Not working after only 1 day. It won't let me log in, and I'm not sure who to reach out to. Update: I reached out several times through email, followed all instructions, and it still won't work. Another update: I got banned but have no idea why. They sent a link to the terms and conditions, but I didn't violate any of those things. Good luck navigating, to everyone else.

Underwhelming at best. I paid for the app straight away only to find that the additional filters I choose didn't matter. The options coming through were not even close to my preferences albeit everyone is beautiful in their own way. I submitted a ticket right away to get a refund, and the person who replied sent me a generic knowledge article that wasn't really Relevant to my question. When I followed up, the next person they sent me sometime similar. Don't recommend, not worth the trouble.

One of the most poorly designed apps I've seen in a long time. Congratulations for suckering me and thousands of others into paying for a subscription. I cancelled 20 minutes into making the purchase. The algorithm is terrible and matches don't coincide with any of my saved preferences. I'm just grateful I only paid for a one month subscription. I would love to know how this is rated so high. Probably the designers and people they know boosting the ratings.

Since the last update, I've been having alot of issues that I never experienced before.. errors trying to log in,I can no longer sign in with my Facebook account ( I've had that profile/account for years. Now it's gone),matches are 200mi.+ out when I set it to 60mi. Out, not recognizing my login credentials, even though they've been the same since 2018. I'm not understanding what happened after the last update as to why I'm having all of these issues.. please fix asap!!

When I first got the app, I received like a lot of likes in a short time, so I decided, to pay for the premium, give myself the best possible chance, considering how crappy the other features are. The next day after paying my likes drastically decreased. I went from getting two or three a day, to like one a week. That on top of the ridiculous location, the constant loading, and the phantom notifications, this app isn't worth it.

Horrible!!! Update 11-01-2020: After contacting customer support via the app, my account was restored. At first, I was told that they could not find my paid account. When I showed a receipt, miraculously my account is restored. I like the simplicity of the app, however it's not easy to use on more than one device. Make sure you keep your receipt when purchasing a subscription. It sucks that I paid for 3 mos and found a really special woman in less than 1! 😁😁😁

The ones rating this look better than the ones on the app 🙄The location setting is so awful even when you go into the settings to correct it, it doesn't help. Paying to view likes is truly a waste because they stay 500+ miles away. Great app for anyone living in GA or on top of the moon up. There's no one weeding through all the fake profiles, and I personally feel being verified should be required. I met one guy in person who looked nothing like his photos. Nevertheless, I will not return.

This app has been around for a while and still hasn't fixed most of the bugs. The filters don't work when applied. Swiping does not work: you'll see that person several more times after the initial swipe, whether right or left. When you unmatch after messaging, the message will randomly reappear in your inbox. Not bug related, but the number of non-blk people on this app 🙄 most only looking for casual hook ups. I wish there was more effort put into making this a solid app.

This app is horrible! First off in order to see who likes you, you have to pay! So all of this "free" talk on their advertisement is a complete LIE! Then, it said I had like 100 likes and it charged my card almost $80. As soon as I seen the charge, I requested to cancel the account and a refund. I got notification that the account was canceled and money refunded, but I NEVER actually got my refund! So app canceled, and still lost my money! Horrible app!

My account was terminated less than 24hrs of creating my profile even after I paid a 20+ dollars to upgrade my account. I wasn't notified as to why, even after contacting customer support. I didn't do anything to breach the policy so I was very confused as to why I wasn't able to make a case of myself or at the very least get my money back. It felt like a problem with the app instead of a problem with me a (queer person of color).

Unable to get started. I've attempted three times to make a profile and every single time I do I'm asked to input my phone number and I never receive a text message to continue the code. Off of first impressions, this app does not seem up to date or running properly if someone isn't even able to make a profile. 0/10 and will never recommend to anyone in my community

I love that this was created just for black ppl, but there are some glitches with location filters. Update: The app is always buzzing for no reason. Just by opening the app, I hear a dozen beeps a minute (I have to put my phone on silent when I use this app). There are no new notifications, so of course, this is annoying. Major downfall in using the app Downloaded again & after making a profile, I can no longer open the app - now I just want to open it to delete it

App hasn't been updating to give you what you're paying for and I paid for the premium membership. I have to pay for Super Likes and boost even with that package. I sent several emails for at least two weeks only to get the same automated message from the AI. And to add insult to poor service they took payment for a week I received no features and they are still requesting payment lol

I set of my account and paid for platinum service for a month. 29.99 was charged to my account immediately. I went to view my my profile likes on the app and it asked to subscribe again although I had already subscribed and paid. There is no customer service number to call and get immediate help with the issue. You have to wait 24 hours for an email response.

The app is a cash grab. At first you'll get plenty of likes, but after being on the app a few days, it dies down pushing you to purchase boosts and things of that nature. the people on this app view it more as a social media platform than an actual dating app, almost no one is looking for real connections. most of the people are selling videos, selling 😺, or looking for tricks or sugar daddies. every second of every minute you will get constant prompts to purchase a boost of some sort.

can yall update the app so its easier to find matches? It shouldn't be this hard for people who dont pay for likes. I've been searching for 10+ likes since yesterday and haven't found 1. That's insane. I started blocking people to see if it would be easier to find my matches. It shouldn't come to that and It takes so long some people will delete their profile before you even find them. Can you guys fix this? Finding someone who likes you shouldn't be this time consuming.

the distance preference is broken there shouldn't be an option to choose a distance if it's not going to matter. I literally just made an account and despite me setting my preference for 40 miles I keep being spammed by profiles over 100 miles away. I only have a limited amount of likes and I see no reason to actually spend money on this app if it doesn't work

Doesn't deliver what's promised! I paid for Elite membership to see who "Likes" me. After a while, I decided not to continue the subscription as my filters were being ignored. They inform you that you can cancel at the end of the 6 month period, but you're supposed to still have access to your level of membership until then. It immediately removed my photo verification & prevented me from seeing my likes! I emailed four times for it to be fixed to no avail! I paid for Elite but am getting Basic!

EDIT - Problems. I've sent lots of Super Likes and haven't matched with one of them. They don't make matching easier. The block function doesn't work. When you swipe left on someone or BLOCK THEM completely they still show up in your swipe list. Location preferences don't work. WORST THING, your likes can be deceiving. People who swipe on you for friendship can still show up in the same list of people who like you for dating. Can't opt-out of Social Swiping even when you don't use it!

Becoming a waste of time. Have 35+ likes, been swiping endlessly and have not come across one match. You set preferences for what you want, but they don't stay in distance parameters that you set. I can see if you run out of ppl in your area, then yea. But to give me majority ppl that are 100+ miles and I set no more than 50 is crazy. You can't say no one is within the limits, I stay in an area between 3 hbcu's within that radius.

What more can I say, I was able to have interesting conversations with individuals I would likely never have encountered irl. I met the love of my life and ultimately deleted the app. Feedback I got from men though, was that apparently they’ve been having a tough time with discerning if a person was on there to meet people or boost their various online profiles. (You know which kind I’m talking about). My profile was sort of cryptic, to be fair. On occasion this prompted men to aggressively try to attain my socials. I think asking users to answer a few basic compatibility questions in their profile might offset this. The app also regularly reminded me that I had downloaded it which encouraged me to use it and respond to messages and new matches more often. I enjoyed the cute and sometimes cheesy reminders about how I was breaking hearts and to not keep my matches waiting. I don’t have any complaints really, because I met someone that I love deeply so everything feels all rosy now. I am a conventionally attractive, well read, socially conscious, 30 something - so I’ve never had trouble meeting people in real life, I merely wanted to fish from a lake or faster moving river as opposed to a small pond. I have this App on my phone. I've emailed the support team a couple of times, I keep getting the same answer, I've deleted the app and re-installed it and it keeps CRASHING', time after time..Now I'm really upset, because I started paying and I will not be paying for something that's really not working...Are you kidding me, someone there needs to correct this issue...Now I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem..If by next week this is still happening, Refund and I'm OUT!!!!!

The app was okay for a while then due to a technical error my account was disabled, it took them a week to get back to me to tell me they fixed it and that I had access to my account... And while I do have access to my chats and matching, it won't allow me to update my profile or my match preferences. it crashes every time I try then on top of that when I reopen it, it asks me to add a photo to my profile before I can use the app.

Update: the crashing still hasn't stopped. Hasn't worked in like 2 months. The app was cool when it did work a few months ago. Now it's useless. Customer service is pointless. I've emailed several times about the crashing and all I've gotten is a refund (thanks but I was gonna dispute the charge any damn way since Google wouldn't refund me). They still haven't fixed the root cause.

As you the title says I’m only 19 , summer after freshman year in college my best friend and I got into this app for fun . Just to see who was on there locally , see who we could pull and just to talk to strangers out of boredom. Hers didn’t go so well because of a false report but me ? Let me tell you lol ! Hundreds of matches came flying in ! so many handsome people my age , people that weren’t even my age but it was ok because compliments were given from all lol . Out of so many of them , I only texted back 1. He immediately gave me his # and from there I still did him like others and did not text back . He blew me up and I had no choice but to entertain him. He was literally 6 minutes away and one night he just pulled up . Hate to say it but we chilled , smoked and next thing you know ! Boom ! Every day after that, we hung out . Went on dates , met my family and friends. Started dating and months later I’m 5 weeks pregnant . Yup PREGNANT!! we are still in love and together but I can say all thanks to BLK. Sometimes I blame BLK but I honestly love that I downloaded this app lol ! Hey there! We have no words to describe how extremely happy it makes us know that you have met someone special in our app! This app can't even get pass the registration process without consistently failing. Tried to register but it wasn't recognizing my input. As a result it would just falter back to the app opening image. Couldn't make any edits without it saying Oops an error occurred for literally everything. So nothing could be edited or saved. I couldn't even delete my account with it crashing. Not sure if it's an android problem, but it's a huge one. 5 minutes after downloading it and already uninstalling it

The app no longer works. Do NOT pay for the elite service because the app crashing and no longer being accessible does not meet refund qualifications. The app started experiencing issues over a month ago, multiple users have advised of the issue, and it doesn't appear it will be fixed in the foreseeable future. However, when it was operable the site was definitely nice. Easy to navigate, easy selection of who you wanted to talk to, and distance reporting was pretty accurate.

This app is mediocre at best. While the layout of the app is okay, there are some things that would really improve it. For example, one small thing is having the text wrap around when someone writes their education and occupation in, so you can see the full text they’ve written. Another small thing is making the “About Me” section you can write in the same as the one that gets presented to potential matches. The layout of the words isn’t consistent when switching between editing the profile and simply viewing the profile. It’d also be nice to add the feature of the “enter button” or ability to skip a line when writing an “about me”. Within the settings, there needs to be a way to turn off all notifications besides messages. Lastly, you should have the option to set your location to one place. Not everyone is staying where they are in the current moment and sometimes want to meet someone close to where they live instead of where they currently are. A person’s city should be shown, not just the miles because you don’t know which direction the person might live in. If it’s a matter of privacy, maybe hide the person’s name until after they match, or have each person’s distance in relation to major cities instead. I’ve dated a number of women in my life now at 24. So I would consider myself to have a worthy amount of experience when it comes to that of the opposite sex, I’ve also encountered women who wouldn’t necessarily go for a guy such as myself, but have won them over in the end. Not for my looks, I’ve been told by many I’m an attractive black male and I also model. Just by my general interests being different. However, in the off chance of matching with people, you are limited due to the lack of worthy descriptions of yourself. Personal info questions such as: “do you desire children, are you looking for long term or hook up, is sexual chemistry important, do you happen to drink or smoke” etc are all but missing in this apps protocol. The only thing you can really gain from seeing a persons profile is an “about me” tab, and more often then not it’s left blank. So all you see is picture of them an how far away they are. The app also needs a reminder tab to let you know to swipe today bec many people will literally forget they have the app sometimes and will message you back a day or 2 after you sent a message (I’m guilty of this myself) Little things like this can quickly improve the apps overall usability and user-friendliness. I’ve had this app for a few years now with no issues, and all of a sudden the app decides to disable my account. So I email customer service and there are supposed to get back to you with in 48 hours ( which is a lie I waited almost a week for a response!) they first responded that they would take this to the higher ups and then a few days later one responded that it was a technical error and app should be fixed now, the next rep responded that I violated their terms and was removed because of this. I then proceeded to ask what terms I violated and they responded that they couldn’t tell me due to privacy reasons ( so you cant tell me about my own account great). Horrible customer service I called in and a rep with a really heavy accent said something about having my Snapchat info on the bio and deleting my account to make a new one. ( doing that didn’t help I’m blocked so every account I make keeps being disabled ) their reps are incompetent that rep obviously didn’t know what a hold button was kept me on hold with no music. And kept giving me the run around. Their follow up is horrible and their communication between reps is as well how does one rep tell me technical issues and the other says violation get if together people. If I could give them 0 stars I would! My sc info was in my bio for years now why didn’t you flag a warning and remove the info it’s not that serious. The way this app handles people is ridiculous.
