long time loyal customer for the CO. The site and use of the app can be frustrating to navigate and shop. I experience slow loading. Assuming I didn't click on what I wanted, I click again adding more qty or try to go back to the prev page and end up signing myself out. I've not returned to the site at times to complete my purchase. You are Missing the opportunity for a Sale bc of your site! Opportunities missed, are gone forever. The thought of how many missed purchases is Mind Boggli

So far it's been horrible. I ordered a purple luxe subscription and it's now let me put all my payment info in twice but hasn't made the order. That wouldn't be too bad if it didn't take the money off my card two times. Now how am I supposed to check to even see if I have an order coming without it doing the same thing again. I'm starting to get really mad

Purchase items online from fragrance Net and it was $6 cheaper and I downloaded the app and wanted to purchase the same items and it was $6 more. what's the point of downloading the app when you're going to pay more money for the same item. I uninstalled it immediately 👎

I only downloaded this app due to this company's negligence and punishment of customers who report inaccurate refunds. They keep on asking for a check instead of charging the original payment method. I would never give out my bank account to some retailer when I can use a credit card or send a money order. After many years as a customer, their dishonesty and unprofessional behavior has officially turned me off. Seems like a front of some sort at this point. Odd and unprofessional.

I absolutely love this company and the website, but several days and several attempts per day, the app does not work! I get the intro screen... white background, purple perfume bottle, etc. Then, the screen goes completely white and that's it. Can't request tech support because the app won't load for me to get to a help screen. Maybe this will get me some help???

TERRIBLE and UNTRUSTED! This is a review of the company not the app. I purchased 3 cologne and they only sent me 1. I contacted support they said we will send it the missing items. What did they do? Send me 1 again ! Contacted them again and they said sorry the weight is the package is consistent with 2 items. I have picture proof of each label saying it contained one 1 item . Big regrets not shopping in person at a department store. Now I'm down $ 150+ for the last missing item .

App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!

The app works ok. I seriously don't understand why there is no way to add a perfum to a whish list! I mean it's basic marketing. You offer your customers the option to put aside what they want or might want to buy in the futur based on either, a friend recommandation or an add they happened to see. This will increase the chance that the customer will actualy buy the product as it was saved on their wishlist. Otherwise, they might forget the name of the product and give up searching for it.

I really wanted to trust this site but was discouraged when I was duped into signing up for texts with the promise of a thirty percent discount only to notice it was less than you can get online. It states the discount was "applied" but none was. it would say that regardless of signing for annoying texts in great quantities.

They've upped the prices so much in less than two weeks, now that the 2 deliveries have never been delivered, they only want to refund 1 of the orders that I made, especially for Christmas, and NOW if i tried to purchase both of my orders, i would only have $150, when the price for these orders are now close to $250. UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what happened to the company, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I see a lot of people complaining and they are right. 1. Whenever you forget your log in information, you can't reset your password in the app. 2. When i go to the subscription page the app crashes 3. If i "check out" the app crashes. 4. The UI is not a problem but so many pop ups you will just leave the app. 5. If your on the check out page and try to go back to the previous page the app crashes. I have never and i mean never downloaded a app with soooo many problems. Please do fix these!

Buyers Beware! This app is more expensive than the online version. Same exact items & size only if you use the app for the same company, the same products are actually more expensive! Of course, unless we pay for their membership! Do they think we're morons? This app is completely disrespectful to us shoppers! I bought so many products from this website over the years. Now, seeing the over prices of the app, I'll think twice before using them again.

Needs much work! Much more refinement! I love the big search window. I love the images and that it feels, meant for my phone device. Yet, whenever I hit the back button to return to the previous screen, it exits me out of the site, completely! If I was checking up on the status of two orders, for example, I have to keep starting all over! Repeating steps I've already done, because I am out of the site! Many times, when I click on the app icon to open, it freezes or doesn't show anything!

This app was okay for my first two purchases, but then it started taking my money without giving me my order. It took over $50 both times it took my money. I'd try to get it resolved with customer support, but each time they'd say there was nothing they could do and had the audacity to add to the customer fragrance email that they needed an order number to be able to help me. I got no order! So how could i have an order number?! They took my money, but I got no order.

But I couldn't do anything with the app. It kept freezing and for some reason the website is different. When I searched for my favorite brand on the app only 2 items popped up. On the website most of the scents are there. Seems kind of odd. Either way I don't see the point in having this app when the website works so much better. I only gave 3 stars because I like fragrancenet.

Literally the worst app I have EVER used to purchase anything online. I had to call customer service twice and had to get refunded 3 separate times... FOR ONE ORDER. First I payed for my order, but it never created a number for my order, so I called customer service and they said for some reason it took my money but didn't create my order, so I had to wait for a refund and purchase again. I payed for Express shipping which make its 2-3 business days guaranteed. It came in six. Do not buy!!!!

This app was okay for my first two purchases, but then it started taking my money without giving me my order. It took over $50 both times it took my money. I'd try to get it resolved with customer support, but each time they'd say there was nothing they could do and had the audacity to add to the customer fragrance email that they needed an order number to be able to help me. I got no order! So how could i have an order number?! They took my money, but I got no order.

Didn't keep it installed long. I have no problem with the website. I love fragrancenet, good deals and lots of variety. But I couldn't do anything with the app. It kept freezing and for some reason the website is different. When I searched for my favorite brand on the app only 2 items popped up. On the website most of the scents are there. Seems kind of odd. Either way I don't see the point in having this app when the website works so much better. I only gave 3 stars because I like fragrancenet.

Literally the worst app I have EVER used to purchase anything online. I had to call customer service twice and had to get refunded 3 separate times... FOR ONE ORDER. First I payed for my order, but it never created a number for my order, so I called customer service and they said for some reason it took my money but didn't create my order, so I had to wait for a refund and purchase again. I payed for Express shipping which make its 2-3 business days guaranteed. It came in six. Do not buy!!!!

The app works fine. I haven't had a terrible experience as many seem to have had, however, since the last update, I've notices tons of discrepancies in perfumes' availability. Where the app says that, for example, Chrome Sport is Sold Out, the website shows is still available, in different sizes and everything. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm a long time loyal customer for the CO. The site and use of the app can be frustrating to navigate and shop. I experience slow loading. Assuming I didn't click on what I wanted, I click again adding more qty or try to go back to the prev page and end up signing myself out. I've not returned to the site at times to complete my purchase. You are Missing the opportunity for a Sale bc of your site! Opportunities missed, are gone forever. The thought of how many missed purchases is Mind Boggli

The app works ok. I seriously don't understand why there is no way to add a perfum to a whish list! I mean it's basic marketing. You offer your customers the option to put aside what they want or might want to buy in the futur based on either, a friend recommandation or an add they happened to see. This will increase the chance that the customer will actualy buy the product as it was saved on their wishlist. Otherwise, they might forget the name of the product and give up searching for it.

But I couldn't do anything with the app. It kept freezing and for some reason the website is different. When I searched for my favorite brand on the app only 2 items popped up. On the website most of the scents are there. Seems kind of odd. Either way I don't see the point in having this app when the website works so much better. I only gave 3 stars because I like fragrancenet.

App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!

The app freezes a lot and deletes my cart. I logged in, and none of my information is on my profile. I am trying to place an order, and it froze while trying to delete an item from my order. I will be deleting the app and ordering via the website. The app irritates my soul.

So far it's been horrible. I ordered a purple luxe subscription and it's now let me put all my payment info in twice but hasn't made the order. That wouldn't be too bad if it didn't take the money off my card two times. Now how am I supposed to check to even see if I have an order coming without it doing the same thing again. I'm starting to get really mad

They've upped the prices so much in less than two weeks, now that the 2 deliveries have never been delivered, they only want to refund 1 of the orders that I made, especially for Christmas, and NOW if i tried to purchase both of my orders, i would only have $150, when the price for these orders are now close to $250. UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what happened to the company, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Needs much work! Much more refinement! I love the big search window. I love the images and that it feels, meant for my phone device. Downloaded & deleted the app the same day. They want you to join and pay a monthly fee 👎👎 shipping is outrageous, too. I just wanted to order one little bottle of perfume, but it's not possible. Don't want to join, have no reason to. So annoying

I only downloaded this app due to this company's negligence and punishment of customers who report inaccurate refunds. They keep on asking for a check instead of charging the original payment method. I would never give out my bank account to some retailer when I can use a credit card or send a money order. After many years as a customer, their dishonesty and unprofessional behavior has officially turned me off. Seems like a front of some sort at this point. Odd and unprofessional.

I absolutely love this company and the website, but several days and several attempts per day, the app does not work! I get the intro screen... white background, purple perfume bottle, etc. Then, the screen goes completely white and that's it. Can't request tech support because the app won't load for me to get to a help screen. Maybe this will get me some help???

TERRIBLE and UNTRUSTED! This is a review of the company not the app. I purchased 3 cologne and they only sent me 1. I contacted support they said we will send it the missing items. What did they do? Send me 1 again ! Contacted them again and they said sorry the weight is the package is consistent with 2 items. I have picture proof of each label saying it contained one 1 item . Big regrets not shopping in person at a department store. Now I'm down $ 150+ for the last missing item .

I really wanted to trust this site but was discouraged when I was duped into signing up for texts with the promise of a thirty percent discount only to notice it was less than you can get online. It states the discount was "applied" but none was. it would say that regardless of signing for annoying texts in great quantities.

I see a lot of people complaining and they are right. 1. Whenever you forget your log in information, you can't reset your password in the app. 2. When i go to the subscription page the app crashes 3. If i "check out" the app crashes. 4. The UI is not a problem but so many pop ups you will just leave the app. 5. If your on the check out page and try to go back to the previous page the app crashes. I have never and i mean never downloaded a app with soooo many problems. Please do fix these!

Buyers Beware! This app is more expensive than the online version. Same exact items & size only if you use the app for the same company, the same products are actually more expensive! Of course, unless we pay for their membership! Do they think we're morons? This app is completely disrespectful to us shoppers! I bought so many products from this website over the years. Now, seeing the over prices of the app, I'll think twice before using them again.
