Love the grouping and customizable icons! However it would be perfect if: 1. Add a "Backup immediately" option in the Android app 2. Make the browser extension, or a desktop app that works exactly like the Android one (filling OTPs without touching my phone!)
Amazing app! Saved me from trash app such as Google auth and Microsoft auth.
So far, so good. A simple UI, a good sync option, optional dark mode, active search, and hidden tokens. I've tried the backup/sync between my phone and tablet for 1 account and will gradually be migrating everything from Authy, as I've had enough of them killing a good thing. For a 5* rating, I'd love to see tiles as an option as well as the current lists, landscape view to match when my tablet is in landscape mode, and a timer when tokens are hidden.
The app is almost perfect and simple, but there are two issues imo. One, the fingerprint scan doesn't start when the prompt is displayed and it takes the app some time to interact with the sensor, and even after a successful scan, it takes its time to display an animation which is rather long. Two, the amount of icons available for accounts is too low. Support for 3rd party icon packs would be nice
I appreciate this and would like to provide some suggestions. Firstly, automating the process of sending requests by eliminating the need for manual browser extension clicks could enhance user experience. Secondly, providing users with the option to manually set the icon branding in case of any display issues would be beneficial. Lastly, developing a cross-platform app would offer users the flexibility to access the application even when their phones are not available.
The app stopped working on my phone leaving me locked out of my work accounts which I need the codes to get into. Edit: nothing weird happened before it stopped working. The app won't open past a blank white screen followed by an error message that says the app "keeps stopping". I updated, reinstalled, cleared cache and everything and it still didn't work. Edit 2: no, I don't want to have to download and sign up with another app just to get this solved.
Dont get locked out and passkey is better. Start sending hardware.
Very much appreciated. No issues at all for me from last 1 year. Some feature suggestions: 1. Moving a group up or down is with up-down icons. Instead if we can edit labels separately, it'll be easy. 2. When we are adding a new account, unable to push it directly into a group. 3. Export tokens to another device is via backup file. It'll be very good if this can support QR code based export (same as google)
I seriously can't recommend this app enough. Great backup options and browser extensions that are easy to pair with the android app. Encrypted backups and easily shared between devices. Clean gui and simple to use. To top it off it's open source, I've used many other apps before but this ticks all the boxes. Love the fact the code are not kept in the browser and you have to approve them on your phone. And then it autofills for you. Thanks to the developers for creating an amazing product.
Easy to set up, and the browser extension for using the auth codes in a desktop browser is very useful. One minor gripe: if a given service (eg Microsoft Online) has multiple accounts, the browser extension always and only uses the token from the first account listed for that service. This means that you can't use the browser extension when logging in to a service with anything other than the first account.
Open Source and so far got no problem. It's also nice that it have many icons you can choose.
Ticks all my boxes and has been reliable since day 1 of switching from Google: - No account - Cloud backup - Tokens can be customised for ex: showing the next code, change layout - Zero knowledge and open source - Works offline
I dont know if im slow or just not getting it cause, I did this with my cod account and now im not able to get into unless I have the code from a authenticator app, which was this one and I aint got no codes or no way to even get them it seems. Why I never wanted to do it, knew if my phone broke or something id lose everything.
Love this app. It's clean, customizable, and the browser extension that allows you to enable push authentication for any service is genius. My only suggestion would be to add an option to hide categories if they're empty. I have all of my services categorized, yet the default group still appears at the top and displays 0 tokens. Please let me hide this and the app will be perfect.
The design is clean and modern and the app runs very smooth. It's also easy to use. I switched from Google Authenticator because I was having serious lagging issues and crashes. Backing up my codes in an encrypted, hidden, and password protected file on Google Drive is genius. I never have to worry about my phone being lost, stolen, or decommissioned. I would highly recommend this app.
I LOVE this APP! It's one of the most practical and functional apps I've ever used. I love the ability to color code the icons for work, personal, and other categories. I love the list feature and the ability to sort my keys. I also really like the encrypted backup feature that will allow me to recover my keys quicker if I end up in another gotta get a new phone ordeal! ❤️
Great App. Much better than similar other apps. I have few feedback - Can you make the account name in a different color (it is currently gray) as it is not very well readable. It is particularly useful if multiple accounts in same website and want to quickly identify the right 2FA. Secondly the browser extension is not perfect for multiple accounts on same website. Can this be improved? And lastly, please create desktop app.
Easy enough to use. I don't necessarily need biometrics or a pin to access the codes though because I already have to do biometrics or type in pins for the app I'm signing into with 2FA and a password manager, and it's a little frustrating to switch between them. It would be nice to have the option to enable them when editing any of the settings. Unfortunately, it's an all or nothing affair. Edit: I mean disable them for getting the one time codes, but enabled to access the service keys.
first-time i was worried it wouldn't work or i would lose my account due to the code not working when it asks for auth code. I connected it to a game and it worked! App is easy to use. When you connect a "Service" It gives you a randomized bunch of 6 numbers. refreshes every 30 seconds. While you have to put it in before it refreshes. I would rather prefer this way as it to me is more safe. So far i haven't gotten any problems with it. Even comes with a passcode to make sure it's you! 10/10!
It's easy to set up, intuitive, and has always worked when I needed it. Also, not swimming in ads, which is a huge plus. I also just replaced my phone, and was worried about getting this set up on my new device. Turns out the tokens were backed up on Google Drive, so as soon as I installed this, BAM! Everything was there, already working. I couldn't be happier!
Never have had a problem with this app (2FAS Auth). So nice not to be bombarded with useless ads and information within the app. Never had a problem with getting codes or using them. My phone disappeared for several hours earlier this year when my husband was in the hospital. So thankful I had this app and use it for really important information. For whatever reason, someone “found” my phone & turned it in to Security. If you want extra security on your devices, this app is a great solution! It is delightful to hear such positive words and it’s always a pleasure to serve our users.
This app has a nice UI, is intuitive and easy to use, and the file backup is a nice addition that I’ve only ever seen on computer apps or browser extensions. The biggest issue I have with it is that when I turn on Face ID, it doesn’t quite ask for the Face ID every time I open the app. If I want a protected app that asks for Face ID at all, it defeats the purpose for me if it doesn’t ask for my face even AFTER I TURN THE PHONE OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON. This is one of the hugest reasons that I deleted the app and opted for another authenticator app. The other reason is that I wish there was an option to omit an icon/badge/label altogether. This is picky, I know, but I either want every entry to have a logo icon or I want none of them to. And this app doesn’t have the ability to get rid of the icons. Hi, thanks for the review. I'll forward the idea about no icons to the team, and I'm sure we will have it in future updates. Now the FaceID. If you use it to unlock your phone, it authorizes our app to unlock because your phone knows that you still have it in your hand and doesn't need additional unlocking. When FaceID unlock actually happens on our app, it's so fast that most of the time, it's almost unnoticeable. So it's Ios that authorizes our app, and we can't change the Ios system and fight against it is not wise. Please reconsider coming back to us!
The app is fabulous amongst apps in the same category. It is very easy to use. But there are some improvements needed for those who manage a plenty of accounts. Accounts are usually added into different categories. However classifying them can only be done by clicking edit and then moving an account across the long list of accounts. It’s terrible! If I click “edit” I can enter into detail page of each account in which we can change name, choose icon and etc. Would you mind make it possible to choose the category of an account in the detail page? Thanks. Hey! Thanks for the review, we're thrilled you like it. Thanks for the feedback on the categories section, we're always looking to make everything more accessible and easy to navigate. We are planning to add something like that in future updates! :)
I was getting fed up with all of the cheap React Native and Cordova 2FA apps. Was about to write me own, how hard can it be? Did one more search to see if I could find something that was native iOS and supported iCloud, and tried this app out. IT’S EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! To the point, not always trying to sell me stuff, high quality native iOS, simple, and stores data on iCloud instead of some mysterious “just trust us
The reviews were perfect. Pointing out issues a new client will have and then addressing the issue turns this into a help feature. People need full service. The world that shunned technology is running this way. Let this be a lighthouse app. One that offers assistance to all the crazy people that don’t know that their adhd is preyed upon by ads. Showing the progress of the people and the issues they were having. Showing us the value of a place where sharp people are drawn to shore safely by shedding light on impending danger. I’m a flesh and blood, living, breathing human being. That means I’m weird, confused, and making progress because I made it here. For some people, this is progress. I am some people. I went ahead and shared the rough draft. However, this is my review of the comments since I haven’t decided on an app yep. Thanks in advance;) Give us an update of what can we look forward to in the wake of emerging technologies. Where can we get in front of the wave? Web Surfing in 2022. In this day and age such reviews are very rare. You're a bicon of hope on the see of all boring reviews :) Hope you'll like our app too :)

I’m a flesh and blood, living, breathing human being. That means I’m weird, confused, and making progress because I made it here. For some people, this is progress. I am some people. I went ahead and shared the rough draft. However, this is my review of the comments since I haven’t decided on an app yep. Thanks in advance;) Give us an update of what can we look forward to in the wake of emerging technologies. Where can we get in front of the wave? Web Surfing in 2022.
